This is the worst Dunkin' around, avoid it. They underfill lattes, get orders wrong, and take forever to do their job. While it's open longer than others around, they often slack off and you'll be waiting for quite some time to get your order.

Spent literally 40 minutes in line in the drive thru because they took legitimately ten minutes for each car ahead of us. Then the employee had the audacity to tell us to just leave if we didn't want to wait and proceeded to scream obscenities at my husband from the drive thru window. If you can't keep the location properly staffed then don't even bother opening with such rude, nasty employees.

I am so disappointed with the service I had. The women took my order was friendly n nice. The women at the window was too busy eating something out of a big in my face to talk. She didn't even tell me my total. She took my payment walked away, came back gave me my one item with out speaking at all still munching away at whatever she was eating. Then the young man who made the other part of my order threw the bag at her while she was still eating she then in turn swung the bag at him then finally decided to bring the bag to me to hand it too me and again not saying anything because she was too busy stuffing her mouth with food. Not only does this violate health code but I was extremely disappointed and will be contacting management and NJ Health Dept to report

When I got there. There was hardly any people in the store. I was able to order my breakfast sandwich and sit down and eat it. It was pretty good experience

I don’t understand how you guys can mess up caramel iced coffees. I stopped this morning to get my iced coffee & I had to tell the employees to add cream into my drink because it looked like water. The drink they made was horrible, you’re better off drinking poison than what they made me it had no taste. Either train your new employees or just stop making drinks, Thank You.

I always get the wrong order at this location. Staff moves slower than a three toed sloth. Looks like the staff could use a cup of coffee themselves. Macchiato is always stirred and basically a cup of milk. Last time I went will be the last time I bother visiting. The girl did offer to add more espresso to my cup of milk so that was nice. But the wait for my initial order then waiting for it to be fixed was really long. Even though I was one of two people inside. It is clean inside so there is a positive note.

I have veen going to this place since I'm a kid,, all three my kids had their first job here,,,ever since covid lockdown and return, this place has been a disgusting disgrace!!!!, it's filthy inside and out,,staff is awful, multiple people work in drive threw and ignore up front,, one time I the only person in there stood up front for 7 minutes, then your staff had nerve to give me am attitude when I said I been here 7 minutes,,, this place has really turned to yuk for lighter words!!!,,, just terrible and breaks my heart as a long time customer 💔 😢

Call to speak to a manager for assistance.. They told me there's no Manager around. When I asked the name of the manager they told me they don't know the manager's name. Can't give me the name as well. Not able to provide information for corporate office. Had an attitude of disrespect treated an elderly customer. Laughed at them in their face was the rudest service that there could possibly be with the handicap older man and an autistic child present. If they have this disrespect for their customers. It would not be surprising if they lack cleanliness as well. I would not be surprised if the health department was to shut them down. I suggest avoiding this location in Toms river Nj.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It’s actually impressive how horrible and miserable they are, they somehow managed to mess up the simplest order known to man. I had ordered something right off the menu and the employee stared deep into my soul for a what felt like an eternity just to mutter the words “ ion know how to make that”. I just really don’t understand how that place is still up and running. One star is to high, but alas I can’t go lower 👎👎👎

I don’t know why your hours are posted because the people you have opening make their own hours. I’ve been a continuous customer for 9 years 5-7 days a week and since the women that used to open quit the place has very quickly gone down hill. Need mind you I have a Dunkin in the store where I work and I will be going there from now on. I went and kept going to your Dunkin because of the service and the friendly customer/employee relations. Sad to say no longer.

I don't know what was going on, but myself and another customer waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone took our order or even acknowledged us. Lots of staff hanging around the drive thru chatting but nobody at the front.

I’ve had so many problems at this location. One of them being they’ve given me regular coffee when I asked for decaf because I’m PREGNANT! I had to stop going to this one because they’re always goofing off and not listening. My order is always wrong. The photo below shows the muffin I ordered — toasted with butter. When I got home there was a chunk of egg in it. GROSS. Never again.

Ordered a coconut macaroon iced coffee off of the app, when I went to go pick it up they handed me a large cup of pure coconut milk. Very lazy and rude, will have to stop coming to this location.

I always ordered the vanilla bean coolata but when I accidentally ordered a vanilla bean mocha coolata I discovered my new favorite. Vanilla bean tasted like melted vanilla ice cream was amazing but with mocha it’s almost like chocolate coffee I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I go to this Dunkin location 2-3 times a week. They are very fast and efficient which is why I choose this location over others in the area. Recently they forgot one item in my order which has never happened at this location before. The regional manager promptly reached out to me personally, apologized, and corrected the mistake. They truly value their customers which is why I continue to visit this location. Employees are extremely friendly.

I like this location a lot because they always have all goods at all times. The only thing i do not like is the yelling the cowrokers be having inside. They are so loud and the way the communicate one another its not professional. Come on guys we can do better than that. Lets provide an excellent customer service.

It seemed like I was an inconvenience since I was coming in to grab something. Just poor staff.

I visited the drive-thru later in the afternoon about 5pm and ordered an iced coffee and some food. The iced-coffee was the worst I've ever had from a dunkin donuts. It was undrinkable and I poured the whole thing down the drain. The employees at the drive thru window were extremely unprofessional, talking loudly about their personal matters and blaring music from a personal speaker. I went back a week later and ordered another iced coffee and had the same experience- an undrinkable, disgusting coffee that I threw out. Worst dunkin donuts I've been to and will not return. I contacted customer service and they said a representative from the store would be in touch - never heard anything.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years! When Penny owned it, everyone was so friendly and accommodating that everyone would know everyone's name! I stop here every morning on my way to wrk in Cherry Hill. I have NEVER gotten a hello, hood morning,have a nice day or a that you! Today we stopped to get coffees that were wrong size and wrong condiments, no napkins wth 3 orders of avocado toast, no muffin that i orderd and the woman at the window handed our order and turned her bk and walked away with no comments.Horrible service! Sadly you lost another customer!

This location is hit or miss. Asked for two medium chai lattes. One iced, one hot. Got them home and have no idea what this is. Either one. This is not the first time this has happened. That’s another $11 down the drain. Thanks Rt. 37 Dunkin.

Worst experience I ever had at dunkin donuts. Nasty miserable unfriendly cashiers I asked for a drink to be made and they didn’t know what drink I was talking about. Then they walked to the back started laughing and whispering. It was a guy and a girl who had a nasty salty attitude don’t bother coming here at night

Ordered a hot chocolate...it's was water. Normally, this place has the BEST hot chocolate. Not today! Also, the cup they served it in was dirty... like they had chocolate syrup on their hands and didn't rinse their hands before grabbing another cup. Very disappointed.

Stopped in to get a couple coffees. Paid and was asked if I want my change, Almost 2 dollars, said yes I do. Well I guess that was the wrong answer because both coffees were made wrong. Never again. Maybe next time they should give the change back without the question. Maybe instead you can let customers decide if they want to tip. And for a coffee that is over priced and only made right if you want to pay extra go somewhere else.

Early mornings are ok. Depends on who you get. Todays visit was ok. Got my order right for the most part. Only issue was I had asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. And when I went to eat it; it wasn’t toasted and it tasted more like whipped butter than cream cheese.

Their bagels are small and never taste fresh. The only reason I ever go there is because they open so early.... very few options at 5:30 am. Donuts are good.

I wish there was another location that was more convenient for me. I don’t know why I continue to get food here. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich they’re burnt/stale and you can’t even take a bite they’re so hard. My orders are always messed up. There are a few pleasant workers but most are super rude. This location has really gone down hill.

Elderly parent stopped by this afternoon to pick up order. Lady behind counter was very rude and didn’t say hello or anything to him. Just pushes coffee towards him with a grunt. She did same thing to customer in front of him too. Worse, she was not wearing her mask properly. She had it pulled down to below her chin, exposing her mouth and nose. He was afraid to say anything to hear because she looked really angry and now he could’ve been exposed. Please make sure your employees are wearing their masks correctly if you care about customer safety. Be wary of this place.

Horrible, horrible service at this Dunkin! I ordered a large tea with one teabag and a donut and paid. I went over to the area where you wait for drinks, one person was ahead of me, she got her drinks and left, meanwhile, two different people walked in after me, ordered, paid, and received all of their multiple drinks and left! I'm still standing there waiting, now I am the only customer in the store, and three employees are working behind the counter, ignore me, don't even bother to notice that I'm still waiting for my tea. So I asked was my tea ready, and why were people coming in after me served and left! He said the system forgot to send my order through! What?! He made my tea with two tea bags, I asked for only one, and he was not even apologetic for me having to wait so long! I I will never go to this place again, that's for sure!

Very nice cashier, I paid it forward today and was happy even in this hot weather. Kudos to the workers!

I love this Dunkin. The evening crew is the best. Austin is great, and he always makes the best frozen coffees and iced macchiatos. My fiancee and I always go there when he's working. He always remembers our orders, and is just the nicest. Him and the whole evening crew are wonderful. This is the only Dunkin I like going to.

I love this particular Dunkin location. My mom and I come here often when we are out. We also tend to pick up large orders for our whole family here and the workers are very nice and the drinks always come out Awesome! The food is not too bad either, but I usually don't have too many high expectations from fast food places. Just wish they didn't burn the food although I am sure it isn't done on purpose.

Love the "snackin bacon".. there's about 6-8 bacon strips that come in a small bag & come seasoned with black pepper, sugar and a dab of maple syrup. All 3 flavors erupt together in your mouth and their so damn good! We stop every morning for breakfast and have a cup of coffee, a plain bagel with cream cheese, and a few orders of snackin bacon, all well on the way to drive my son to school.

Awful experience. I ended up being 15 minutes late for work cause I placed a mobile order online and had to retell them everything I ordered after they tried to charge me for someone else's order. The attitudes were horrible and the food was cold by the time it was handed out. Really bad way to start my day. I don't usually write reviews but this is my 5th time going to this dunkin and my order is usually always wrong. I give multiple chances for places cause no day is ever the same. But this is a really awful establishment. Today was my limit here.

I go to this Dunkin occasionally but every time I go I have a problem. Simple order of plain toasted bagel very little bit of butter. Everytime I get a huge amount of butter n not even melted.
