Great Dunkin in the area. They have two very awesome workers by the name of Guillermo and DShawn! They always are quick and always get my order correct. Sometimes they even know my order before I even pull up to the window. Great service!

Haven’t been to a Dunkin in years, Ordered a medium coffee and an egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel with salt pepper and ketchup. They gave me a plain untoasted bagel with egg. Went back in, they gave me what I ordered minus the salt pepper ketchup. Thank you for reminding me why I don’t go to Dunkin anymore.

Old guy makes egg sandwiches with his bare hands after handing money in register. This is a health violation. I've seen it repeatedly.

This is a really nice and quiet Dunkin. They have very friendly staff here and the food tastes like all the other Dunkins. The place can really use a face-lift though perhaps some new paint and a sweep up would help. But overall I'm proud to go in there to use the bathroom and get a coffee anytime I am in that part of town.

The service was prompt and my order was correct. The sandwich was yummy, and the donuts tasted okay, but looked as though whoever filled the donuts didn't quite know how to do it. Instead of a neat insertion hole, there was a large dent in the donut with a large messy area where the filling had been inserted in the two donuts.

This is my preferred local Dunkin Donuts. The staff are personable and have outdone any other local DD from experience simply based off of accuracy. If I did have an issue, they always made sure they made it right. They keep TR Runnin'!

One of the better Dunkin' locations in the area. Coffee is usually good with low amount of mistakes on your order. Pricing is fairer than other Dunkin's in the immediate area too.

Not sure why every time i go in the morning the coffee is diluted. Not sure if they’re rushing and not putting the full espresso shots inside the latte but I've been several times in the afternoon/evenings and my latte is just fine. Please fix this! We spend $5 on a coffee for it not to taste like milk.

I was there Sat May 20th. The case hardly had anything in it. I asked if they were putting anything else out, the girl behind counter responded rudely no. I then said for the rest of the day she said yes. How can a donut shop be open all day with no donuts?? My total experience with her was the same. I WIIll never return their 1st time and last. It is a shame it seems to be the norm now for Dunkin no donuts rude employees and management who could care less . We need Krispy Kreme here .,

The rudest employees ever! They have either messed up the coffee or forgot a food item almost every single visit and I frequent there daily because of convenience. If you have a "mistake" and bring it their attention they ignore you and walk away . They have very poor customer service skills . I will never be going there again . Also there never seems to management anywhere on the premises.

Rosa (at this location) has made life better. She's become more than someone who takes my order... she's become a friend. I swear she sleeps there, because she's always there. She knows me by name and remembers my order. I wish I owned a business so I could steal her from you. Management material for sure!

I would definitely recommend going to a different dunkin they are rude. I get to the drive through to order and don’t say welcome to dunkin or anything just “what do you want” after I order he tells me to pull up with out saying my total. I pull up to the window he just sticks his hand out and again with out telling me my total just says “pay”. I ask what that total is and he just points to the screen to let me know. When he heads me my food he kind of throws it at me and says go. Not giving me a chance to put it down. I will never go there again.

Horrible, horrible service. Went through drive thru on a cold Saturday morning at 7am. The Place wasn't even crowded but i had to pull around with 2 other vehicles to WAIT for a cup of coffee??? What? Maybe the menu is becoming too extensive for Dunkin'.
