    If I could give this Dunkin no stars I would...All around terrible service and the managers/employees give you attitudes...They will have 2-3 cars in drive thru and 5 people inside and act like they are crazy busy and due to that can't get a simple order right...Had to ask for my drink to be remade due to it tasting like literal tap water instead of coffee and was met with an attitude... ordered 2 hash browns and two sandwiches and was given double of the same sandwich..attempted to call and no one answered the phone... Honestly a terrible store all around

    Last time at Dunkin. Bought 6 donuts and they were all stale. Terrible to eat a stale dry donuts. Must have been leftovers from previous days.

    I went through the drive through I ordered three medium frozen coffees the girl charged me 16 and change I gave the girl 18 dollars I work customer service I know tips do help but even if it's a little it makes the day better The girl gives me three small drinks I said are those medium she goes no I said I ordered medium I was charged for medium I said no problem just give me the difference back she gave me a 1.43 I said that's the difference on three drinks She goes yeah There is no way u go from a small to a medium for less than.50 a drink I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service I was thinking on the way to work And I drink Dunkin at least twice a day I use to go out of my way in the morning and on my way home to Dunkin I was originally happy when they first opened I was like yes on my way to work I will never go to this one again

    Every time I go they never have donuts. Today is National Donut day and they still don’t have any. This store closes till 7:30 pm it’s 3pm

    Horrible, we waited a good 5 mins and NO ONE came to serve us or even ask what we wanted to eat, we told multiple employees and they just ignored us, someone else came in and saw that, he immediately left too. Overall worst service of all Dunkin’s in Toms River

    Place is great but the sandwiches are just so so they are just bland coffees good when only when it's freshly made bagels are good when they are fresh I have a Dunkin card and that makes it easy to pay all and all it's ok for a fast food place

    I have been trying to give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt because I work so close to this one but every time I order my coffee, they never make it how i request it. Then one time I skipped the drive thru to make sure my order was right and it wasn't so I asked them to fix it and they gave me an attitude. I also noticed that so many employees work at this location and no one at the register when needed and then when they finally see you waiting to order, they don't even apologize to you for the wait. Not worth throwing your money at a restaurant that doesn't even care to show you politeness as well as proper customer service.

    Hi travel from Lacey township to go to this Dunkin' donuts because they actually make your frozen coffee delicious I don't like had a charge for whipped cream I never used to but all of a sudden now it's an add-on come on guys you guys make enough money let's make the whipped cream free

    I'm so thankful I came to the Dunkin' Donuts here and was waited on by a nice young lady by the name of Kay unfortunately there's very not nice gentleman by the name of Joe I'm kind of like past the buck over to her but she was very friendly and very kind and she would be the reason that I would come back to the store

    We love the woman who works the drive thru in the mornings. She’s the sweetest thing!!! However, I just got an egg and cheese for my 4 year old and im pretty sure this is a BITE (with teeth marks) taken out of the egg?? Tried to Call them and they don’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full.

    Rude male employee. One of the two doors was still locked. I mentioned it to him but was ignored. No greeting and ignored while he finished do a pick up order. As I was in the middle of giving order he says don’t have it. And stood there. No communication skills and should not be dealing with customers. May have order something else but refused to give them my business. Husband just got his coffee begrudgingly.

    I have been here a few times and everytime I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a coffee and on top of that bathroom is always dirty, no paper, no soap and no sanitizer ever. I always thought maybe just busy but today is the last time I ever go there. I was told by another employee the manager is never there when I asked to speak with a manager. Today I have to say the only person that was really about customer service was the young lady working cashier. She was sweet and still smiled regardless the chaos behind. She tried to step and help but she was the only one maintaining in store customers. Unfortunately the 7 other employees were only taking care of drive -thru ignoring the the orders of the other customers in store. There was 12 people waiting in store for their order after 20 minutes and still a line out the door..

    I like the options, and some were very very good. If you want to steer clear of the sweet stuff get the Avacado toast, delicious. The donuts are still yummy. I wish they wouldn't put peper on every thing..there are some folks that don't like it.

    Lately in the early morning hours 6:30am the drive thru has been messing up my order..The other day I ordered Choc Chip Muffin & I received Blueberry, today I ordered XL Hot Coffee with 2 creams and no sugar...I received an XL Coffee black with 2 sugars..Both times I didn't notice until I was home...They need to becareful, when customers are paying the prices they charge your order should be correct!

    This place turning into a dump.Almost every time I go there there they manage to mess things up lately.I am more than sure it’s under new ownership and apparently they do not know what they are doing.Another thing happened this morning ,my husband ordered multiple items to bring home,before leaving he asked a woman if everything from his order was in before driving away and she said yes.He comes home with breakfast and four items from our order were missing so he had to hop in a car and drive back.You only have one job,take an order and pack an order and you can’t even do that right.Will never go to this location ever again and we went there a lot,will go to the one closer to Rt.9 from now on…Terrible!!!!!!

    Staff usually greets customers with a smile, and my orders rarely get messed up.. love the workers and they hustle to get coffee orders out as soon as they can. Way to go guys ! 😁
