Be prepared to spend 45 minutes in their drive-thru line it's been 2 years and their restaurant lobby is still not open I don't know why people wait in line for grease ball sandwiches for 45 minutes it's not that good believe me support your local mom and pop restaurants support your local small businesses Wendy's is a corporate restaurant that sells the cheapest stuff money can buy it's barely edible it's definitely not food you're doing your body a huge disservice by eating at any of those places because of all the additives fillers and things that are not really meant for human consumption such as soybean are loaded along with sodium fat triglycerides Grease fillers you get the picture you can't feel good after eating that stuff you know you feel horrible.

Chicken mozzarella sandwich was great but then I opened my baked potato. Wendy’s never fails to disappoint but I still go back hoping they’ll get it right one of these days :) It looks like it has a really rough day 🥔

Asked if they had frosty's guy said yeah we got vanilla and strawberry. I asked for a strawberry. Get to the window I get a strawberry lemonade. I go " I asked for a frosty." "Oh we don't have frosty's..actually all we have is vanilla." Like really?! So I took it and left with my other food. Had to go in because of course I asked for 2 salad dressings and got none. Then when I get home no straws for the drinks. 🙄😑

Drive-thru guy was extremely rude. I ended up not ordering because of how annoyed I got. I asked if there was a kids menu and was ignored. My mom ordered a small coke and the closed the window without giving her a straw. Such poor service, and will definitely NOT be coming here again.

Usually this wendys is good but this last time was bad! We ordered on the app. and the entire order was wrong. I paid for extra cheese sauce which was $2 and never was put in the bag. Need to be a little more attentive putting together orders!

Unfortunately wanted to be a coustmer but can't accept apple pay or tap. Need to get out of the early 2000's everyone should be able to accept payments via phone. But no problem ordering online with a card very confusing and frustrating

Maybe we just don't eat fast food often but I specifically and clearly stated I wanted our sandwich plain and sure enough they put on ketchup and mayo... the order receipt said plain also... its really simple...

This Wendy’s on 37 is a joke! Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru. finally was able to order, I clearly said TWICE Lg Chili and double the extra cheese, I get home and there is NO cheese at all but yet I was charged for 2Times extra cheese! Wendy’s just lost my business!

Ninety percent of the staff that works at this Wendy's are not friendly. They rush you at the drive up and rarely say thank you. Which is not good because they are one of the most expensive fast food chains. I like their food and the atmosphere in side is clean and bright. I mostly use the drive up. Mostly young people work their that go off to college. I think they would have a better breakfast crowd if they could get friendlier staff at the drive up. I have had some problems with them getting my order wrong in the past. Their garlic fries are delicious, the chicken sandwiches are really good love the chocolate frosty. For breakfast the seasoned potato wedges are so good, I get the bacon egg and cheese croissant with well done bacon on it. They need friendlier servers, I think they would do more business if they could hire better people.

Just came from there, purchased 2 cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries with no salt, worst fries I ever had ,usually when you get no salt they are hot, they we ice cold and probably have been sitting there for a while, also burgers were ice cold. Tried calling there but of course no answer!

Never go to this place if you're in a rush! This is anything but a fast food joint. And I got my drink without a straw. I guess it's expected from a one star slow Food Service restaurant

When it comes to fast food restaurants. Wendy's is the best. Wendy's fries are top notch. Wendy's burgers are definitely worth more than what Wendy's charge for. Wendy's salad is also top notch.

Stopped here with some buds to catch lunch, and the dining room was closed; needless to say, we went elsewhere. If you can't keep your dining room open, close your restaurant.

Dining room is closed, they didn't have enough baked potatoes, they forgot to put straws in the bag and the way this place is designed, it makes it very difficult to return. Word of advice, check your order before you leave the area.

We ordered Big Bacon Classic sandwich (no pickles) Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich Small chili Baked potato with sour cream and chives $18.72 No sour cream, no Big Bacon Classic even though we asked for no pickles. They gave us a fry we did not order. Chili tastes off. Paid close to $20 for $10 worth of food.

This is my 3rd time going, 1st time I did get baked potato with sour cream but no eating utensils! 2nd time my son orderd a burger they did not listen to what size or if he wanted on the burger! 3rd time today we ordered 2 potato with sour cream no sour cream or eating utensils we seen amount said 6.39 get up to window 12.34 why ur establishment made all the errors not us.

I got the spicy chicken sandwich I asked for regular ranch on the side and raw onions not the crispy onions. I didn't get either one of them.

Everything was great until I got to what I thought was going to be my Baconator Fries, only to find a baked potato. I understand being busy, but considering you charged me for Baconator Fries, I have no idea how you make this mistake. Maybe if the GM wasn't so rude over the speaker, things might be different. Very slow when ordering and the staff cannot hear us. The staff mixed up our order and had a bad attitude. I just canceled my order and went to another Wendy's. Do not go here.

The guy helping me was very nice at the drive-thru. I was a tad disappointed because breakfast was over. Their breakfast for $3 is actually Really good!! I haven't had fast food in over a yr or so. I was headed to dd but the line was wrapped around the bldg...WHY when you can get a Really good bacon egg croissant WITH Real potato wedges??!!! I go with Wendy's for the Win

My opinion on Wendy’s: I thought it was okay, I loved the frosty’s but everything else seemed overrated. I went threw the drive threw and got there chocolate frosty and there spicy chicken sandwich, I enjoyed it but it just wasn’t what I was expecting. I also felt rushed in the drive threw, but I did get my food fast and was hot so I won’t complain. But the girl at the window was very kind. My son got there burger and a vanilla frosty, the burger looked mediocre but again the frosty was stupendous. There french fries I thought where decently good, I got them warm so they where fresh. I have had better fries but I did enjoy them. Just if you do want fries I would probably just stick to the basics like McDonald’s. But if you do stop off at Wendy’s you must try there frosty’s!

The Manager talks to you and connects even when using the drive through. I don't usually review fast food but here the service is legit. Keep it up, I'll be back.

The reviews are divided, so I'll only say this: My Uber Eats order came without error and put a smile on my face. (September '23) The college days of getting the Four for $4 led me to a lot of good memories, and eating the Dave's Double tonight brought me right back to some happy times. I hope they have a Wendy's drive-thru app on the South Pole Lunar Base in 19 years.

Love love Wendy! This place is really clean and perfect for a quiet date night. My family and I love hanging out here and all the staffs are really nice! My kid is one year old but enjoys the Wendy jr burger and can finish the whole thing!

I was first in the drive-thru with 2 cars behind me. Why did I have to wait 12 minutes in line for others' food to get done while mine was getting cold while sitting at the window with my purchase in eyesight and payment is already taken that was very rude. I beeped the horn to ask for my food the manager turned his body camera off or on and began talking to me with all filthy words. Not a good face nor attitude to represent your company. I drove thru Wendy's and the food was great!! The burgers are always fresh and juicy, my son loves the Double Stack!! I love the Apple Cranberry Salad!!! I love the Blue Cheese Crumbles and the Dried Cranberries!!! The Balsamic Vinegrette dressing makes this my absolute favorite Salad anywhere!! The only negative for me with Wendy's is that they no longer have salads available in large or small!!!! Now you HAVE to get a large salad or order something else!!! Also, I feel that the menu is expensive!!!! No Dollar Items anymore!!! No small Ceasar Side Salad anymore!!!!!! Wendy's still has delicious Frostys, now in Vanilla, Chocolate, and new Pumpkin Spice. Yum!!

They also have closed the store 30-20mins earlier. Trust me I get it I work in food too but I shouldn’t be waiting 15 mins for a number 2 meal once I get to the drive thru window honestly that’s just poor management. It was one of my favorite locations I always went there but now I don’t go as much and even if I do go they closed the store early.

Cheap food, very tasty. It was so appetizing. The staff was sociable and attentive. I see why this place has so many good reviews.

One of our worst 🇺🇸 fast food joints. We only eat there when traveling, And there are no options. Ground odd bits of the cow I have often needed to spit out a bite due to have pieces of bone in my burger.

No matter if its a burger or chicken, Wendy's is held in a higher regard in my mind when it comes to fast food. Wether its because they're ingredients are kept fresh and never frozen or they're just higher quality, Wendy's has set the bar in my mind when it comes to good, quality food done fast.
