Bought 2 pair of sunglasses during the Black Friday sale for my husband as a gift. He didn’t love them so we went to exchange. When I went originally the salesperson was very nice and informative. When I came to exchange the girl at the register gave me a hard time saying the lenses were extremely scratched and they wouldn’t have sold them that way. They NEVER came out of the bag aside for him to try on. She had a nasty attitude and said she trains everyone in the store. It’s not rocket science to clean a pair of sunglasses and shouldn’t require special training. The way we were treated as if we were trying to get one over on her was insulting. Not only that but when we were trying to pick out something new, they weren’t very helpful and a lot of our questions were answered with “I’m not sure.” I would’ve returned them for something else, but felt as though they didn’t want to be bothered so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Just bought a brand new pair of $400 Tiffany and co polarized sunglasses from here and the lady who helped me was very kind and helpful . She helped me find exactly what I needed and was very sweet.

Service service service at it's best I can't say enough about how well we were treated and helped only wish I knew the sales girls names that helped us brick and mortar stores at there best

Wow. What a lack of help and super dismissive manor displayed by the manager of this location. I was Looking to pick up a few pairs of glasses (4 pairs of ray-bans to be specific) To start I had a question about prescription glasses which they couldn’t do there, that’s understandable and ok. Tried a couple pairs on and noticed this crazy pair that had a camera built in. Asked the young lady and she was super helpful in answering so I kept looking. Then I had another question about temple length on the frame since most pairs I had been seeing had a length of 145 and I’m a 150. I asked if they had any 150’s or if they had to be ordered. Super helpful young lady again was nice and kind and stated she didn’t know but she would ask her manager. Called her manager because I guess she went out of the store for some reason. Came back in and I asked my question again but this girl was so curt, so abrupt, with her demeanor and attitude. She told me that I would have to check every pair in the store to find one. I asked if that info would be in the computer of there inventory. She said no. I asked if I could just order the size I needed and she said no. I tell you what. I’m no idiot and I’m fully aware how inventory for a store works. That information could have been isolated within and minute and a sale could have been made. But instead this “Management person” completely alienated me where I would not spend my money here now. I’ll go to a different location or I’ll shop online. Shopping online not being a favorite of mine because it will take jobs from people the more we use it. But I’ll get a cheaper price and not have to deal with the surly behavior of a individual that should not be in customer service. Mind you a took the time to write this review instantly, didn’t even get to the parking lot. Wrote it while I’m still in the mall. Boo SunGlass Hut!

Absolutely amazing experience! The young lady who helped was fantastic! She helped me decide on the perfect pair of DG sun glasses! Money well spent!

I want to thank Latesha & Dianne from the Ocean County Mall store very much. The last time I was in that store to look and see if what I wanted was there the person working that night would not even say hi or ask what I was looking for. She was too busy texting and talking with the mall Security guard. This time they could not locate what I wanted but Dianne asked Latesha for some help in finding it. She came out and pulled it right off the shelf and handed it to me. I was waiting for Maui Jim to get restocked on the Black Coral and you ended up having the last pair in the store in inventory! Thank You for having it available you saved me waiting approx 2 more weeks to get it. If it were not for Latesha I would have waited for Maui Jim to restock and bought it online. Thank You again Latesha!!!!

The manager was completely disrespectful to my family on Christmas Eve. She is an absolute disgrace to the Sunglass Hut organization. Corporate will be getting an email of her attitude and behavior. The organization should teach their employees about ethics and proper customer service. Her leadership style is less than desirable for any organization. And for the rest of the staff to just stand there and watch like a deer in headlights just shows the kind of staff they have working there.

The associate at Sunglass Hut at the Ocean County Mall was great. She was knowledgeable about inventory and pointed me to a great pair, which will not only look beautiful but also provide protection for my eyes. Terrific experience.

Helpful enough while still leaving you alone to shop. Perfect combination.

Do not buy anything at the sunglass hut. Purchased a expensive pair of D&C sunglass glasses there. About 2 months later the gold letwring printed on the glasses started falling off. When we brought the glasses to the store the absolutely disrespectful and rude to even just look at the glasses. She rubbed more of the emblem off and and said oh well its missuese due to many scratches. These glasses were purchased jn the fall and barely worn. She could not show me the scratches and said oh well nothing we can do. This is the worst business buy somewhere else.

Pricy but nice

Friendly and knowledgeable, great selection for all your sunglass needs would certainly buy from this store again.

Leticia was are cashier and helped us pick out glasses that suited both me and my wife. She was also very knowledgeable about the pruducts.
