If we weren’t in the middle of moving and had more time to wait around we would have requested that we get a replace because this is ridiculous. An almost hour wait for pizza that is 90% burned, the crust literally falls apart when touched, yet isn’t even hot and when we called to complain about it their sad excuse is that they “cook their pizza well done”. Other than burnt the pizza wasn’t bad, it’s a shame they allowed us to receive such burnt pizza.

Horrable service. Ordered a large pizza. Waited over an hr. Got it and was half a pizza for $20. Asked for my money back for the pizza.. happy to pay for the wings. They refused. Never going back. Also food was cold. The pictures shows how they don't care about the food they make.

Disgusting! 🤮 Ordered 2 plain pies for lunch, took almost 2 hours to come and it was cold and didn’t even resemble what fresh pizza looks like. I called and the man who took my order Tuesday 6/28 @ 3:48p was extremely condescending when I called back to complain. My 8 year old son is now so sick to his stomach after eating the pizza and now I’m sick to my stomach! 🤬 Please go to Frankie G’s, he’s a good client of mine and their food is amazing! I would have left 0 stars if I could for this company and if I knew I could post a picture on my review I DEFF would have taken some, the pizza looked about a week old…

Excellent pizza! Because they are so popular, delivery does take a bit, but are always within the 45 - 60 minute delivery time, with food arriving at a good temperature. I always order my own specialty pizza: White pizza, (no ricotta), garlic, and prosciutto, it’s so delicious! You should try it! I order from them about once a week, also including ham/pineapple pizza, fried calamari, fried ravioli, and great desserts. They even won best pizza in Toms River, I think last year during the virus lockdown. So I’m very happy with Lorenzo’s pizza and delivery service!

Returned to Lorenzo's for dinner today after swinging by last night after a long shift on Medic Unit #206 that ended with 2 calls involving Death and destruction. Felt the need last night for comfort food and ordered an Italian Sub to take home. While waiting as it was made saw a Grandma Slice calling for me to enjoy. That slice was fantastic. Today Kit Dwight and I ordered and enjoyed an Antipasto Salad, Garlic Knots and a freshly baked Grandma Pizza. When it was brought out the gentleman apologized, another employee who was working last night informed him that I had tried his newest 3rd Grandma variant and that was probably what we had come in for. He informed us that he was sorry and told us about the fact the one I had was something he was experimenting with and that he had already prepared and placed it in the oven and to enjoy the first pie. This is why we are patrons of the local small businesses. The pride in what they serve is above the franchise or occasional establishment that produces an inferior product. I would recommend my Family, Friend's, Co worker's and anyone looking for a good meal to stop by.

I bought two slices brought them home and found this. Took back to show the manager and he said it was burnt cheese. Really!!! So rude and in denial.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered a Sicilian pizza and garlic knots and it was absolutely disgusting. The garlic knots tasted like chemicals and it was not editable. Do not order from here

omgeeee the best cheesesteak i had in a minute!!! fresh, came hot & quick for a friday night (60 minutes). wings are okay i’d definitely prefer a little more crunch/crisp. i didn’t rate a 5 bc they messed up one of our sandwiches and asked us to bring it back- like what!! lol i never heard of a restaurant asking a customer to do that especially in these time!

Wow!! What a great find. They had the best vegan pizza I have had in NJ. Delicious!! VERY friendly staff. Great price. Tucked away in a small plaza on rt 70 near rt9. Worth the drive.

The pizza here is very good and i not only love pizza, but have been to many pizzerias. The only reason for 4/5 stars, is the prices are very high for the specialty pies, are are small compared to other places for specialty pies. Please make the sweet heat a bigger pie and then it would be a home run

I was more than satisfied with my perfectly sized 1/2 meatball parm hero. Nicely toasted bread, quickly delivered and boxed to go. I ate at one of the few outside tables. Friendly chit chat (showed off pics of my new granddaughter) enjoyed that sandwich. A1

I ordered from Lorenzo's for our work Christmas lunch. I made the mistake by ordering through google, which I learned they have issues getting orders from google. Forgive for not catching everyone's names, but the guys at Lorenzo's were excellent!!!! They whipped up the order I placed and had everything ready in about 15mins. Above and beyond effort. Everyone at our branch loved the pizzas. One of the best I have had. You earned a new customer today. Next time I will order direct from Lorenzo's website. I used to order large pie/wing orders on weekends and $5.99 lunch specials for the whole family all the time from here and had nothing but good experiences. During the pandemic I think another pizza place sold and joined this crew. Im well aware of inflation in the recent times but since this other place teamed up with you the quality has been awful. I used to love giving you guys my business but I hope things change

They charge more for card then cash, which is fine to incentivize cash payments, but when a pizza is $25 cash, is only 8 small slices that’s literally half the size of the pizza box, and charges you $3 delivery on top, then you are spending $30 for 6 real slices worth of pizza. Always comes late too; and when I can get an 18 inch fresh old fashioned pie for $19 elsewhere, why would I spend $30 for a 12 inch “pie” here.

delivery service was pretty fast but the food was terrible. the penne vodka was very bland.. no flavor. the chicken tasted like eggs and the caesar dressing literally had to be just mayonnaise. waste of money.

Great pizza, Detroit style is very good! Both chicken and beef cheese are some of my favorites. I like the whole menu!!

Pizza was great. Definitely enjoyed it. They have a lot of options for different pies. Employees were friendly and fast.

So , I order a large pie and mozzarella sticks. And it's over an hour late. This is the 2nd time that this has happen. We get our food cold to the point I have to re heat the pizza. In the past when I would order I didn't have a problem. And then the attitude that you get after complaining is oh well. I guess I am going to have to find another pizza place.

Ordered meatball sandwich, waited 1/2 hour for it, picked it up, got home and you could have used the roll as a hockey puck, hard as a rock. Called Lorenzo, after being put on hold, Was asked if I wanted another sandwich made and it would take an additional 1/2 hour. I wasn’t driving back there again, threw the sandwich in the garbage, where it belonged.

Great pizza. Thought I found a good spot...until I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings and literally (no joking) got Chicken McNuggets. They pulled the ol'Jersey Bamboozle on me for sure, so off to find a different place to spend my hard-earned money. Horrible....

Solid pizza joint! Place slice was your typical, solid pizza slice. Their buffalo chicken is the best in the area, makes it worth going the slightly extra distance to obtain.

Wow all I can say is wow this food was absolutely delicious we are gluten free and dairy free my daughter got a chicken farm sandwich and garlic bread her boyfriend got the drunken cheese steak so then I went there and we both got to gluten-free dairy-free chicken parm sandwiches and their wings are so delicious with gluten-free sauces, it was our first time trying this place out and so happy we have you will not be disappointed and if you have allergies I highly recommend that you check out this place I have celiac disease my daughter has gluten sensitivities and we both have high dairy allergies and felt great after we ate. Will definitely be back again thank you Lorenzo's for such a great experience and food staff was helpful and very nice

Phenomenal! Whether you’re looking for a specialty slice or a good old fashioned plain slice, this is the place to go. Their plain is the best around. Their specialty pies are really where it’s at though. The Detroit is my favorite but they have a ton to choose from. Great wings and sandwiches also. My family and now all my friends have made this their “regular” spot after I’ve told them to order from here!
