Went there for food since we had a gift card, worst idea we had. Been dealing with a stomach issue since Saturday. Can’t eat, constant burning pain in stomach, there’s more symptoms but I want to keep review clean, and not like their food.

Always love panera, but I switch it up and ordered the steak with white chedar, first off they put 3 thin slices of steak and drowned with horseradish sauce. Nothing like the picture,Would have been good without it or less. Felt like my nose was going to explode. Will stick to my usual next time.

Was not even greeted when we entered. Waited for someone to take our order for 10 mins then had to use the kiosk because no one came. The kiosk would not work. Three people walked by behind the counter so we had to shout to them to be acknowledged. A man tried to fix the kiosk because he did not want to take our order but couldn’t so he reluctantly check us out. My salad came out wrong even though I specified no chicken several times. I spoke again to three people and was bluntly ignored. They just stared and said nothing until another man helped me. Food was decent so two stars. But where are the mangers? These workers are lazy. Paid to stand around.

First let me say, the staff in Toms River store is extremely pleasant. However, my chicken broth would have made great soup, had there been some CHICKEN AND NOODLES, in it like I ordered. Really disappointed since I’ve enjoyed this soup in the past, and when I’m sick, I crave it. Please review your quality control!!!

Ordered a salad through DoorDash for pickup scheduled between 1:15-1:30 in afternoon. I get there between 1:35 and 1:40 and they never marked order ready with DoorDash so I stand over by pickup window and nobody acknowledged I was standing there. Not even a manager. Do I finally ask about my order as the person putting orders in bags and putting on counter for people who aren’t there yet for pickup, I ask about my order. He finally tells me it may be over on other side of wall. Now I never did pickup before so common sense would tell them to acknowledge me and tell me. No communication skills by anyone there. Last time I order from this Panera Bread.

First time eating here and I have to say I do t understand how anyone can enjoy it. It's by far the worst sandwich I've ever had. Extremely disappointing

Food is good and location is nice. I’m traveling for work and have been eating at this location 1-2 times daily. I ordered on the kiosk because there was no one attending to the registers. I need a receipt in order to be reimbursed from my work. I had no issues asking for a receipt the first day, but not a day later I was told this was not possible and when I told them this had been done no problem a few days prior, the staff member shrugged. Rating is for poor customer service.

Love this location! Been coming here since we signed up for their Unlimited Sip Club :) Best deal there is for the yummy coffee and their Charged Lemonades! (My Favorite is the Mango Yuzu Citrus) Especially Kathy at this Panera is always super sweet & welcoming when we order through the drive thru! Thanks for the delicious goodies guys ☕️

It's been a while since I have been to a Panera and maybe it's just this location but things have gone downhill. Ordered a sandwich and half of it had fallen out onto the plate before they gave it to me. Drowned in sauce, cheese unmelted, it was a mess. Service was slow and there were lots of front of house people but only 1 taking orders. Don't think I will be back.

Ordered a chicken caprese melt sandwich going through the drive through. Girl was rude while taking my order. I open the bag at home and there’s no chicken on a chicken sandwich. The kids that work there obviously don’t take pride in their work or care. Won’t be going back to this location.

My husband just came home with the chicken noodle soup and I was like well it looks like chicken noodle broth no substance at all very disappointing

Small portions, the soup bowls especially. The food is decent which is why I give 3 stars. I will not go back after trying a few times. I leave hungry and I'm not a big eater, I like small portions but this is too small.

I am a high school senior who come to this panera almost every day. I love it and our girl Debbie is the OG she makes my day. Their food always hit especially the noodles and the warm bread in the microwave that i just found!

Absolutely amazing!! I haven't been here since before the pandemic and the prices are cheap for breakfast. The menu was all new to me but the manager was very patient with me. I told him what I wanted and he did an amazing job! Just goes to show you if you treat people the way you want to be treated life is so much better! Great job Panera with this guy :)

My wife had a birthday free desert that they forgot to put in the bag on our last visit, stuff happens I’m not mad just disappointed, so I asked to speak to the manager on duty and without hesitation he immediately grabbed the dessert she wanted and threw it in our bag. I know that the right thing to do in customer service is to give that particular item to the customer but the fact that he didn’t hesitate and did it right away without asking for any kind of story or deciding to make up on his own whether or not he believe the story or not, he did what he was supposed to do and that’s the sign of somebody that truly knows what to do for their customers. I have never had an issue except for that and it was dealt with very professionally quickly and with the greatest result that you could possibly have. I will continue to come to this location till I have a bad experience! And it looks like I’ll be coming for years!

Such good food

The restaurant was clean, and very well laid out. When we ordered our food with the cashier, she was texting on her phone and wasn't paying attention to the phone number we gave her for our member acct. We had to repeat it twice to her! We ordered 2 whole Tuna salad sandwiches on French Baguettes with lettuce and tomato. The Tuna salad was extremely salty! The baguette with the lettuce and tomato tasted great. I did contact Customer service after our visit to complain about the salty tuna salad. They will be looking into the problem. Hopefully they can do something about it.

The food is great, the people are nice, but NEVER USE THE APP. If you have an issue, they never take care of it, they refer you to a number where it “takes 4-7 business days”. On three separate occasions I’ve ordered, they’ve forgotten items. (Totaling around $50 now). This is getting a little ridiculous. Use DoorDash, the fee will be worth getting what you actually paid for!

I placed an order online. I got an error message from the site. I placed the order again. I got a confirmation. Duplicate orders arrived at my house. I called panera. There was nothing they would do. Manager too busy to get on phone. Let me deal with subordinate. Apparently there online services mistake is my responsibility. Never again.

Today I was late getting my lunch order all together for 15 people plus two workshop instructors. At 10:45 am I called Panera wanting to order by phone for everyone. Unfortunately they don't do phone orders and my online ordering would have taken me forever. Can I just come down and order that way? Sure - said Amanda - and ask for me when you come in and I'll take care of you. I arrived and just as promised Amanda took the order and had it out to me in less than 30 minutes. - even helping by making sure each person's order had their name on the bag! The best part was just how attentive all the employees were. I was amazed, as were my colleagues at our small workshop. YUM! Delicious food made to order. Thank you!

Went to Panera bread today for breakfast/brunch. When we came in the person at the register was very cold and plain on rude . She acted as if she was doing a chore and was annoyed at us. The food was good but note if your going here that they stop serving brekfast like eggs at around 10:30ish. Overall this is a good place but some of the workers seem so miserable they can even put you in a bad mood. It isnt a bad place for a quick stop .

We ordered two whole salads and added toppings to each. The salads were about $14 each and with all of the salad and toppings filled only 1/4 of the bowl and forgot the additional toppings on the one salad (avocado at $2 extra). We called to fix the situation but were told to come in (after we paid for delivery because we have no car as we are visiting an office), but they would not provide any accommodations but for us to come in and get a refund or new salads. Very poor service

Trash. “ran out of bread bowls” how you run out of bread bowls y’all bake the bread. The girl inputting orders or making drinks couldn’t follow a simple “no ice” request on a drink that had to be remade I’d give it -2/5 stars if I could. Not going back atleast to this trash location

The wait time for drive-thru and/or take-out is atrocious. 20-25 minutes in a drive-thru line is ridiculous. Their automated system even acknowledged how long it was and sent a template email apology. After several incidents, no more, I will be dining elsewhere.

I just want to say that I order my daily smooth and the order was messed up but I will have to say that Audrey the awesome cashier looked at me an said i'll fix it with zero hesitation an I will continue coming to this panera bread because not only did she help me out by fixing my order but her service was awesome

Always enjoy Panera's soups! Had squash soup this time, ten vegetable the last time. Both are delicious. The place is clean and the staff patient and helpful. The food takes a while to appear, but it is warm and tasty when one gets it.

Panera is one of my favorite places to eat and I go here so much probably 5 times a week. I’ve been part of their sip club membership for I don’t even know how long at this point, probably since they started. And I’ve been getting their mango Yuzu since October of last year. This location is hit or miss when it comes to the charged lemonades. They serve the drinks out of pitcher in the drive thru so when it gets to the bottom all that’s left is the pulp and dark concentrate that has separated. Today was the third time I got a Mango Yuzu that is completely undrinkable. I would have to chew the pulp if I wanted to consume this drink. I have returned the drink more than 3 times for tasting and looking off and every time they agree with me and tell me that if other people don’t stir the pitcher then the concentrate with pulp is all that’s left when they get to the bottom of the pitcher. This has been a problem and they know about it but nothing is done to fix it and the manager is not very apologetic about the fact that they’re wasting my time and money. They need to get a pitcher that continually stirs itself like the ones other places have. And they need to clean it every day and make sure the stirrer is actually on.

Panera still a winner when many chains have gone down hill. I like the recent menu enhancements to make some items more healthy. Very nice staff at this location. Yummy onion soup!

This is a nice location with a drive through and curbside pickup. They have a bunch of tables outside which is nice as well.

Panera is one of my favorite stops but not all are created equal. This one has always been well run. The staff is mostly welcoming and helpful. You can eat a healthy meal at a good price and I appreciate that. It's a reliable stop on the way home after a long day.

This Panera Bread is open for inside dining. We went there on Saturday afternoon, and it was great. Not a lot of people. We were able to enjoy quiet and relaxing lunch. In addition, Panera Bread always has a great selection of tasty dishes. They have seasonal selection which is amazing. Soups, salads, sandwiches, you name it.

I ordered half a chicken salad sandwich with soup. The sandwich was basically lettuce and tomato, with possibly 1 tablespoon of chicken salad. It was ridiculous. The prices are fairly high so should actually have a decent amount of ingredients included.

I have never been to Panera Bread and after today, I will be adding it to my monthly restaurant routine. Tim was very helpful when it came to make my decisions. Grateful that there are still kind people in this world. The Fried chicken sandwich was next level!
