New to the area and wanted to find a new pizza spot. Close to my home but first impressions is everything and upon entering the empty shop I was not greeted. Actually one guy gave me a nasty look and walked away from the counter. This seems to be a common theme in this area. It's not the first, 2nd or 3rd time it has happen to me. Good thing I can cook and don't need to eat out. I ate one slice which is average NJ pizza at its best. Was hoping I could find a NYC taste at the shore but unfortunately the closest one to that is Krusty pizza . Ooh well, I'll give them a "E" for effort and a "B" for bombing on friendly atmosphere. I'm definitely not spending my money where the people don't seem to like people like me.

Great pizza a few minutes away in car from the seaside boardwalk . Worth the trip , especially compared to the prices on the boardwalk for mediocre pizza . You have to try the chicken wings ! There fried nice and crispy without even asking.

One of the worst places around. Twice I have attempted to get breakfast here, yet they are closed, door locked and not a sole around when they are supposed to be open. Another time there was a sign on the door- closed because their grill wasn’t working. They’re open nearly 12 hours in a day, yet they can’t find time to fix this issue. Why can’t they stay open for other menu items?? This can’t be the REAL reason for them to close for the whole day. Reluctantly met friends there for lunch-they were out of so many things it was almost impossible to order anything. How are you out of coffee? The man that calls himself the manager is possibly the most arrogant person I’ve ever met. He clearly does not know what hospitality is, seems as if he does not care about the place and how it’s perceived by the public. I thought Crave would have potential yet with terrible food, service and management, it seems as if it’s being run into the ground. Hopefully they will replace the so called manager and weed out the rude, uncaring servers. Where is the owner? Clearly he doesn’t care either, if he did he would never allow these things to go on. Will not be returning ever! But I’m sure you don’t care, do you Crave?

Ordered a special combo. Large cheese pizza & whole sub of your choice. I indeed the Italian hot dog. Both are delicious. Second time ordering from here.

FOOD WAS COMPLETELY UNDERCOOKED , Mozzarella sticks and Half sausage half plain pizza. It’s kinda funny how bad the food was. I’ve never had pizza this bad before in my life. You could tell right away it was undercooked and the cheese just slid right off. Never again 🤦‍♂️

Eating pizza from Naples in Toms River is the great feeling I have all time all my life. I do not live in Toms River currently and miss this pizza so much.

I absolutely love this pizzeria! My husband and I have been stationed in 5 different states across the US and this is by far one of our favorite pizzas we’ve ever had. The staff is great, super nice when we go in and very accommodating. Fast service too... We love that it’s family owned and Authentic Italian food made by authentic Italians :) Naples Pizza does not disappoint and any time we have visitors, we order from here- 100% recommend!

I really want to give no star to this place. I get stomachache after eat the meatless burger. My stomach still doesn't feel good. My friend order the chicken sandwich, and he said it taste like rubber. Terrible food and unsafe to eat. Be aware!!!!

A friend told me how good the nachos are so tonight (friday) I decided to call in for a pick up order. The website says closes at 10pm. I called and said I would like to place an order for pick up. She said grill / kitchen closed. I said how can that be you close at 10 pm..It was only 9:24 pm. She said grill is off kitchen closed. I did say that was bad business and hung up! They lost my order which would have been nachos, buffalo dip, wings and pretzels. Very disappointed

I ordered the vegan sausage peppers and onions. It was reiterated back to me while I was paying that it was in fact vegan. The server who brought out my plate also stated that it was the vegan sausage peppers and onion as he set it down. Guess what? I took a huge bite of meat sausage! This is NOT OK!

Ordered chicken francese and calamari. Calamari was overcooked and chicken had a pretty decent sized eggshell left on my chicken from battering. I called to let them know and the guy said some unidentifiable words and then just hung up on me. Ummm ok 🤷🏻‍♀️ Won’t be going back.

Great atmosphere and location. I like this place, but the past two times I had a poor experience. Service is unstructured and unsatisfactory. The menu has not evolved and continues to give a very poor selection. My last visit, we found several hairs in 2 of our dishes. It's unsanitary and deeply disappointing. I hope this could serve as a sign to make some changes to the place, location is superb, and many are tired of the constant business turn over downtown.

Good concept, cute envirement, friendly staff and service. Poor food quality. Soggy wings, soft french fries, jarred pickles that tasted awful. Vegan food poorly prepared and costco bought sauce for shrimp. Definitely an inexperienced chef. Sorry but won't be going back.

Really wanted to like this place ... don't know if it was an off night or what. I live and work downtown and I finally tried it and meh. I ordered the impossible burger, the ratio of toppings to burger was ridiculous. I felt like all i was eating was a bun, lettuce tomato and onions. They put vegan cheese but WAY too much and it was all over the outside of the burger snd my hands. I ordered sweet potato fries and they still brought out regular (no big deal) but when i said something they brought out the sweet potato fries and they were raw ........ my moms loaded tater tots were also way too cheesy that they were complete mush in a couple minutes. Just disappointed.

the make an excellent tomato/cheese pie and will thin crust on request. imo the sauce to cheese ratio is perfect for me. however, i look for a crispier, baked crust and would much prefer that to their version of a baked off crust. they still get the 5-stars tho.

It's an amazing place. It has that bravado about it. Couple of old Italian guys and maybe their nephews coming together making good food at reasonable prices. They understanding, very helpful, and always got a positive attitude with them and what's really better than a positive attitude and a good slice of pizza 10/10

we are from Pennsylvania and this weekend my wife and some family members pick Seaside Heights to spend the weekend then we ask a few people for a good pizza and pasta place to having lunch .They recommended me Naples Pizzeria but they told me if I'm willing to drive a little bit out of the Down Town . it was worth it. great pizza, delicious pasta and soup on top of this everyone was very kind. Naples used to have the greatest chicken parm sub in Jersey. Last 2 times, the chicken cutlet was thin, rubbery and horrible. The sauce even tasted different. The well done plain pie was good though. Please go back to the old way on the chicken parm guys... I'd rather pay a little more for better quality cutlets.

Hands down, best pizza I've had this year (both times I had it this week). Also their calzones were oozing with mozerella, ricotta and an amazing aroma as you cut into it. Never disappointed!

Gave this place a 2nd try after I ordered once and wasn’t thrilled. Pizza isn’t good. Extremely greasy with wads of cheese. When I took the cheese off, it was still dripping in grease but the sauce was good. Order somewhere else.

Ive been meaning to do a rating on this place. first time i went i sat inside before all this covid19 stuff . The Pizza was so good and I am talking about above and beyond good ... when i was a kid that was the kind of flavor i remember the secret was the sauce. I haven't had anything even close to that old school flavor... Was literally in heaven when i had my first bite of that slice OMG! so then after that i was bragging and telling people about it and then ended up ordering it for delivery very good! so tonight i decided well im going to order and i have never tried anything else ... we got the the pie half white and half plain and my son is very picky well he ate it and loved it he said it was delicious. then a turkey sub was great .i ordered the cavatelli with bolognese and we ordered eggplant parm baked mozzarella sticks all very good the only thing i didnt like was the meatballs but then again im not a meatball fan so it could have just been me that was a side order but overall they are quick and on point always consistency is important and that is now my go to place i highly recommend it #stay safe guys have to mention driver is on time great job!

Every time I visit my son and grandsons in Jersey, we go here for the best pizza in Toms River. So many choices, and taste so good it will make you come back over and over.

As new residents to Toms River, we've had carryout from Naples three times recently. The only negative to report is that we were given one wrong item one time--but it was superb so no harm, no foul. All the food, from pizza to pasta dishes, was excellent and the prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend it!

I really wanted to like this place. It's nice looking inside and has a great menu. But unfortunately the service killed it for me. Very very slow and inattentive. Food was decent tho. I wish they would hire more mature and experienced servers.

Wait time was 35 minutes and we waited over an hour and 15 minutes. No one was wearing a mask while handling food or serving people. Things came undercooked, soggy and cold with a pathetic amount of fries for 4 entrees. We've been here multiple times with varying experiences. The food is usually very good but the service is not. While the staff are nice. Management needs an overhaul.

Crave is a good cafe but one of the workers a old lady does not know how to serve people and be nice she has a very bad attidtide and needs to be replaced

I order fried calamari, I had to dispose of it, it was tough, it looks like it was rather freezer completely burn, or it was cooked hours before and refried not sure what happen but we could not eat it. Pasta was ok, chicken is usually bland and no spices added to it. I am not in line to order here again.

First time trying Naples Pizza and we were disappointed. Two regular large pies and the crust wasn’t what I look for. It’s all subjective but for me, I will continue with Ninos, Brooklyn Square and the guy on main st for a basic slice. Also an order of garlic knots for $3.50 will only get you two. Don’t give me the inflation narrative either Smdh

Ate here with my family last night, such an unwelcoming experience. Rude from the second we walked through the door. Parts of order were missing, we were ignored when asking about it, just a very uncomfortable experience. Racist vibes. Food wasn’t that great either. Avoid at all costs. Would never be back!

1.Said 30 min took over an hour. 2. Looked really good, but tasted horrible. Disgusting small glass full of liquid from the pizza, the eggplant Parm tasted absolutely disgusting, the sauce was cheap and gross. Used to be amazing, not sure what happened. 3. Price was cheaper than others, but we didn't even eat the pizza after a bite so...

The Chicken Franchise was by far the worst. I ended up taking a bite and throwing it out .Naples used to be very good I'm not sure what's going on..So far anything I have ordered from there hasn't been very good.I keep trying to give them chances but not anymore..I hope you start really looking into the issues by tasting the food before sending it out to customers and alot of times you don't put lids on the food.

Disappointed. I’ve ordered spinach white pie, Caesar salad w shrimp and Fried calamari. First of all, the pizza was tasteless-2 lbs of ricotta cheese and spinach on top that was not cooked w garlic or anything as a matter of fact; second- Caesar salad was so drenched in dressing that I couldn’t taste lettuce nor shrimp, fried calamari- fair.

Ordered our food at approximately 5:57 pm online and was told it would be here between 6:40-6:50 pm. At about 7:12 pm I called to see what time our food would be here and was told it was “in the oven boss.” At approximately 07:55 pm our food showed up. The pizza was missing the blue cheese and ranch dressing that I got charged a dollar each for. The mozzarella sticks, the cheese was hard from being so cold and had to be reheated in the oven. This was not a large order and should not have taken two hours. If it is going to take two hours say something when it’s ordered, not say about 40-50 minutes. If it’s going to take as long as delivering the food from Naples, don’t forget a thing.

Been ordering for years. Pizza, cheese steaks, chicken fingers etc. Figured I’d try some real food. Bad mistake. Ordered Chicken Saltimbocca (no taist at all) sautéed shrimp and broccoli ( broccoli was mush, shrimp was on its last days to be edible) and the worst was the eggplant rollatini. I opened the lid and knew mediately the eggplant was bad. I proceeded to cut into it and as it went into my mouth I almost vomit that’s how bad it was. Very terrible. If i had the time i would take it back and make the owner eat it.

We ordered two chicken dinners and a side of meatballs to be delivered. I inadvertent typed the wrong house number. After 30 minutes I called they said they already dropped it off at the wrong house that I gave them. However he said I will make it again for you and bring it now so it’s hot. The chicken rollatini was delicious as was the chicken Parm and meatballs. Awesome customer service and great food our new Italian place

Naples pizzas is definitely one of my favorite places. So many of them do not have a consisteny as they do. Every pizza has been great along with Mozzorela sticks chicken Caesar wrap and the Torrtellini Alfredo is awesome!!

I just wanted to take the time out to write about how amazing this place is. Great location, so cute and clean inside. Christine is absolutely amazing ! The beer cheese and pretzels is amazing!!!! The vegan sausage and peppers is so fantastically delicious that I have come back for the fourth day in a row to get it!!! This place should be 5 stars and the people who are writing one star, probably aren’t happy with anything in their lives!!! People who own companies like this in a town that has constant turnover ,customers should support and speak with managers before writing reviews to solve their issues and then if it doesn’t get fixed, write a review. This food joint is amazing and you need to try it!!!!! Thanks for amazing service, food, and atmosphere everytime!

The vegan Mac and cheese tasted really awful, it did not have breadcrumbs or green onions as the description said. The mozzarella sticks are really good though!!

So happy we stopped in. Had the most delicious seafood bisque, loved it so much my friend and I each got a container to go. Finished with key lime pie, and was delighted to get a scoop of icecream with it. Nice place, friendly and attentive waitress, I would definitely recommend you stop by. A word for locals, I noticed a sign on my way out saying their donuts are from OB-Co! I will be back for that alone!

I have never heard of this place until I was on DoorDash searching for food. This restaurant had a very good selection of food. Including vegan items, which a lot of places don’t offer. When my food arrived I found a note from the restaurant’s owner which filled my heart during these tough times. I opened my container of food and the aroma of delicious Cajun seasoning and Alfredo filled the room, I couldn’t wait to dig in!

I recently moved from the west side of Toms River to the east side. Decided to look up a pizzareia on this side so I seen them. Called them up an ordered. Let me tell you the food was amazing 👍 especially the wings a must get. Then I called and asked them to make me fried dough balls which isn’t on there menu and they did. They were extremely friendly and courteous to my needs and let me tell you they need to put the fried dough balls on the menu ASAP excellent. The shrimp parmigiana with vodka sauce hero 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. My go to place for now on. Stop by or Eder from them. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Ty guys I’m not going anywhere else 👍

I had Naples Pizza cater my husband’s 40th birthday party. The food was phenomenal! The best chicken Marsala I have ever eaten. Everything was exquisite! Chicken Marsala, chicken parm and eggplant parm! Everything, so delicious! All of my guests were raving about the food! The party was super fun but the food made it AMAZING! Thank you Naples!!

I really have a love-hate relationship with Naples. Their food is great. But it's like playing a guessing game on if your food will arrive in a timely manner and hot. Most of the time they are ok, but if you catch them at the wrong time your food will take an hour+ to arrive.

Classic east coast Italian pizza shop. Great pizza and good people. Your there for the pizza not the seated experience. Definitely try them if you are renting nearby.

My most favorite Italian takeout spot in Toms River! You know this place is legit walking in because they always have the tv on RAI. Anyway, they have the best penne vodka and don't sleep on the bolognese, everything looks and tastes homemade, which is exactly how i like my Italian food. They always call my dad paisano which is really cute even tho we're Portuguese. Hey, when you're here, you're family. Grazie amici!

I discovered Naples and let me say it is the BEST PIZZA around! There is something with the sauce and the cheese that makes you scream OMG!!! I won't order anywhere else. The owner is so nice! Their Buffalo Calamari Is sensational. Their subs are good. I highly recommend giving them a try. I am so glad I live right around the corner from this place I ordered pizza one night when my friend was coming over to babysit my son and she took a bite and said OMG that sauce! I just looked at her and said "I know"

I dont appreciate the pizza thrown at my car because I returned the food that was inedible. The pizza slid off one side of the pizza. We couldn't pick up a piece without the cheese and sauce falling off. We were also given the wrong wing sauce for the wings. Which we could tell the wings were frozen and not made well. We ordered from here before and never had an issue. If you are busy then tell people it will be longer than 30 minutes or you shouldn't be in the business at all if you can't handle it.
