The worst sub from Jersey Mike's! Ordered 2 mini #9's, one with No Bacon. Both came with bacon, and the most dried up roast beef I've ever had in 30+ yrs eating at JM! Looks like all the ingredients had been sitting around for awhile.

I always like this place. I either get the roast beef sub or I get the Italian sub. I get points because I signed up for it but it takes a long time to finally get enough points for a regular size sub. All in all their sub are always delicious.

EXTREAMLY Overpriced for what you get.....sub meat portions small. Not worth what they charge at all. And for some strange reason...you ord a club sub that basically has 4 ingredients..Turkey - Ham - Bacon.cheese .and then they ask you if really want bacon on it?? Why would someone ord a sub that has bacon if they didnt want it???......is ownership / mgt really that cheap at this location that the staff are instructed to ask you first before putting the basic ingredients on the sub the menu says it's supposed to include?

So i ordered from here after not eating there for a while i got a cheese steak and it was very sloppy an not well put together and i couldnt even finish it because it tasted a little off an about an hour after i was aggressively vomiting for a good 20-25 minutes so i went to the hospital because i was concerned and turns out it was food poisoning so from now on i will no longer eat there so be careful ordering from there very disappointing

They continue to underwhelm. I ordered a cheesesteak and I’m truly not sure what I received. The order was pretty simple, a cheesesteak with lite onions, what I received was a light brown meat with no onions and mostly bread. This is the 3rd terrible experience I’ve had at this location. I will drive an extra few minutes going forward.

Subs are good, but I applied for a job and never heard from them again, even though they said they needed help. I am well qualified. I think they discriminate against age

Ordered a cheese steak from here it was good but they never asked me if I wanted anything extra on it or the type of bread just made it and wrapped it up I didn’t even bother

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub sandwich shop! The prices are kinda high, but it's worth it to me. Turkey with avocado is my choice!!

Headed back inside and asked if I could hang out while I waited for help, but Jersey Mike's to the rescue! Shoutout to Nick from Jersey Mike's who jumped my car! It was so nice of him to help me. Give that guy a raise!

Put two steps into the place to grab my sandwich and was out. I've been there before, and the guys there are great! Good is always made on time as I usually order via my phone app.

one of the best Jersey mikes locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to countless. Very clean, bright and welcoming. Very friendly staff. Todd made me a 42 (chipotle chicken cheesesteak) that was out of this world!! great bread at this location, meat cooked to perfection and super flavorful.

I ordered a steak and cheese for the first time 20 mintues ago. The bread was all soggy WORST SUB I EVER HAD!!!! I would feel more satisfied giving the bum on the corner 14 bucks then ever spending a dollar at this trash HOLE!!! bad food bad service bad review.... GROOSSSSSSSSSS

My sandwich was so thin. There was barely any meat or cheese on it felt like I was just eating bread.

Love this place. The staff is great and they hustle. Very polite. Great selection of sandwiches like all Jersey Mike's. Room to sit and eat or to go.

Good place to shop

I just went in and ordered a sub, they had no masks on and no gloves and when I said something the girl said we don't need masks until tomorrow and the person that made my sub also said that he did not have one! when I said something to him he was rude and said did I want a refund I really don't think people breathing on my food really is a great idea for me or anyone else! I get sandwiches from here often and I went out of my way to come here and I walk in and no one has masks on there's something really wrong with that picture!

Young female worker was all alone. she was wonderful why isn't management backing her up.if she were my daughter I would be really mad.especially in this environment.

Actually this was the first time eating a sub here. Got a regular wheat bread with Tuna, lettuce, tomato and onion. Found everything to be fresh. Sub was definitely delicious. Will be going back.

Jersey Mike's is simply the best sub chain there is. The quality is unmatched. Highly recommend it.

Food is good and fresh but expensive for their small portions. She legitimately put 3 tablespoons of tuna on a regular sub. All you can taste is lettuce and tomato on this sub. I see other complaints about people saying the same thing about the portions of tuna put on their sub. It may have just been the girl who made our sandwiches. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s the other locations and have not had the same experience. We are extremely disappointed and like other people have mentioned, you guys need to do better. We won’t be back here. You can get a lot more for your money at a deli

Best Sub in T.R.

Ever since the store has been under New Management, the subs in a tub have gotten very chintzy. When ordering one with bacon, only one strip is put in. There is very little lettuce. Very disappointed. The only reason for 2 stars is the set up they have for contactless pick up is very well set up Update: I was contacted by someone at Jersey Mikes. They apologized and sent coupons for free subs. I hope the store does better.

Staff listened to each customer's order. Some jersey mike's they ask too many people what they want...too much patter. Then you have to repeat what you want on each sub because they can't remember. Very annoying. This Jersey Mike's does not do that.. they take care of one order at a time, but still work fast. It's actually a faster and more pleasant experience at this one than at some of the other ones.

Absolutely best subs. Wish they had more locations thou. Also used to have some great cps... like buy 2 get 1 free. Used to do that all the time.

This is among the better sub shops on the shore, quality is consistent, you can call your order in ahead of time, and the staff are friendly enough. I like the roast beef and provolone sub.
