The pizza and subs here are legit 🔥 So far since moving to NJ I’ve eaten down here at Shiano’s almost every time I come down to work at CMC. Prosciutto sub and the Buffalo chicken slice are my go to. I highly recommend Shiano’s. Keep up the great work.!! 💯 🔥 ✊🏽

Schiano’s has some of the best Italian food in the Toms River Area.. We just had a gathering of 50 people we picked up the food from them hot in the trays, got to our house put them right into our hot trays and everyone thought the food was perfect.. Thank you again Schiano’s .. Standhope Family

Came in from Kansas City to visit family and ate here. Best pizza I ever had in my life. So good I ate here two days in a row. Had the white tortellini slice and a cheese combo slice. Ham and cheese calzone was the best calzone I ever had. I recommend this place especially if your from out of town.

I called to have food delivered. Francisco advised they were outside of the delivery area. I asked if he could recommend a place to deliver to the address as I am not from the area And it was for a family making funeral arrangements. He quickly said let me help you and I will go outside the delivery range and he took care of everything. I would highly recommend just on customer service. The food feedback was great. There was a family salad and assortment of subs.

Great traditional food goes and great traditional food stays here at the well-known SCHIANOS PIZZA restaurant on Lakehurst Rd in Toms River. Awesome menu, friendly family service, always enjoyable, and always an exceptional local business.

Absolutely terrible. Worst pie by far Soggy. Cheese fell right off. Bland. If I had to officially review this pie. Score= 0.8. The 0.8 comes from the garlic knots I got on the pizza????? Otherwise 0.1 all day long. What a shame.

Doesn't get much better than this place as far as pizza goes. Great atmosphere inside. Seems family run. Actually cook your pizza well done when you ask. Most of all their consistent. You're not rolling the dice every time you order. 9 times out of 10 its going to be how you remember it. Great spot

My favorite specialty pizza place on the planet!! The selection and quality of the specialty slices here and just simply amazing! They are not shy on ingredients here and the slices are very large! It's hard to stop eating down to the last bite! Perfect crust and very little oil runoff. Definitely try their once in a while eggplant parm slice! It's the best around!

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Overheard a worker say that she’s COVID positive. No one in there preparing the food wears a mask. NO ONE! I will never order from here again and they need to be reported to the health department.

Oh. My. Lord. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch with buffalo sauce and garlic knots on top. The sheer size of this slice normally would be almost $4 for just a plain slice, but this whole thing with all the toppings ONLY cost $4! AND it came with dipping sauce for the garlic knots. OMFG it was heaven 😍🤤

I order from here once a week-the food is always great, the delivery is always fast, and the people that answer the phone are always pleasant and helpful. I am picky and have some weird requests /modifications ..BUT.... Schianos ALWAYS accommodates. They never get frustrated or sound annoyed which I appreciate, of course. The only downside is that they don't offer their stuffed cannoli cream zeppole everyday. It's only on certain days of the week. LOL. So if i order on a day they arent serving the stuffed zeppoli, i get their tiramisu. ******I really have no complaints im just being silly writing this.***** Love, the crazy lady from west ridge rd

Great Service for Take out, I have not been inside as of yet. The Pizza & Mozzarella Sticks were delicious. 2/14= We ordered pies from here often never had a problem. Last night we ordered 2 shrimp parmigiana subs & 1 chicken cutlet parmesan sub it was delicious fresh bread, delivery men always friendly, courteous. We found our spot. Thank you.

The pizza tasted frozen and all of the cheese fell off. The blue cheese tasted unauthentic, like it came out of a bottle from shop rite. I have no clue what happened with this place. It used be authentic pizza that we raved about. It seems like covid made them cut some corners and destroyed their desire to make good homemade italian food.

I ordered a few times from here and got it delivered. Try to order today and the owner and his business partner said they won’t deliver because it would be invading other pizzeria restaurants. It that a thing? Doesn’t people want to make money anymore? We always tip 20 bucks for a delivery. Also if that was the owner ….. poor poor communication skills and clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. Good luck!

Used to be good but lately they seem like they don't care. Ordered well done thin crust pizza several weeks ago. Got home and found it hardly cooked and runny. Tonight pick up two orders, one with pasta and got home and found no pasta. Time to go back to Joey D's.

Best of the best Pizza in NJ and area, also great food in the area. This place is Very busy all the time no matter what day or time it is.

Despite the high star rating, the reviews talking about the soggy, slid pizzas are painfully true. I ordered a large with meatball and the cheese had piled up to one side bad enough that those slices had to be eaten with a fork. Even the intact slices were soggy + the cheese and sauce don't even seem as if they're 'attached' to the crust underneath. No idea what happened. I gave 2 stars because the meatballs were good and the overall flavor was okay. There is a lot of pizza choice in Toms River--please, do better!

Decided to give Schiano's another try after getting a sub par pizza a couple of years ago. We ordered an appetizer, salad with chicken and shrimp scampi over spaghetti for my husband. They delivered some sort of chicken dish instead of the scampi. When I called they said not to touch the incorrect entree and they would deliver the correct dinner right away. We live 5 minutes away, after 15 minutes I called and they said it was on the way. It took another 15 minutes for his food to arrive. They took the incorrect dinner back and never even offered us anything for our troubles. Never again, two strikes and you're out.

I ordered a shrimp parmigiana sandwich that was delicious!! There was so much shrimp it reminded me of the ones we use to get in North Jersey! Highly recommend, delivery is free which is almost impossible to find today without having to download some app!

I just ordered an eggplant sandwich and French fries through the Slice app. It was the best sandwich and fries I have had in a long time. This will be my go to restaurant from now on.

Trying to be diet/health conscious, so I usually get their soups/salads. They are both very good. I have had their pizza and other menu items which are very good also. Usually get take out, but have eaten inside and service is always friendly. Small place, but worth a go.

Ordered eggplant parm sandwich and it was horrible. The eggplant was saturated in oil and had a burnt taste

We were visiting family in New Jersey and We got pizza here one night. We ordered take out and the food was ok. My calzone had so much liquid coming out of it the bread was extremely soggy and I had to literally eat it over a bowl to catch the liquid. Our onion rings were overcooked and we didn’t even eat them all. My wife’s buffalo wrap wasn’t to bad. And my daughter enjoyed her chicken parmigiana. But next time I guess we will try the pizza instead of of the other things. We weren’t very impressed.

Ordered delivery through slice app. 1 hour and 20min later a slightly warm pizza showed up with oil leaking all in the box from the pasta we ordered. Food and pizza are slightly better then average.

Hands down some of the best pizza in the Toms River area, they are roght up there with the heavy hitters. I would recommend this joint to anyone looking for good authentic jersey pizza! Well worth the wait.🍕

The pizza tastes like cardboard with ketchup it was not even cooked all the way through horrible experience..what a waste of money

The food was prepared nicely, not overly seasoned and served hot. It tastes homemade. The bread that is provided with the meal has a nice soft interior with a crust that has a good chew. First time for me visiting from Maryland and will stop again upon next visit to the state.

I was on vacation and looking for a place close by my hotel that delivered food. I picked Schiano's figuring any food from a pizza place can't be all that bad. I was blown away by the food I ordered. The food from here is deliciously amazing. The veggie wrap was made to perfection and had I not of known I would of thought the the lobster ravioli was from a high class 5 star restaurant. I have ordered 3 times from here over the past week. All the times it took about 45 minutes for delivery but definitely well worth the wait. I plan on continuing to order from here every time I am in the area. Thank you to the staff for such fantastic service and delicious food.

They are having it tough here with covid seating and table service. Take out the way to go .We had a large pizza sausage peppers onions nice rust good pie for 3 people was a nice change of pace for us

Ordered two slices of pizza. The toppings were great, chickens, roasted peppers, mozzarella with balsamic glaze. It would have been great if the pizza had been hot. It was barely luke warm. Also, I observed several people eating at the booths around me that when they left the tables they were not cleaned or sanitized before the next group of people sat at the same both. That was very concerning. The make waiters were using the womens restroom, why? At the very least they could put the seat down. I wont be back

Rude driver, uneven topping distribution (2 slices packed and 6 naked) very little sauce, good crust. Wings were far from mild, store bought breaded, soaked and soggy.

Let me tell you they made a customer out of me!! About 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza to be delivered at my house they said about an hour. I was good with that! An hour and a half went by no Pizza! So I called, someone said I'll be there shortly. After 2 hours I called back and it was at their busy time so I understand! They had me put down as a pick up not a delivery and it was sitting sitting there for a while and wasn't picked up. Well the owner said I'll make you a fresh one at no charge!!! Now that's the way to do business!! The pie was fresh and delicious and I've been going back to them ever since great food

By far, the best pizza I've had since moving to Tom's River! I ordered an XL special pizza. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The sauce perfect and the crust light and crispy. Can't wait to try their entrees, etc...

Had a table by myself outside on a pretty evening in Toms River NJ. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was marvelous. Had the Black and white homemade pasta with a very tasty mushroom cream sauce topped with a few small shrimp. Ready to do it again! Fresh bread was served with it and I had to have some wine. Very reasonable prices for the heart of Toms River NJ.

We went for dinner, not knowing what to expect. The restaurant makes its own pasta, of many varieties. The menu, heavy on pasta, was interesting. Excellent choice of appetizers as well. Atmosphere was pleasant (we ate on the patio). Wait staff helpful, attentive but did not hover, so the meal was very relaxing and enjoyable. It was a great find.

I got sent on a call headed deep in Jersey and had the pleasure of stopping here on the way back. This place is amazing. I'm pretty sure they use the tapwater from Brooklyn to make their crust and the sauce here is amazing. I should of grabbed an extra marinara to go just to dip some bread in at home. I had a regular slice and then this magnificent creation where they use garlic knots for the crust, with cheese, sauce, and some italian sausage. I've never had a slice like that and it was amazing. They should come to the city. New York loves stuff like this.

NEVER a bad meal from here!!!! It doesn't matter if you get a simple pizza or a wonderful meal....it's ALWAYS a 5 star experience. The staff and delivery folks are ALWAYS pleasant. I can't say enough good things....TRY IT, YOU'LL LOVE IT....I PROMISE!!!!!

We ordered a large pie, jalpeño poppers, and a minestrone soup for delivery. It took an hour to be delivered. By the time the food arrived the pizza was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted anymore. The slice was all soggy, biting into it was mushy. The soup was very good. And the poppers were also very good. I have ordered pizza from here before and I am pretty sure it was always good. I would recommend them hiring an additional driver. An hour is way too long and that's why the pizza was not good.
