lot!
Employees
are
great!
I
haven't
ordered
in
a
while
since
this
pandemic,
but
wanted
to
treat
my
family
today
and
it
turned
out
that
I
paid
a
lot
of
money
$51
for
a
nightmare!
I
had
two
different
orders,
one
on
the
app
(
food)
and
the
other
(
drinks)
over
the
phone
as
the
app
is
very
limited
on
how
you
can
customize
your
order.
The
employee
was
very
nice
to
take
my
order
over
the
phone
and
I
went
over
it
three
times!
Two
of
the
drinks
had
no
whipped
cream
which
I
can
live
without,
but
the
one
drink
the
frozen
chocolate
had
coffee
in
it
where
it
was
not
supposed
to!
That
was
for
a
family
member
and
was
upsetting
for
them.
The
food
I
ordered
through
the
app
was
hard
,
some
not
what
I
ordered
and
tasted
disgusting!
Overall,
a
nightmare!
First
off
the
employee
was
very
overwhelmed
by
themselves
not
just
with
my
oder
but
with
other
customers
as
well!
There
should
be
more
than
one
employee
there
on
all
shifts!
I
work
for
the
food
service
industry
and
know
how
hard
it
is!
All
companies
do
this
to
there
employees
and
it
terrible,
shame
on
the
companies
not
the
employee
who
is
trying
there
best!
