Buffalo chicken sandwich was poppin and so was the service they spotted me 10 cents on my order yaherrrd I give it a 20/10 one bonus point for every cent they saved me

- I'll admit I was skeptical at how good it would be going in. The place looked more like a takeout place than a traditional "Chicken Shack." Boy am I glad I stayed. I got an order of whole wings (buttermilk fried chicken not buffalo wings) and they were FANTASTIC. Best I've had in the area so far... I visit a lot of fried chicken places in North Jersey and this is the closest I've gotten to that kind of flavor. The menu looks fantastic and we will most likely be ordering from there over the summer when people are over.

No arguing this place has real good chicken and ribs. Found out today when you use a credit card to pay, they charge you the fee the store pays for you using a credit card. They do not tell you, they just do it. When asked why, owner says "why should I pay the fee?". OK, then let everyone know what you are doing. Going foward, cash or subs across the street. This happened to my dad, so figured I would throw it out there.

The chicken is amazing, prices are good .They also have ribs and shrimp and they are good too

I heard from Steve Trevor lease from 101.5. This is the best wing place ever do not go !!!!!!!! I ordered $68 and change. the price for four24 wings 30 dollars I ordered 2 sides 11dollars for Mac and cheese 12 ounce container it was the worst mac & cheese I ever had in my life. It was bland and dry. 16 dollars for fried veggies and they had the nerve to charge me three dollars a total of nine dollars for extra dip which I didn’t even think I was charged for that disgusting buffalo sauce honey with. I don’t know what the heck they putting it nasty nasty nasty I would love to get my money back or to have them redo it and make it palatable for somebody to eat never never never again..

Hearing one of the "cooks" say to the other "dont worry Ill take the blame" is the last thing I want to hear when Im ordering food for myself and my parents. And when one of them goes around the corner out of sight for a few minutes also doesnt make me feel good about the food or the way this place is run. the first and last time I will be ordering here, which is a shame because I order from every other restaurant in this complex 1-2 times a week. Only hoping my elderly parents dont get sick from whatever your cooks did to my food.

I ordered dinner from the menu on line. All fine and good. When the order came they took 74 out of my account which in my mind by going over the prices on line is about 10 more! I called them they said the prices are wrong! Then you should fix them i am going by that price so i can afford it. Then 2 delivery which ok i see. Then a little over 2 for using my debit card!!! That’s crazy!! And the chicken was horrible for that price. The legs wheee like a farrow and the chicken coating was dark like it was fried twice. I ordered 16 pieces of chicken and only 3 small pieces where white meat the rest leg and wings!! That is unacceptable!! I will never order from them again. They did nothing for me when i called. At least something because i was not happy!!

We ordered chicken for the first time last night and it was great! We had a party at our house and everyone raved about your chicken! When I picked up our order I witnessed the fresh batter dipping and pressure frying process; very cool! Thanks again for the good directions from Lavallette! I would drive there again in a heart beat for your chicken!

Food is disgusting. Chicken was reconstructed frozen mush in an ok hot sauce. Gross.

I came here a couple of times but me and some other people that got food together really didn't care for the chicken so much cuz the chicken is very oily and as you're eating the oil is dripping out of the chicken. So we won't go back here anymore.

First time getting chicken and ribs from Chicken Town and it was delicious! The chicken was perfectly crisp without feeling greasy or oily and the ribs were beyond amazing. The French fries were crispy and the other sides were excellent as well.

We love this place. we usually pick up chicken and sides from here on our way home from the beach. But not only then. The young one in the home constantly requests it, Including on her birthday! Super bowl and big game fare is always from here as well. As for why????? here's what we love: 1) the chicken is the most tasty, hot and juicy that you will find anywhere in this state. 2)Deep fried mushrooms that absolutely melt in your mouth and taste awesome 3) Onion rings are the best tasting and juiciest that you will find anywhere 4) Mac & Cheese bites (always requested by the young one) are awesome! 5) Wings are ample sized meaty and obviously as good the chicken mentioned above 6) the cole slaw is the perfect texture and balance of sugar vinegar and mayo. None better anywhere 7) Ribs are fall off the bone tender and juicy 8) THE SERVICE- Owner Eddie always has a friendly smile and is glad to see you there. Other staff as well. When we call in our order ahead of time everything is packed up and ready to go hot fresh and ON TIME. No standing around or waiting. There's no need to say we'll be back because we always are :) You will be never disappointed.

This place is great. Comfort food at it best. Consistancy, flabor, great staff. EAT HERE!!

When its 3rd and long down six in the 4th who do you call? Chicken Town. If you need a nice Sunday dinner, Lisa and the staff will give you whatever you need for a very affordable cost. I have never been disappointed in the seven years I have gone to Chicken Town and make sure you try the cannolis!!

Best chicken place in the area, hands down. Dont believe the other reviews here. Obviously, the situation didn't go their way, so they got insulted and attacked with bad reviews!

I love this little hole in the wall. Much better than any fast food joint. The fried chicken is incredible and the staff are the nicest people!! Do not sleep on Chicken Town, order today!!

used to love getting this place frequently a year to 2 years back and i feel like i became somewhat acquainted with the workers there. the drop off has been sad. the prices are inflated beyond belief. went with my gf around october expecting to pay a little over 20 bucks for 2 boneless wings meals ended up being $44. figured i should leave a review now since i noticed lots of prices issues are coming to light. can’t say i wanna go back because of these jackass prices. very unfortunate.

Have been ording from here for years. Picking up or calling for delivery, no matter how busy they get, they’re always friendly. Never had a problem with the food being hot and fresh.

I tried the Chicken, seasoned curly fries and rice pudding and could not be more pleased! Good fast service with some damn good food, I recommend.

They've have to update the prices on their site to be accurate. Online says about $42 for 50 wings.. in store its over $80.. just want some transparency here. Wings are damn good, but at what price?

Great food as always, but PRICES ON WEBSITE ARE OFF BY ATLEAST 30%. expect a 70$ bill for 3 diners. I get times are rough but this is a good way of turning a regular customer into a one time order.

Ordered some ckn fingers fries and mozzi sticks fully expecting a soggy mess from delivery......to my surprise the food arrived in cardboard chinet paper products (go green!). Everything was crispy, warm and delicious. It even re-heated well the next day....definitely ordering again!

My order was $60 and they charged me $3 for hot sauce which wasnt included in my bag, also the chicken was so burnt and disgusting, they have lost a customer for good now.

Chicken was good but way too expensive when ordered through GrubHub. A $13 dinner came to $27 after a $7 delivery fee and $4 tip. Also no napkins or plastic utensils were included in the $27 price tag. Breast was nice size but legs and wings very small. Decent food, above average but no where close to being in the same league as industry leader Chick-fil-A. *** 3 star rating but unbelievablely expensive when ordered through GrubHub.

Always worth the drive or have them deliver. Have never been disappointed and have ordered chicken, ribs, seafood, and most of the sides and combinations over the years. Oh and try a rice pudding for dessert. Food prepared to order so call ahead.
