I have driven past this store countless times over the years but have never stopped in before. Yesterday, I was asked by a loved one to find a specific type of jewelry for somebody else. I was working with a short timeframe so I decided to try Gemsmith since I drive by it so often. When I walked in the friendly ladies at the shop asked if I needed help. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Not only did they know what I was looking for, but they knew right where to find it in the store. It was the perfect piece! Not only was I relieved that it was even more beautiful than what I was expecting, but I was even more surprised at the price! The piece, as fine quality as it was, was shockingly affordable. The sweet women in the store offered to gift wrap it and they packaged it so much better than I could have done. Their service, pricing, and surprising collection will make me a customer for life. My only regret is that I didn’t start shopping there sooner.

A few months ago I made the decision to have my rings cut off due to my swollen fingers from arthritis and some weight gain. I was sad worried my wedding ring was gonna be ruined. But knew I had to do it. I went to Gemsmith and they were amazing. Painlessly cut my ring off and advised me to wait a few months. I went back a few months later they resized me and repaired my ring to perfection. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service. Also, the talented staff who fixed my ring. I feel like a new bride!! Highly recommend! Also, the gorgeous jewelry 😍 selection was bountiful.

Without going into long and boring details, I needed my wedding band and engagement ring resized. Because of how the bands were made it was not a simple resize and it required creative work from the jeweler on site. She was able to size my rings up without destroying the beauty and design of my rings. I was very impressed? The best part was that it didn't cost a fortune! Was surprised to have such a strange experience here the other day. Fiancee and I stopped here first looking for our wedding bands, and the woman working was not very welcoming and almost every time she spoke it came off as very condescending. She made me very anxious. I'm not a huge jewelery person so I don't know a lot about styles, and she made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't very helpful at all. The selection was very small (from what she showed) and very overpriced. We stayed for maybe 10 minutes before moving onto our next location where I found the most beautiful band that was appropriately priced. They have gorgeous jewelry, but I wouldn't suggest going here for wedding bands to anyone.

Ketti is the consummate professional, an artistic visionary. I had a very large blue topaz engagement ring that I was afraid to wear. The pronged setting did not seem sufficient to hold the stone and its weight caused the ring to always turn on my finger. Ketti’s redesign solved all my problems.The comfortable, contemporary wide band now has a square base, the stone encased in a beautifully constructed bezel of small leaves and butterflies. I took my ring to Gemsmith after taking it to a couple national jewelry companies. They were clueless as to how to fix my ring which had a broken band. Friend referred me to Gemsmith, so I took it there and the owner and Joelle looked at it and said they could fix it. A week later I picked it up and wow!! I found Ketti while searching for someone to design a ring for me. My mom gave me her engagement ring and I was excited to put the stone into something unusual and unique. As soon as I went to Gemsmith I knew this was the place to be. Ketti spent a great deal of time with me designing the ring and utilized not only the stone but additional stones from a band I already owned. My ring is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. She also designed a necklace for me using stones I already had. It is beautiful as well. The store also has amazing ready made pieces, all original and all fabulous. I went to Ketti with a specific request for a bracelet that was coming from a $10 red string elephants & evil eyes from NYC. The bracelet string was starting to thin & I really loved it, so I decided to make an appointment with Ketti to see if what I wanted was even doable. Ketti & I sat down. I nervously explained what I was looking for & Ketti with a big smile, said I think we can make this happen. My nervousness subsided & a big smile came across my face that implied, Really? Ketti grabbed a pencil & paper & began to work her magic. Before I knew it, Ketti had a rough draft drawn up & I was putting a deposit down. As Ketti made progress, she emailed me to show me the updates & from there we were able to make changes & tweak things. I’m not one of those people who is constantly checking in to see how things are going. I feel it’s best to let an artist work & let them check in with u when they’re ready. Ketti emailed me a few weeks later to let me know the bracelet was done & I couldn’t be happier. Ketti really listens to you & will straight up tell you if it’ll work or not, but she will also give u different ideas on how it could work if what you’re looking for isn’t exactly possible with jewelry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ketti is an amazing artist! She made a custom opal pendant for me as a commemoration of my graduation from law school. She worked with me from the raw stone, through a drawing, to a render, and then the final product. The finished product is beautiful, and it had an excellent presentation upon delivery.
