    Good Afternoon! I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts I witnessed the manager female “Brooke” reprimanding a employee female “Madison” yelling at her “DOES THIS FEEL LIKE STEAMED MILK TO YOU?” and pouring the coffee in her hand. I think that is extremely wrong and embarrassing for your company. I don’t understand how a manager feels comfortable enough to dump coffee in a employee’s hand. What if the milk was steamed and she burnt the young lady’s hand?! She looked extremely young, the poor girl looked like she was going to cry just because she made a drink the wrong way. This manager needs to be demoted or reprimanded. I will continue to complain until something is done about this. I will be a voice for a young girl who is being treated horribly by a manager. This is the incorrect way to reprimand a employee. Very unprofessiona

    Tasty Donuts and a great place to get a cup of tea or coffee, but the inside closes at 8:00 p.m. so if you're out with some friends and just want to sit and talk into the night it doesn't work anymore. I remember when Dunkin Donuts was open 24 hours a day. I like those hours a lot better.

    Their Baskin Robbins's people need some training. Two medium shakes. Alot of money for a not full medium. Nevermind each one had chocolate syrup on the bottom. And plenty of times they exchange, when their chocolate is low, with chocolate milk. If you can't get your ice cream right, best to stay with your coffee.

    One of the worst and most consistently screwed up fast food places in town. Keep going bc its so close to home but not anymore. Every single time something is wrong. Train your employees better. Lazy GenZ clowns

    This place use to be pretty darn good. Thry must have new management because the last few years this place is poorly ran! The young kids don't care about Customer service. 9 out of 10 times my orders is wrong. I truly go way out of my way 99% of the time to go to another Dunkin. My coffee is NEVER RIGHT and today I paid for 10 munchkins and got six just thrown in a paper bag with no tissue or anything and most of them look like they were just a little bigger than a quarter. I'm surprised they are still open!

    Service was slow when we were the only ones around. When it's raining they really need to be faster on the intercom and complete transactions more quickly since there is no overhang and customers get soaked with the window down.

    Do ur self a favor and don’t spend ur money at this location. It’s cuz of this place I’ve turned away from D&D all together. 0 in customer service, try drink a large drink with a SMALL straw cuz that’s all u get and try asking for napkins they’re always out. No wonder half the time only drive through is open cuz every hire doesn’t stay there too long.

    Dunkin used to be great, but now they only have the most basic and boring donuts!! No French Crullers, no Apple filled, no Jelly, no Blueberry Filled!!! Also the coffee choices are very basic also!! The service is only adequate.

    Disgusting bagel with butter. Bagel is not toasted even you ordered toasted. Butter slapped a pat of butter in the middle of bagel not spread out, it’s like a pig style. Don’t go here.

    Very disappointed! I ordered two apple fritters. While they tasted a little like apple, there was absolutely no apple in them. I'm here from WA on vacation and have been missing Dunkin, but after this, I'll never cone back. Correction: After searching, I found one small piece of apple LOL

    I always have lengthy experience at this DD but tonight was last straw. Went to drive in and placed order for medium hot coffee. When I got to window and waited 3 mins, I was offered a large iced coffee (wrong order). When I told her what my order was I eventually got with the lid just laying on top. Needless to say, I got coffee all over myself and inside of car. This is a horrible display of service and although it’s the closest to my home, I can’t stop here anymore. Service is mostly horrendous here.

    Please save yourself the time and money by not going here. Service is absolutely terrible. There employees are rude and are so concerned with getting the drive thru line to move that they aren’t paying attention and have given the wrong food to me on multiple occasions. I have gotten a bacon egg and cheese with no bacon, wrong drinks, was asking another passenger in my car a question after giving my card and the window employee screamed “hello” in a rude manner to get my attention and then proceeded to hand me the wrong order.I have learned my lesson the hard way and will drive the extra 5 minutes to a different Dunkin. Corporate will be notified!!!

    How do you give a cup like this?!?!! This was handed out the window, facing away from me. Unbelievable! All over my hands, no napkins, of course! Was going here every morning, $10 a day, every day, every single day, now, I'll actively campaign in my free time to anyone that will listen, DO NOT GO HERE.

    went through the drive through at 5:15pm with two cars in front of me. didn’t get me coffee (i only ordered one coffee) till 5:35pm. don’t worry they made my BLACK COFFEE WRONG! they gave me a coffee with milk and sugar. hahaha i don’t know what’s going on in there! maybe the intercom system is broken?

    I use to love working for this company. But I figured I would try another location. I got hired for this store. (I had my own) and still needed to be trained and go Tru stupid videos. Then had to be babies around. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKSS AND ZERO PAYCHECK. I have contacted the "shift leaders and zero response. I would've never treated my employees that way. I contacted The Better Business Bureau. So hopefully I can finally get paid.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. They are by far the SLOWEST dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Took them over 30 mins to serve 8 cars yesterday only to get my iced coffee completely wrong. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried coming back today. I was car number 9 and yet again took over 20 mins. When I got to the window yesterday they had a handful of workers so it's not an issue of short staff it's an issue of the ladies moving like snails and talking to each other more than paying attention to orders. Unacceptable! Hope a manager sees this. Multiple people left both days because the wait was absurd. Won't be coming back to this location

    This store is better than most other DDs. They do read the order back: still with occasional mess ups. Usually ffiendly..I dk not go to other DDs to to their constant mistakes.

    The coffee has been so bitter, I don't think I can order it anymore. I mentioned it to them last time I went to the drive up. They didn't seem to care. The sandwhiches are dry and lack flavor. The donuts are OK, the muffins are OK. I tend to just order a croissant, heated with butter on my way to work. I used to love their coffee, I cannot take the bitter flavor anymore. I was in North Jersey about a week after this review (we used to live up there) we went to a Dunkin in Saddle Brook and got two coffees and some donuts, now that coffee was fine, and also in Point Plesant, we stopped at a Dunkin and had the same experience, coffee was delicious. Perhaps the Route 37 Dunkin in Toms River needs to look at their coffee machines.

    Did not get what we ordered because the girl taking our order in the line was rude and not listening. She talked over us instead of trying to figure out what we wanted. The one drink that was correct wasn't very good. We won't be back.

    Never have a problem at this Dunkin' Donuts! They ALWAYS get my order correct. They staff is very polite & courteous. They welcome you when you arrive and are pleasant to see you off when leaving. Now I drive 15 mins out of my way just to come to this Dunkin' because the one by my house in Toms River on 37 is unbelievably incompetent! You would figure that by me living across the street and going to that one every day for months and getting the same exact order, that they would be familiar with my order. There was several times I would get all the way to work or home and the order was completely wrong or entirely someone else's. They never ever give a receipt. Anyhow.. 5 stars all the way for this Dunkin' above!! 👍🍩🥯

    Coffee ☕ is weak NO MATTER WHICH 1 you visit. Overpriced as well. They don't bake their only 🍩 "GEM" on premises. Its delivered to each 1 individual store.

    The workers are always friendly and will bend over backwards to make your coffee the best. The only thing that bothered me was there so called supervisor she was nasty to her staff talking to them like dogs. I think you need to look into this ASAP

    They sell coffee like Starbucks, Wawa and 7/11 at comparable prices but just try to get a Stevia or Sugar in The Raw packet from ANY Dunkin Donut Shop. If they can't be bothered to carry my sweeteners, which have been available EVERYWHERE except Dunkin, I can't be bothered to shop there anymore. Stevia and Sugar in The Raw have been commercially available for nearly ten years, IT'S NOT A FAD.. Time to get with the program.

    Maybe don't let the girl, who was running the drive through at 7:30AM on 6/24/2022, shout her thoughts about the customer who's order SHE screwed up because she couldn't be bothered to pay attention when they spoke during the order run the drive thru. Miss, maybe when the customer drives up to the window and politely asks the order to be corrected (which was done so without blaming ANYONE) you just keep quiet and be humble. Some people have no respect.

    Employees at this store spend more time on their cell phones than they do helping customers sad to say you're going to be losing mine in my family's business I've been here everyday for the last couple days and every time I walk in the door everybody's on their cell phone so I feel that you don't really want me as a customer
