    This location is always a bad experience. Against my better judgment we tried again today. First, the app kept failing to take a mobile dine-in order but gave no reason. Second, after finally abbreviating our order to just a rewards salad, we couldn't pick it up because the side entrance had a handwritten sign saying dining room was closed due to staffing issues. This has happened several times. Third, after cutting in line after the intercom to simply pick up the salad, the window agent had the nerve to lecture me about going to the end of the line. Sorry, no way! Fourth, when I suggested that they put up a clearer sign as you pull into their location then I got the "We can't do anything about it" bs. Oh, yes, you can. Wendy's should seriously consider closing this location. It's damaging their name. Or, at minimum, change the ownership and/or management. Never again at this location.

    I just stopped in because I had too much coffee and needed some fast calories to temper the jitters. It was clean, my burgers were ready in about 90 seconds. Can't complain.

    I literally leave my area to specifically go to this one just because of the service cleanliness AND MADE TO ORDER BASICALLY. NOT SOMETHING that's been sitting there waiting to be ordered lol. The friendliness 8w something we don't see much of anymore these days do 5i door dash and Uber eats etc. Not here. Here they actually know u exist if your not door dash. Every time a new employee starts I always see everyone helping as much as possible. Teamwork is definitely number one there.

    Guys was peeping bacon, came to the first window to charge me for my food with a set of gloves on. After ringing me up went back to the table to continue doing whatever he was doing with the bacon. Needs sanitary training for sure.

    Horrible experience...The person helping me had no customer service skills..rude..think it was the manager too..receipt says Ali #2085..Left my fries out of the order ...when I went back in to tell her..she rudely questioned me..said "you didn't order fries" I showed her the receipt..she said "oh"..she then put them in the bag.. No apology what so ever on her part...Never go back there again.. I'll go to the Wendy's in Brick Route 70..where they are friendly..dont mess up my order

    You need to have a delivery sign for drivers that says check in here. I dont need a lecture after I make myself visible that I need to check in a certain area because the food will be cold. After I suggest to have a sign up like MOST places I get the well most drivers know to do that. Obviously I'm not most drivers. I understand this is fast food so the cs isn't nearly as good as bigger restaurants but I'm sick of the unprofessionalism. I'm sorry you are working for minimum wage and that determines your attitude but you are not forced to work there. Having an attitude like that will keep you at those jobs. If you and the rest of the fast food chains want to keep doing business with us then treat us with respect.

    Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to every time I come here my food is wrong or disgusting. All young people work there and they are rude and don't pay attention. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and somehow got a ghost pepper sandwich like WHAT HOW

    Favorite fast food restaurant. Best price for a value meal. Best food, hot and crisp fries. $4 for 4 items includes Jr. Cheeseburger, small fries, 4 nuggets and sauce AND choice of beverage including decaf coffee. McDonald's only offers soda for their pricier less tasty meal. I bought a key tag for $2 to support adoption. It let's me get a junior Frosty with my purchase. I add some vanilla Frosty to my coffee instead of milk and sugar. 😋

    This place went from okay to poor. Hard bread. Don't tell me you couldn't feel that bread hard. That should be in the garbage and new bread should be given. That means poor quality, also the people don't care what type of food you get. Poor staff. Took awhile to get food through drive through. Hand me the food, yawning and forgot my drink. 2 people at the window, texting. Not paying attention. Sat there about 1 min. Guy looks at me open window. I said, my drink. It was sitting there. Gave it to me , looking like a dope. Then they have paper straws. 2 min in the drink. You can tast paper. Never coming here again. Today workers are slow, that's not my job, and just staring at you. No words. Today society has very slow and dumb people working. They look at you with no words. What ever happened to Hi, welcome to wendys, how may I help you. Today it's yea, poor quality if people

    Lazy workers! I literally just left. Ordered a few things including a bacon & cheese potato. I asked 3 times for extra sour cream and butter in which I was told yes, its in the bag. Asked for the final time, the guy at the window said, yes 3 of each are in the bag. Guess what??? NOTHING WAS IN THE BAG but the potato. LAZY! Little extra effort goes a long way in customer service. Unbelievable!

    Poor service. The ordering system for drive through is frequently not working. When you ask for a receipt, they say they can’t print one. McDonald’s is right down the road from there. Don’t waste your time going to this Wendy’s.

    Normally, it’s fine food. I mean it’s fast food how good can it be. But for the last three times I’ve asked for a bit bacon they gave me a hamburger maybe a coincidence but Im a little mad since I hate ketchup, pickles and onions. Please just be more careful

    Made a trip to try the strawberry shake. Big mistake. It's terribly artificial tasting and was 2/3 melted after a five minute drive home. Chocolate and or vanilla always make it home frozen enough for a good brain freeze. Three spoons and I dumped it in the sink. Bring back vanilla!!!!

    I come here pretty often in the morning and I can’t say it’s always good service but the new girl who was there today at the counter I believe the receipt name said mya or mia not sure as I threw it out already but she was extremely kind and nice she provided excellent service even more then you would expect from fast food when people give good service if only every one was that kind and dedicated to working properly

    Food was warm and great at the drive-thru only problem was it was 9:00 at night and at least 15 cars were in the Drive-Thru line which only had one line not like McDonald's which usually has two.

    Is it just the Wendy's on rt 70 Tom's River that the hamburgers have become even smaller than before but the price is up. I purchased a #9 bourbon burger meal a month ago & it was thicker. Tngt I purchased it again & definitely smaller what the hell. The staff are friendly never an issue... Hey Wendy's mngt people are going to stop coming due to this, I understand all prices have gone up as I own a business to but it doesn't impede the quality of work, so get your facts together. For nor I will not be coming in for a while ridiculous!!!!

    Worse Wendy’s ever. Ordered nuggets and baked potato. Nuggets taste like mush not like it use to. Potato old and mushy inside. Did not get the sour cream or butter. Wendy’s use to be good. Quality has gone down. Horrible

    We usually enjoy Wendy's but the one we stopped into tonight the food was dired and old . Very upsetting would of turned around and complained but we just wanted to get home . won't stop in this Wendy's again. But I have to say the young man at the window was pleasant and friendly 🙂

    I have ordered from this wendys via door dash at least 4 times and 3 of those times My order was either incorrect or completely missing. I simply ask for no meat, as I am a vegetarian. Yet every single time there is meat on what I've ordered, so I'm out money, time, and a meal. Not to mention the French fries taste like they've been sitting for a while.

    I don’t we know we if they just stop working at this store once 9pm hits or what . Because this has happened several times . So I placed an order on Grubhub and 20 minutes later still no driver. Turns out they never confirmed the order . I call the restaurant and no answer . Grubhub couldn’t contact them and I wound up having to cancel the order . It clearly shows they close at 2am on Google . And if they stop doing Grubhub at a certain time they need to post it somewhere. Horrible

    Food was not fresh nor hot. 4 for $4.44 was a huge disappointment. Nothing more than a very small snack. Meat was paper thin. Fries were soggy. Nuggets tasted old and chewy. And I was charged an extra 60 cents for lemonade, which was all of 6 oz in a cup full of ice. First and last time. Total was $5.37 for garbage.

    I went to this Wendy's and the manager was really rude think his name was brett. He was really rude to the employees even when i was standing there. Food was not good at all everything was cold. It took forever for me to get my food because he was to busy arguing with the staff. I DO NOT recommend this Wendy's.

    This place needs a serious makeover. The really really big sign in front says open at 6:30am. Went out early this morning so I decided to try their new breakfast menu. Placed and paid for an order online. Got there about 6:45am to find all the employees sitting in their cars where I told that manager never showed up to open up. Went to McDonald's

    Visited here at 1:30 in the morning on my way home from the in laws house. I was very pleased with the chicken nuggets and French fries they had prepared for us. I'm happy that Wendy's prides itself on "eat great even late". At least I think that slogan was one of Wendy's. Either way I would return to this Wendy's again for good fast food.
