    The quality of the practice of this location has declined since I started visiting about 7 years ago. I've been put through three different doctors, where the latter two have each gave me medication in a different way than the previous doctor was giving me. I've beed denied medication due to not having bloodwork done, even though I had the bloodwork done in the instance, with the paper they provided... My scheduled visits (about twice a year (outside of EEGs)) have been postponed twice by them, causing me have to inconvenience others. There have also been instances where I would arrive 10-15 minutes for my scheduled appointment only to be told that it was 45-60 minutes later than what was communicated to me. There have been instances where I've called and requested to speak to a doctor or ask about meds and I would either not receive a call back or be hung up on. Most recently, my daily medication of 150mg in the AM and 200mg in the PM was changed without notice. I have epilepsy and my medication was dropped to 150mg. Full stop. I called about this three times in the past month and have yet to receive a response. I do not recommend this facility to anyone for any purpose, other than buying out the building and repurposing the business.

    Had to wait WEEKS for my appointment . I was running late because my daughter got hurt on the playground. I called to let then know I wqs running late and the receptionist told me as long as im not later than 15 minutes it’s okay. I got there exactly 15 minutes late and Dr. Miskin refused to see me telling me I needed to reschedule...AFTER WAITING WEEKS FOR MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT!?! I have waited OVER 15 minutes in the waiting room for doctors but they can’t give me the same courtesy one time?! I will be finding a different neurologist. I obviously am nervous about my symptoms and wanted to be seen asap by a doctor. I now see that this practice does not take patient concern seriously. Totally unacceptable.

    The Doctor I seen was great. She was very thorough and attentive. But this office is the worst office ever. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone, and when you finally do they will just transfer you to voicemail. I have been trying to reach someone for two months about my migraine medication and they keep saying they will "call me back". Save yourself the headache, LITERALLY, and go somewhere else.

    My first time in this office was a few months ago. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. No Hi, No Good Morning, no I'll be right with you, etc... no acknowledgement at all! When she finally acknowledged me, all she said in a very nasty,condescending tone was name. I shrugged it off thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. This week I was there for the 2nd time and had the exact same experience and the way the women at the front desk talked to another patient (an elderly woman) was disgusting. I was appalled. I went online to get the phone number of the office manager and saw there are several reviews saying the exact same thing. Some reviews are from years ago which is very disheartening because what that says to me is the office does not care about how their patients are being treated if the issue obviously has not been addressed. I think it's time to find a new Dr. Its bad enough how they talk to their patients but to realize this has been going on for years and has not been addressed and has been allowed to continue is disgusting and extremely unprofessional.

    As I sit here with my father for his first appointment, I checked him in, and the receptionist was nasty, as soon as I went to check in. Very rude and could not be bothered. I hear her checking in another woman and same thing. If this is any indication what this office is going to be like, I think we made the wrong decision. This is not a very good first impression whatsoever. You should feel welcome in a doctor's office. And she should be lucky she has a job in a time like this.

    brick office is the worst... The worst experience I ever had. When they called to confirm I understood my appointment was at 9am I was told I could not bring my baby because its a small office so I made arrangement for babysitter. I had to wait one month for this appointment. but because paperwork said 8:40am I was not seen. I thought it was 8:40am was for paperwork Oh and 8:40am office was closed!! but because I already have it all filled out I thought i could be seen. I called and the receptionist told me I could not be seen anymore and hang up the phone on me was VERY VERY RUDE!! I can't believe someone like this has a job dealing with patients. I had all my paperwork ready I made it at 9:05am and I still was denied to speak to doctor or manager in person there was only a "manger" over the phone. Even though I was already in the office at 9AM with an empty office!! no waiting patients!! and I was still denied care. I felt like I was begging for care even though I have insurance and they're getting paid for! Its feels horrible to feel sick and have to beg to be seen!! its one the most degrading experiences I ever had in my life. Starting with the receptionist and ending with a "phone manager" that did not care about how hard I tried to keep my appointment even making arrangements for babysitter because they're office is to small and is not child friendly. I am a stay home mom and its hard to be sick and have an appointment and did everything to be seen but because I was 15 minutes "late" I was not seen even though 15 minutes before the office was closed! Don't go here unless you want to feel like someone is doing you a favor instead of being a patient that needs professional medical care.

    Firstly, I absolutely love Dr. Ferencz. Yes, he can absolutely be rough and very straight to the point. He isn't warm at times. But, I don't think a doctor should be. Dr. Ferencz is one of the best doctors that I have. He is an extremely intelligent man who likes to have all of the pieces of a puzzle in front of him. I went with every test and lab that I had done prior to being referred to him. To me ( as a medical assistant ), that should come naturally. You are looking for answers, bring your testing with you so no one is having their time wasted, patient included. After three times of seeing him so far he has literally helped me diagnosis quite a few of my issues ( one that no one even knew about until he mentioned it ). If you're looking to be coddled and cooed, I will definitely say that it won't happen. If you are looking for a diagnosis and treatment and someone who actually cares about helping you, he's your man. I cannot express how much I adore him. Secondly, every office needs a Candice. I love her, she is amazing and has become a fast favorite of mine. I won't go to TR or call TR. I think the staff there is rude and can't be bothered with you. Again, after working 14 years in the field myself, I will say that if you don't like patient care, find a new job. And lastly, I love Dr. Miskin as well. For someone sticking needles in me he at least made it fun. I highly recommend both doctors and adore Candice through and through.

    Did not have a satisfactory experience at Shore Neurology. The doctor there refuted the ENT diagnosis and claimed I had a rare condition that affects 1 in 50,000. He sent me for a brain MRI and gave me serious medicines . I called the office several times for results and advice about my medicines and received no response. On the last call was told the doctor had just left and wouldn’t be back until the end of June .I was so upset . Luckily I got an appointment with an incredible neurologist at Penn Medicine affiliated with University of Pennsylvania . She changed my diagnosis and weaned me off the medicines . . I feel confident that I am in good hands and highly recommend Penn Medicine neurology!

    The people here, even the women answering the phone are the laziest people on earth. They literally get paid to not be black. I was referred to shore neurology by my chiropractor, funny thing is I got a call this morning, after leaving two voicemails in their new patient inbox. Where the answering service says, that they will get back to you in 24 hours. Well, they called me 4 days later and told me an Afro Latina that they don’t treat clients, who have been in an accident. But I am very cool with my Caucasian chiropractor and he assured me that these (sheeple) were the best. So let me assure you, they are not. If you do not sound like Karen don’t go here. African Americans beware!!!!!!!

    Worst experience ever. I have called so many times at least 30 to 40over several months and never one single return call. I called before hours , mid day, end of day. THEY JUST DONT GIVE A SHI-Please find a different office or Dr.if you need care. I have never ever experienced such horrible care in my life. This can’t just happen to me.

    They purposely turn the business phone lines off and leave their voicemail boxes full so you cannot contact them unless you physically go in. The doctor is fine, but the receptionists are just terrible.

    Gerald is one of the very best Dr's I have ever seen and I have seen over 100 Dr's as I have many health conditions and issues. Gerald is very knowledgeable, caring and explanatory.

    My husband needed some testing after his surgery, so we were looking for all available offices ASAP. We spent wery long time on the phone but there was nothing available for the next 2 months. Finally, I got lucky with Shore Neurology. Moreover, I hit a jack pot when I spoke with Rosie. She was not only very nice, knowlegible, compassionate, and helpful, she checked all cancellations for every doctor in the office and booked appointment in one week! I know how busy dr offices are, but this lovely girl went above and beyond to help us, and for this we are very thankful. I hope that her bosses are reading all comments, and will give her a nice well deserved raise. Please make sure you do everything to keep her in your staff! You have a TRUE GEM!

    I had brain scans done 2 months ago and still haven’t heard the report. I have called there and was told dr Violeta hadn’t read them yet. Left 2 voicemails and still no report. I wasn’t even even impressed with her at my one and only office visit. Will never go back but I do need my report! If I could have left a zero I would have

    Today was my first visit. I was very happy with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The exam room, the waiting area and the bathroom were all neat and clean. It is easy to get to. They are located on Rt 37, which is a major east/west route. I saw Dr. Avramov. I found her to be very friendly and efficient. She is knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions to help find ways to treat you.

    I have been seeing Dr. Miskin for 30 years. He is a great Neurologist who cares deeply for his patients. He gave me back a normal life... As for his staff yes they can be a bit short and nice. I do know this, they are extremely busy BUT they DO get back to me with my doctor questions and medication issues. So thank you Dr Miskin! PS I am still a patient.

    Waiting 3 months for a Follow Up from a brain and cervical spine MRI is RIDICULOUS!!! In Limbo waiting to hear I have MS. Called the office Twice to be told Dr Miskin won’t do a phone appointment NOR call anyone with results. Receptionist absolutely REFUSED to even Ask the Dr!!! I have 3 Herniated discs. 1 is pressing on a nerve causing me to falter and trip, weakness and numbness, always in pain (I DONT ASK FOR PAIN MEDS) but to wait 3 months for results is UNACCEPTABLE !! I ONLY knew of my results from seeing the radiologist reports on their patient portal.
