Wow.
What
a
lack
of
help
and
super
dismissive
manor
displayed
by
the
manager
of
this
location.
I
was
Looking
to
pick
up
a
few
pairs
of
glasses
(4
pairs
of
ray-bans
to
be
specific)
To
start
I
had
a
question
about
prescription
glasses
which
they
couldn’t
do
there,
that’s
understandable
and
ok.
Tried
a
couple
pairs
on
and
noticed
this
crazy
pair
that
had
a
camera
built
in.
Asked
the
young
lady
and
she
was
super
helpful
in
answering
so
I
kept
looking.
Then
I
had
another
question
about
temple
length
on
the
frame
since
most
pairs
I
had
been
seeing
had
a
length
of
145
and
I’m
a
150.
I
asked
if
they
had
any
150’s
or
if
they
had
to
be
ordered.
Super
helpful
young
lady
again
was
nice
and
kind
and
stated
she
didn’t
know
but
she
would
ask
her
manager.
Called
her
manager
because
I
guess
she
went
out
of
the
store
for
some
reason.
Came
back
in
and
I
asked
my
question
again
but
this
girl
was
so
curt,
so
abrupt,
with
her
demeanor
and
attitude.
She
told
me
that
I
would
have
to
check
every
pair
in
the
store
to
find
one.
I
asked
if
that
info
would
be
in
the
computer
of
there
inventory.
She
said
no.
I
asked
if
I
could
just
order
the
size
I
needed
and
she
said
no.
I
tell
you
what.
I’m
no
idiot
and
I’m
fully
aware
how
inventory
for
a
store
works.
That
information
could
have
been
isolated
within
and
minute
and
a
sale
could
have
been
made.
But
instead
this
“Management
person”
completely
alienated
me
where
I
would
not
spend
my
money
here
now.
I’ll
go
to
a
different
location
or
I’ll
shop
online.
Shopping
online
not
being
a
favorite
of
mine
because
it
will
take
jobs
from
people
the
more
we
use
it.
But
I’ll
get
a
cheaper
price
and
not
have
to
deal
with
the
surly
behavior
of
a
individual
that
should
not
be
in
customer
service.
Mind
you
a
took
the
time
to
write
this
review
instantly,
didn’t
even
get
to
the
parking
lot.
Wrote
it
while
I’m
still
in
the
mall.
