This
location
is
always
a
bad
experience.
Against
my
better
judgment
we
tried
again
today.
First,
the
app
kept
failing
to
take
a
mobile
dine-in
order
but
gave
no
reason.
Second,
after
finally
abbreviating
our
order
to
just
a
rewards
salad,
we
couldn't
pick
it
up
because
the
side
entrance
had
a
handwritten
sign
saying
dining
room
was
closed
due
to
staffing
issues.
This
has
happened
several
times.
Third,
after
cutting
in
line
after
the
intercom
to
simply
pick
up
the
salad,
the
window
agent
had
the
nerve
to
lecture
me
about
going
to
the
end
of
the
line.
Sorry,
no
way!
Fourth,
when
I
suggested
that
they
put
up
a
clearer
sign
as
you
pull
into
their
location
then
I
got
the
"We
can't
do
anything
about
it"
bs.
Oh,
yes,
you
can.
Wendy's
should
seriously
consider
closing
this
location.
It's
damaging
their
name.
Or,
at
minimum,
change
the
ownership
and/or
management.
Never
again
at
this
location.
