Horrible
experience.
Facility
opened
at
8am,
where
I
scheduled
the
first
available
appointment
hours
earlier
for
8:20am.
I
suspected
that
I
had
Covid
after
2
days
of
feeling
incredibly
ill,
and
made
note
of
it
when
scheduling
my
online
appointment.
Upon
checking
in,
I
confirmed
with
the
receptionist
that
I
made
an
appointment
online
but
was
unable
to
complete
the
online
paperwork
because
their
system
didn’t
recognize
my
birthday.
It
took
over
an
hour
for
the
receptionist
to
give
me
the
required
paperwork
which
was
incredibly
frustrating
considering
how
I
brought
it
up
immediately
when
checking
in.
Mind
you,
walkins
were
now
being
taken
before
my
scheduled
appointment
where
I
arrived
on
time.
After
waiting
over
an
hour
from
my
scheduled
appointment,
I
expressed
how
unhappy
I
was
with
their
lack
of
service.
I
made
a
point
to
mention
again
that
I
was
very
ill
and
expected
it
to
be
covid
(side
note:
i
was
wearing
a
mask
the
whole
time
and
made
it
a
point
to
sit
away
from
others
in
the
lobby).
I
got
excuse
after
excuse
as
to
why
walkins
were
being
taken
before
me.
At
one
point
the
receptionist
admitted
that
she
forgot
about
me,
and
even
had
the
audacity
to
say
“at
least
you
know
it’s
not
covid”.
I
finally
saw
the
doctor
at
10:30am
(2
hours
after
my
scheduled
appointment).
When
the
doctor
confirmed
that
I
tested
positive
for
covid,
they
attempted
to
leave
the
room
immediately
with
zero
guidance.
I
persisted
to
ask
the
doctor
how
long
before
I
return
to
work.
I
also
requested
documentation
to
provide
to
my
employer
that
the
doctor
ensured
I
could
get
at
the
front
counter,
and
where
the
receptionists
tried
to
tell
me
otherwise.
NEVER
returning
here
again.
I
come
from
the
healthcare
industry
and
their
overall
lack
of
empathy
was
incredibly
unprofessional.
This
place
is
more
concerned
about
taking
your
$$$.
Don’t
waste
your
time
and
go
somewhere
else
where
they
actually
care!
