Ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant, what I got instead was the most disgusting, greasiest plain bagel I've ever seen in my life and I was still charged for the sandwich. When i called the store whoever picked up the phone said it was MY fault for not checking the bag. I can't even eat the bagel because I have to bring it back if I want to get what I PAID for. I totally didn't need to eat before my 12 hour shift thanks a lot Dunkin. $4.05 for a plain bagel, this is where you come to get ripped off.

If I could do no stars I would. This dunkin is awful. I have been there multiple times through the drive through and the lady gets my order wrong 9/10 times and they throw the donuts in the bag like they don’t care. My donut is always face down and the icing is all gone. Now today this is the donut I get almost no icing at all. I will never go to this dunkin again. I would rather drive all the way to the one on 37 or in brick over this dunkin even though it is a minute away from me.

I've been so hesitant to leave a review because I HATE to leave negativity on a business, especially knowing I will absolutely go back again (I mean America DOES run on dunkin, right?) BUT, this location has sunk really far into the pits. Lately, every order is wrong or they are out of what i ordered (I use mobile orders) and they just replace it with whatever they please and don't even tell you. The other day I ordered glazed donuts for my kids, got the bag & realized it was way too heavy for donuts, they substituted coffee cake muffins for my glazed donuts -- I mean WHY not at least another donut?! Today, I ordered a signature pumpkin iced latte no whip. The only thing right about my order was the size & the no whip!!! There was NO flavor at all!! No pumpkin, no vanilla, no caramel drizzle, no cinnamon sugar -- it's a plain latte that tastes old and bitter. I didn't even realize until I drove off and sipped it - at least my donuts were right I guess. You all need to fix whatever is so wrong with this location. Maybe it's the people, maybe it's the products, maybe it's the training, but damn so something.

Please fire the staff that were on duty on 7/15/23. The older lady was terribly rude to my daughter. She shoved the tip jar in front of my daughter and when my daughter thanked her, she did not answer her. The drinks were disgusting. So I called 2 times to let them know of the issue, and I was hung up on and then I was told I had the wrong number. When I went to the store, they denied those accusations. The younger girl did remake the drinks and offered something extra in return which was nice, but I have no tolerance or rudeness for liars. I will NEVER return to that facility. My sisters and I are are teachers in Toms River, and we have big mouths. Every teacher we know will hear about this.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Sometimes the order is right, most times it’s not. If you want iced coffee after 2 pm, be prepared to drink sludge. It’s bitter like it’s “old coffee.” For $4, I don’t want to drink something that tastes like it’s weeks old.

The girl who took my order sounded extremely annoyed and frustrated, got my order wrong and was about to give me the wrong coffee, and then I could hear her complaining to the other workers about it when I said it was wrong. Then when I left I realized that the donuts were all wrong too but I had already had enough of that place so I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on 37 and got at least one kind of the donuts I had asked for, and they were much nicer there.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Unfortunately I don't know the man's name who is behind the counter but he is always there with a smile on his face. He is very friendly with a great customer rapport. My go to for Pumpkin coffee even in late April...I swear he must corner the market on the stuff in the fall! I'd go here even if he didn't have it but don't let him know!

Coffee and baked goods are always fresh. Staff are friendly and efficient.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. They never understand what I’m saying at the drive thru. I have to repeat my order multiple times because they get it wrong. the other older lady is also rude. The only good worker is the young girl with the glasses.

You place an order you expect to get what you paid for. I ordered a medium light sweet coffee they handed me xl coffee . I tried to explain to them I order in app. Language barrier at this location is worse then calling Amazon. If I wasn't running late I would have held the line up longer trying to get the rest of my order that somehow did not get delivered . Sad but not that serious

Its Dunkin 🍩 Donuts. Best in my book. Ystrdy the 2 locations we go2 were MOBBED; and it was 8am. No parking spots.. Drive thrus were wrapped around the the lot. We went to the one on Fischer Blvd., decided to wait on the long line... But it moved fast. That location is great. The staff are always very friendly, and as busy as they were? They didnt screw up any orders.. They will MOST LIKELY BE THIS BUSY THRU LABOR DAY WKEND; NOW THAT SUMMER IS ENDING. 😞

The staff working this morning 7/2/22 were completely rude. We ordered 2 different ice coffees with cream and liquid sugar and neither of them came with sugar or flavor if we are being honest. We also ordered a Dunkin energy punch and they first said they didn’t have it. So we gave them directions on how and then they still messed it up. We had to make it ourselves. That’s not a huge deal, but when we asked for a large cup the workers rolled their eyes. Then all the workers all were staring at us from the window with dirty looks on their faces. If I could give them -10 stars I would!

The drive thru is all screwed up. The American guy should be the one who talks through the speaker, not the other two who can't speak or understand English so well, The inside is ok though.

Not just donuts and coffee

Terrible establishment with employees who have proven time and time again they simply do not care. This place will blatantly take your money and give you the wrong item. DO NOT STOP HERE. GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUTS OR BETTER YET GO TO A BETTER COMPANY. Worst dunkin in toms river.

Was at this Dunkin' Donuts in the 9 o'clock hour. When it went inside, waited 20 minutes online. Only two or three people ahead of me. The wait was so ridiculously long I walked out discusted. They're severely under staffed!!

Customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady behind the counter was so rude. Ice coffee was bitter coffee was definitely old I got 3 coffees n 1 specialty drink to go out of all that only the specialty was good I asked for xtra milk lady opens my cup started to pour drops straw/ lid on ground picks it up to put back on the cup what else can I say but disappointed dirty I would not go back again

Donuts are always out of stock or sold stale. Coffee is awful, wasted out an entire coffee coolata because it was undrinkable. Every employee makes the cold drinks differently. Tired of wasting my money and being disappointed. Not to mention that several times I have been given back the wrong amount of change. The guy who used to work there would always try and keep the change until I finally got fed up and lost it on him at the drive thru. He went back and got my Change real fast that day, but doesn’t change that he did this to me several times prior. Think that man is gone now though

Disgrace. I wish there was a different coffee/donut shop closer to than this one. Or at least a different staff working at this one. My mother and I both had a free coupon for any free medium refresher on our apps/and e-mails. I show my coupon which is RIGHT ON MY DUNKIN APP after clearly reading all the fine print to be sure everything was A-OK the rude cashier attempts to argue with me that I need to pull up the coupon on my app. The coupon WAS pulled up and opened from my app. She was trying to tell me that it could be a scam if not from THE DD app, when it WAS from and on the DD app. This is why I NEVER go to DD. Even when you're a paying customer they usually get your order incorrect anyway. So after a good few minutes of this going back and forth my Mother told her which FREE MEDIUM REFRESHER she wanted. The cashier made the wrong flavor. Without my mother even opening the straw, the cashier grabbed it back and the made the correct flavor. She didn't ring it up nor even attempt to enter the coupon code, then said goodbye to us. And my mother's take from that incident was 'Wow she could've gave us the messed up flavor, too.' Ya'know since it'll be going in the TRASH anyway! Hate this DD. America does NOT run on Dunkin' and neither do I.

Just ordered through the mobile app at this location & specifically put NO CHEESE on the egg wrap as I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC. Like you could kill someone by your negligence. Pay attention. Everything had cheese on it. Go somewhere else.

The employees are very nice, but my biggest pet peeve is getting 4 sips of Cold Brew out of a large after I specifically order less ice. I dont like to pay a dollar a sip!

I just moved to Toms River and I have been ordering on the go almost every morning. Every single day my order is PERFECT unlike all the other dunkins in the area. I cannot complain:)

Ok I don't come to this location too much because whenever I go there is a problem. But I never wrote something till this day. I went in through the drive through during the morning (you know when a lot of people go) there was no one talking to use through the speaker for mabye five minutes and there was only one car ahead and all they got was a drink. Along with this even after we had ordered the two workers took forever to get our food and once we got our food we found two hairs in just one sandwich on the edge as soon as we opened it. Our drinks somehow also had hair. Overall would not come again.

Iced coffee taste watered down and is never filled to the top of the cup. I ordered 2 frosted donuts and watched them put them both in the same bag, I requested a box bc the last time I ordered donuts from This location all of the icing was off and stuck to the bag bc they didn’t lay them flat and placed them on top of each other. The woman told me I can’t have a box I need to order 6 donuts for that , so I asked for separate bags , well I look in the bags and both donuts are icing side down in the bag 😡 maybe add a extra day of training when hiring people on how to serve a donut since that’s literally the name of your company .

After 7 tries I’m officially done. I live right down the street but will now drive miles out of the way. They just handed me a cold as winter hard as a rock egg and cheese on a croissant. Cold.

Went and got a large iced coffee and it was horrible , no coffee or sugar just milk and water and the bagels we're like stale sponges and took two bites and threw it out never going here again, that was my last resort.

Me and my boyfriend always come to this exact Dunkin for our go to drinks and breakfast. The workers are our favorite and they’re always so sweet to us! This is the only location that gets our orders spot on :) Keep it up

Customer service was terrible. I just went to the drive-thru and I was trying to pull up my rewards and as the cashier was turning away she mumbled "oh my God". To make matters worse she came back and said "hurry up to pay" kid you not.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin donuts, I'm greeted with a smile by kristal. She seems to be the only hard worker there. Kristal is so quick with my order and it's always correct not like other dunkin donuts. I recommend going here to start your day. Thank you kristal for making my day with your smile and kindness.

Every day I order iced tea, every day I get tea that was run through a dirty coffee maker so it tastes like bitter old coffee. No matter how many times I complain it still happens the next time. I’ll just have to start holding up the drive through while I taste test it.

I come in Every morning 6 days a week and Kristal not only remembers my order always friendly and smiling which is nice compared to most Dunkin donuts where they actually seem like you are bothering the employees when ordering

I went to this Dunkin with a huge order of coffee and donuts thinking it would take forever and something was coming out wrong.... WRONG not only was I in and out with everything I wanted but was welcomed with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you Kristal for your great service and making me feel like I was the only customer there when in fact you were slammed. I will definitely be going back to this location if for the only reason to be treated as well as I was.

The drive thru is a mess. One cannot understand the lady who takes the orders in the drive through. She doesn’t understand you and you don’t understand her because her English is not comprehendable. It’s like I’m fighting in the drive thru for my order... They always mess up my orders so it makes me only think they mess up other people’s orders too.

Everyone at our table was very satisfied. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again.
