    The front desk assistants were very pleasant and efficient. I was seen within 20 minutes or less of my appointment time. A nurse came in immediately and took my vitals and relevant information. She was also very pleasant and efficient. Once she left I waited for 15 minutes longer and the nurse practitioner came in. She took her time evaluating me and asking questions. She ordered X-rays and found a medical problem that needed to be addressed by a specialist. I received a referral as well as a prescription. I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was pleasant and efficient and I felt confident with the medical care that I received. It was a much better alternative than sitting in the emergency room for 3 or more hours and receiving substandard care. I highly recommend!

    We walked into the immediate care this morning because my wife is very sick with a bad cough. Donna and Laura at the front counter quickly Got us in to see Kelly the nurse practitioner. Also Marina assisted. they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    I have no idea how their review score is so high. Maybe they pay to take some off? Horrible experience starting with reception seeming annoyed to be there and the nurse practitioner (no doctors?) Upset I didn't want to take a covid test when I obviously have a sinus infection. I complained of pain in my ears and when he wasn't even going to check them, I asked him to or if he was just going to let meds fix it The only one with a little pep was the girl doing vitals but she forgot to write down the blood pressure and asked if I switched rooms because she thought I was in a different room. I never moved Accidents happen but nurse never bothered to ask her if blood pressure ok because he didn't care Avoid and start looking up places with good current reviews

    Excellent experience! They got me right in and were super helpful. The staff was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The wait time was great. Overall a very professional and efficient medical facility! Special acknowledgment to Michelle who is very soothing and gives the most gentle Covid swabs! Thank you to all of you who made this a comfortable experience for me!

    Had a great experience at this Urgent Care location. The girls at the front desk were very nice and professional, wait time wasn't too bad either for not having an appointment, everything was done in a timely manner. The tech who brought me back was nice too and welcoming and was very caring and took the time to listen to my concerns and was very professional too. The PA Jennifer who saw me was very nice as well and very professional and made me feel better, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an urgent care facility. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

    Terrible place and they should be ashamed of themselves. I also had the lady hang up on me. They refused my health care service because I would not wear a mask. It is not required in New Jersey. I have a medical condition that makes me faint when covering my face and they denied helping me. I am following up with my lawyers. Shame on them and I hope this lady gets fired. Not one person was wearing the diaper over there face correctly also. Hmmm

    severe lack of professionalism. didn’t even check the chart for my history. very dismissive. didn’t even acknowledge me wincing when they were pressing on my stomach. not even a full assessment came in complaining of swollen glands didn’t even check them. complained that they were closing soon and that i was still there. I’m a nursing student and even i know better communication skills and i work with silicone mannequins who blink at you like a severely haunted american girl doll. go literally anywhere else

    I absolutely LOVE this facility and all the workers! Absolutely amazing, caring, friendly environment. My father in law was seen right away at almost closing time and they took him in right away. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. I rather come here then any hospital or even my own primary doctor. Amazing staff and I thank them everytime I am here. If I could I'd give them a 100 stars!

    The staff made my experience here amazing. Laura at the front desk was phenomenal. The nurse practitioner was great and listened to my concerns. Every employee was very friendly and eager to help me. I will forever come back here, amazing job well done!

    I needed to see a medical professional & it was a holiday weekend. I was able to make an appointment. The reception desk & staff were nice & welcoming. The Nurse Practitioner was kind, thorough & answered questions I had. The waiting area & rooms were very clean. Above all, I was very happy with my experience!

    Amazing experience here. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. The doctor went to great lengths to find me the best deal on the prescriptions she prescribed. I would definitely recommend this place!

    This place is literally the worst. I have to pay out-of-pocket and spent $125 to wait three hours to have a doctor send me home with a Z-Pak, Which I explained to him is not going to clear up what’s going on because it hasn’t in the past. Of course, he refused to give me anything else and two weeks later I am sick with the exact same symptoms. I called back to see if they can call in something to the pharmacy for me and they tell me no I’d have to come back in for another visit a.k.a. pay $125 fee again for their failed assistance. Never returning

    Horrible experience. Facility opened at 8am, where I scheduled the first available appointment hours earlier for 8:20am. I suspected that I had Covid after 2 days of feeling incredibly ill, and made note of it when scheduling my online appointment. Upon checking in, I confirmed with the receptionist that I made an appointment online but was unable to complete the online paperwork because their system didn’t recognize my birthday. It took over an hour for the receptionist to give me the required paperwork which was incredibly frustrating considering how I brought it up immediately when checking in. Mind you, walkins were now being taken before my scheduled appointment where I arrived on time. After waiting over an hour from my scheduled appointment, I expressed how unhappy I was with their lack of service. I made a point to mention again that I was very ill and expected it to be covid (side note: i was wearing a mask the whole time and made it a point to sit away from others in the lobby). I got excuse after excuse as to why walkins were being taken before me. At one point the receptionist admitted that she forgot about me, and even had the audacity to say “at least you know it’s not covid”. I finally saw the doctor at 10:30am (2 hours after my scheduled appointment). When the doctor confirmed that I tested positive for covid, they attempted to leave the room immediately with zero guidance. I persisted to ask the doctor how long before I return to work. I also requested documentation to provide to my employer that the doctor ensured I could get at the front counter, and where the receptionists tried to tell me otherwise. NEVER returning here again. I come from the healthcare industry and their overall lack of empathy was incredibly unprofessional. This place is more concerned about taking your $$$. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else where they actually care!

    I needed to be seen for a respiratory infection, and my PCP has retired. I was happy to be able to make an appointment (the walk-in wait time was quite long). The staff was nice and efficient, and I only waited about 15 mins. The nurse practitioner was also efficient and seemed genuinely caring. I was prescribed antibiotics and inhaler and sent on my way. This is exactly the kind of care that I needed, and without a regular doctor, I would have been forced to an overburdened emergency room. I think if you have a minor issue, but still need a medical professional, this place was great!

    We didn’t have an appt but it was very smooth. Front desk people were nice especially to my son. My son hates going to the doctor but today was an exemption. Debbie and the NP was very helpful to my 3-yr old son. He enjoyed it actually. He said, “I love them.” 😍 Thank you for your service.

    After I registered my paperwork, it took a while to get in but I didn’t think it was too long. Women at the desk were kind and helpful. Once I got in everyone working there was very efficient with my time and theirs. X-ray, doctor, X-rays read and I was done. No broken hand! Since it was my first time ever going there, I would go again. Thank you everyone

    I had made an appointment for an X-ray for my foot. While I waited for almost an hour past my appointment time, once I got in they had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and easy to talk to and willing to listen to what I had to say. The NP Chris was especially great and was able to treat me quickly and efficiently.

    What an awesome experience. From the front desk, the welcome and concern, very pleasant, helpful with the paperwork, So very pleasant. The Dr. was part of the awesome experience too. She took her time with the exam, explained everything in detail . She was great, best Ergent Care! Would definately would recommend this office.

    I have found it necessary to visit Immediate Care on two (2) occasions. The facility is clean, quiet, discreet and timely to move you through protocol and have you seen. Being able to update on-line forms for me is huge v. clipboards & pages of items to fill out in the waiting room when you are sick. Highly recommended.

    Both my spouse and a neighbor spoke highly of immediate care in Toms River and was the reason I booked my appt here when I was recently under the weather. Granted, I was not able to make an appt via my iphone but had no difficulties using my laptop. I completed the preregistration at home and only needed to sign 2 forms when I checked in. I waited only five minutes to be seen by the tech. The PA who examined me, explained the course of treatment clearly, providing justification as to why it was the best course of action. Through the whole process I felt like I was a partner in my treatment. All the staff from check in to discharge were courteous and professional.

    I saw Patty this morning. Very pleasant to speak with. Also saw PA Jenn. Very knowledgeable and it took only a small examination to advise me of the problem. She was very informative also. Explained everything to me. It was a pleasing visit for me especially since it was my first visit to this office.

    Was greeted by friendly desk attendant. After asking me a few questions had me sit down near her desk and handed me a clipboard with more information. Each time something was needed she got up from her desk and came to where I was sitting to either get my information or return them to me. The Physician / assistant was very good, and checked me for nasal infection. All said and done, I would go again to this clinic.

    Came in after booking and appointment, i was not aware that i need my ID and insurance card with me after already being here which is completely understandable, my problem was the woman with red hair at the front desk, she needs an attitude check, a bag of cough drops, and new career. She got nasty with me immediately when i asked if i NEEDED them to be seen seeing me clearly not feeling well, i wasnt hostile in any way to deserve to be spoken to like that, i work in healthcare customer service everyday and would lose my own job treating someone sick like that

    immediate care was a very wonderful experience. Upon arrival the reception employees were very, very nice ,and helpful. They answered all my questions. It was my first time there. The wait time Was Not long, considering at an emergency Room wait. The PA Jennifer was excellent professional. Taking the time to answer my questions, gave me an exam, and prescribed Medications, ad had electronically sent to the pharmacy. The service was excellent as well as all the Staff.     This was my first time at an urgent care center. I booked an appointment in advance. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff was very welcoming and the nurse and doctor were both personable and explained things well. I would recommend them, just be sure that waiting is something you have time to do. I personally had to wait under an hour, but it was worth the wait, in my opinion.

    Dr. Rosie and Dr. Ani, along with Nurse Debbie were amazing! We thought we might need to take our daughter to the hospital emergency room to remove a piece of wood that lodged in her foot but thanks to the excellent medical care provided at the hands of Dr. Rosie, Dr. Ani and Nurse Debbie, not only did we avoid an emergency room visit, our daughter was able to walk out of the office on her own two feet and experienced little discomfort. Thank you for providing Sarah with such wonderful medical care!

    I downgraded one star because I had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment. However the staff was amazing. The front desk personnel were kind considerate and friendly. Even when a rude patient walked in they were nice to her and did not speak ill of her after she left. The medical technician Jen was very sympathetic and thorough. The nurse practitioner Nicole was very thorough listened intently to my symptoms and left me feeling like I was being taking care of.

    I've been here before its a very good walk in clinic but today I waited to recognize the lady at the front desk doing registration banned Donna. There was an issue wth her being able to find me with my insurance company and its a Sunday so we couldn't call. She went out of her way by trying my old address which worked. Had she not gone the extra step I likely would've had to pay cash until it got straightened out. Thank you Donna for your patience and persistence.

    I took my mother here because her knee was swollen. They were very helpful and cordial from the minute. I walked in the door to fill out the paperwork all the way to the end, wheeling her out to the car and helping me. Thank you for being so kind.

    Staff was wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, the waiting time was awful over 2 hours. The nurse practitioner was a little rude. She hardly took 5 minutes addressing my situation. I understand, they always in rush. Is not fair to wait so long, and not feel any caring at all. We are just a number!

    The staff and the doctor are so kind and friendly there. Patty, the woman that took my vitals was so calm and understanding of my situation and it makes a huge difference when you aren't feeling well to have people be compassionate and nice to you. The doc had a welcoming personality and made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend!

    Terrible place don’t go there. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism of the people that work here especially the front desk and medical assistants. The place was filthy also. I have a lot of respect for health care workers but this place really had me mad. The story of what happen is long and I don’t know if I wanna explain it here and remember it because it was so mentally disturbing all I wanna say is don’t get blood work done there. Don’t expect caring service, or professional help. Avoid the place as much as possible.

    I normally don’t post reviews … especially negative but I will never come back here. I went in with bad ear pain in both ears and because I wouldnt allow the nursing assistant to clean my ears fully because it caused much discomfort I was told there was nothing they could do besides tell me to follow up with an ENT (the sooner the better) not one person in that office seemed to care about their job. While I’m not a doctor and shouldn’t diagnose myself, I’m sure something could’ve been prescribed to alleviate some of my pain. She genuinely did not care one bit. Mind you the assistant I had was on the phone with her son’s school to enroll him while I was trying to talk with her. (I understand that’s important but not while you’re on the clock with patients) The front desk was extremely unprofessional, yelling across the lobby, not so nice to people with language barriers. I used to go there before it was Atlantic health care system and I never had this problem. Also I was in there for 3.5 hours which I understand they were busy but they seemed like they had poor time management. It’s sad that such a crucial part to people’s everyday lives has such little empathy. Do yourself a favor and look right past this place for your medical needs!

    Front desk staff Very unprofessional! Walked in Signed a piece of paper, we asked if we needed to fill out paperwork and they said to have a seat. Several men walked in the door and they had them fill out paperwork and were busy flirting with them instead of taking care of us who were already sitting there waiting for about 20 minutes with zero help. We will never return to this location awful service! Whoever owns, this location should hire more professional people that aren’t interested in finding their next husband and actually taking care of sick people

    Place was ok besides the 3 hour wait. I truly think the nurse with the goofy lip job was kinda racist. If I’m coming for a pre employment drug screen why would she ask if it’s going to be positive for marijuana. Like really!! I wasn’t asked to empty my pockets or anything. I understand short staffed I guess that’s the excuse. They should be mindful the walls are very thin so they should watch what they say.

    My mom was misdiagnosed with an Upper Respiratory infection that ended up being stage 4 lung cancer. No recommendation to go see a primary or to run extra testing at another facility. Told her that she would be perfectly fine after a few days. Then they sold her $200 walk-in fee to a debt collector.
