This white castle has the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly and the order came out perfectly. Keep up the good work! Update 7/30/23.. still great place but so disappointed they took clam strips off the menu!!

Haven’t been able to walk in a White Castle in over 20 yrs they took them out of Philadelphia was on a trip to seaside heights and had to make a stop there before returning back to the city & very clean great customer service. Be back soon!!!

I have been coming to this location for years, it’s always a nice experience. I have never had a problem at this location. I typically get cheese sliders with mozzarella sticks and an orange Hi-C drink. The food is the same as any White Castle! The prices are not bad at all, and they have a Freestyle machine so there are a lot of drink options. Many options for vegetarians as well. The service is pretty good, too, and the inside is nice and clean.

Not all about the hype about these chicken rings. I am from the south. If I want greasy tiny hamburgers I will stick with Krystals. Lol. But I can now say I ate at a White Castle which apparently people are surprised when i say I have never eaten at one. Lol Now I am and just not impressed. Ate 1 burger and done.

My first visit and I tried their new burger and onion rings! Very helpful and happy salesgirl and the manager stopped and was very helpful explaining what I ordered! He went above and beyond for me and other customers. Extremely clean and the food was HOT. I went back the next day!! Thanks White Castle your great 👍

I haven't had White Castle in a while so a recent road trip to this area had me coming here as soon as they opened. I had a 30 burger case with some onion rings and drinks. Everything was so good and fresh. Best breakfast ever!

I got the fish sandwiches combo without cheese. Fish was nice and Crispy. Came with crinkle fries and beverage. Soda didn't have enough syrup. No tartar sauce on sandwiches. No ketchup for fries. Didn't know that I had to check for them before I left the drive through window. Cost just under $10.00.

My favorite Cheeseburgers will always be White Castles. I visited this location and ordered 4 Double Cheeseburgers. White Castles is the only addicting fast food in America. Something about these burgers does something to people. A Craving can happen anytime from the way a Pregnant woman gets cravings White Castles is the psychological cure for Cravings. For 101 Years White Castles has cured the Cravings of millions of people since 1921. I have yet seen anyone sip the thick Chocolate shakes thru a straw. So folks visit the Castle. And to my Veteran brothers and sisters they do Military discounts.

I went through their Drive Thru this morning and Mary was handling the window. I commented on her darling hamburger shaped earrings. She smiled and made conversation. She is courteous and friendly. Definitely hire more people like her! The food was freshly made and delicious. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Back in the day when you walked into a WC there was the rich aroma of caramelized onions and the burgers steaming over them. Those days are gone. The burger patties are thin and without much flavor. The onions are not caramelized and they lack flavor as well. What I crave is those .25 burgers from my youth, all be it 45 years ago how they were addictively delicious. It was movies and after WC. Many companies want more profit so they skimp on quality ingredients. They cut the serving size by a small percentage but up the price. WC let’s get back to basics. Drop all the other menu items because they are revolting. Focus on the original recipe with high quality ingredients and people will once again buy them by the sack. Your sales revenue is low because they lack of focus. What works, works. If you play around with that your gambling with your reputation and customer base.

Very nicely updated, modern, the staff is very friendly. They have chicken and waffles!!!! This is my favorite so I’ve been stopping here recently and love it. Only complain is once I ordered mozzarella sticks and they weren’t cooked all the way. But the chicken and waffles is delicious 10/10

It was slow so Quick service inside. Had the fish nibblers and my fav beverage here….White Castle has THE BEST CHOCOLATE SHAKES Hands Down! It’s the only place that actually tastes like chocolate ice cream. The medium is more like a Large too!

Easy access off Route 37 East. Took order right away. Nice friendly cashier. Food was hot and tasty. Downside, took much too long to wait for order to be prepared. Seems like drive thru was being expedited, while inside clients waited.

My snobby tastes are stopped in their tracks by White Castle! It brings memories of childhood and comfort food. Who can resist those steamy buns, Laden with pickles and onions and hamburger that just melts in the mouth! Onion rings! I love the place!

They were very polite and made our order very quickly. We were originally told 10 minutes because they were pretty busy and they ended up having it ready in less then 5. Great experience.

Check your food before you leave! They put cheese on chicken sandwiches that were supposed to have no cheese. We paid for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 bacon cheeseburgers that we didn't get. They beat us out of $7. We didn't know til we got home which is 20 minutes away so I wasn't going back. I emailed them to complain. Hopefully they will make good on it. On a side note the man at the drive thru was very friendly. Update, they credited me my money back for missing food. Changed rating.

I'll start with the good food was very good but service on the other hand was horrible went to drive through had a 3 dollar off coupon off my purchase got to Window gave it to the guy along with my debit card he looked at coupon ran card gave me my receipt looked at it and the 3 dollars was not taken off he asked his manger about it she came to window and said the only thing she could do was charge my card again which I know that is false she could have canceled the transaction and refund back to my card then redo with the coupon that I had so I just left because she was very rude about it also just to realize that they not only did not take the money off but I was missing my drinks went back and went into the building this time explaining about the drink situation also and manager again was very rude never again will I go there customer service was 100% horrible

This has been the spot for craving a bunch of bite size burgers as long as I can remember. It has been the same for over 30 years, and I will keep going back. The new burger with the old styled box is a nice addition to the line up. I still always buy onion rings to garnish each of the little burgers with, can't be beat. Don't ever change.

It was so nice to be with Family and a friend and to go eat here. I went to the one in Las Vegas last year. The food was nice and hot and was good. Going to miss this place if they close up.

This particular White Castle has been cleaned up very nicely. Atmosphere is nice. The drive thru was very active the day I was there so they was a little bit of a wait.

What a mess. Ordered 5 mozz sticks, which is supposed to come with marinara, and somehow got 4 sticks with no sauce. When I asked if marinara no longer comes with sticks, the foreign lady got an attitude and threw a pack in my bag. They did NOT address the trouble counting to 5 though. I definitely recommend this place if you like paying for food you don't even get.

I feel ashamed I didn’t get his name but the young man doing drive through should be promoted he gave us free desserts on him, had acceptional customer service, and was patient while we were ordering. first time at White Castle we’ll be back for certain hopefully we see him again!

Getting time with our northern family is always wonderful...so we continue to be happy by bringing White Castles home to Virginia.

It's White Castle... the name pretty much sells itself. You know what you're getting into when you come lol This facility is very clean. They're currently open for pick up (no indoor dining or restroom for public use) and of course the drive through is open. They're not 24hrs but are open late.

Great service. Manager named Yolanda had the best customer service. The food was amazing. I haven't had White Castle since I was a pre teen in the mid 90's

First time going and It was everything I've ever imagined. It's not five star restaurant, keep in mind, it's still fast food. But the food was good. It's something different from all the same mundane fast food joints. Where else are you gonna find a fast food joint that offers Monster Energy as a drink lol I got a laugh from that

This specific one is not our go to but it was just as good. The worker at the drive threw was very polite and extremely quick. Regardless of what people say about White Castle it will always be our favorite. We enjoyed our meal and on a busy day it will definitely be our go to.
