They keep losing service and cannot fulfill orders. If only the app has reflected they weren't able to fulfill orders. Last time I was bringing food to a dying family member that wanted something other than hospital food and I cried in my car when they couldn't make the order because their systems were down. Tonight was the last time I take a chance on them or Wendy's.

Lazy employees. Business hours are not suggestions. You open and close at a set time. You dont just make up your own hours that change every day and shut it down whenever you feel like it. 3 times now ive tried to order food from here and every time ive gotten nothing. Who is running this joint a bunch of 12 year olds? Gimme a break.

Restaurant is one of the better Wendy's I been to the food is excellent. The problem is the employees these people hire .walked in for a Dave's single with a coupon and a was denied the extra sandwich. Ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on either sandwich and I ordered 5 of them. There was a mentally ill employee taking orders he knew nothing about the items they selling it was like he was in some kind of zone. When I called the manager she wanted to argue I make sure to skip this place in the near future. U can tell alot of fights break out there cops waiting in the parking lot.

They need to do something better with the chili the chili is leftover chop meat from the day before the hamburgers are terrible at the chop meat as they got to make better chili than what they're doing go back to the age of the time when they made it when it first came out with it if Davis still alive is be a lot more if they can't make the changes they need to close doors.

It's chain garbage, not something anybody should reviewing or helping in any way. Nothing different between this trash food and the next fast food chain down the road, don't help corporations. They don't care about you. This shouldn't reflect on any of the people who work there, they're doing what they have to do I'm talking about the owners and the shareholders and the evil greedy people who make these garbage chains a reality. Avoid at all costs, go to Burger 25 instead.

We had a good time and the place was clean but I had to go up and ask for several things from the order. We also never got our apples in our kids meals. The sad part was that we were the only people there. 😅 Do better, guys.

I know it's the luck of the draw! But the few times I've been to this Wendys, they've always messed up my order. The drive thru attendant was extremely rude. When I went inside the manager wasn't any better herself.

Sorry to say, I just moved to this area recently.. and this is the nearest Wendy’s to me but the service was low. I ordered something inside and then went home to find out it was the completely wrong order. Drove back, explained what happened and got the correct order.. although it was horrible! The sandwich was hard and chicken breading on sand which was falling apart. Overall, very bad experience and won’t be going to this location ever again.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but had to share this experience at this wendy's today at 3:00 PM on 6/ 20,/23, first of all I pulled into the parking lot, and parked,On an important call with my Doctor's office a Wendy's employee parks next to my vechical, and starts to blast her radio, I look at her and she just sits there booping her head to the music.Then I go to the window to place an order, I specifically asked for a large coffee, milk and sugar on the side, I pull up to the window, and see the employee pouring the milk in the coffee, I tell her I didn't order it that way , she tells me to pull up and wait and she'll bring it to my car she never shows up. They need to have better management at this store, it's really becoming tacky and undesirable.

My wife's and I love the chilly. This time so.eone got lazy. As u know the meat in the chilly comes from the burger. Well they didn't grind them up. Was huge chunks of burger . Mgr said it was the whole batch . Nothing she could do. Not happy.

No hair gowns. No gloves . Very disgusging place that should be shut down. Every worker there was chit chatting while everyone else waited for their food. What a joke place should be shut down immediately . DISGUSTING PLACE SHUT IT DOWN

Wendy's used to have awesome cheese fries. The new queso fries seemed like it was cheese slices with some jalapeño chunks melted on top. Not worth the money at all.

Had to wait to be helped. No one at register. Associate finally took my order and apologized for the wait. Just have to remember to focus on customer. Manager just kept sweeping and made no attempt to assist customers. Hoping for a better experience next time

I was there on Wednesday 9/13/2023 at about 11:30 am & the a young girl took my order & went above & behold to make my Wendy's experience delightful. I'm not 100 % sure but I think her name was Nichole . Great associate.

Every single time I go thru this drive thru, they forget part of my order. I ordered 3 - 4 for $4's, they forgot the 3 burgers, so I guess 3 of my kids won't eat??? Get it together, Wendy's!

Always liked Wendy's as a go to for fast food. It's fast food joint people!. You want a 3 course grand meal than pay for it at a fine dining establishment. I have had a few mistakes in my order over the years but nothing to really complain about. If it's cold or wrong or missing or whatever your complaint they fix it. But is you complain to yourself and don't do anything about it-it's your fault!

Old, soggy chicken nuggets. Bacon was missing from the cheeseburger and french fries tasted like soggy cardboard. 2 stars for ok soda and a semi friendly cashier.

I was there today employee had street clothes on clocked in never washed there hands mangers was to busy fooling around staff walking around like zombies got the wrong food rediclous. Never had a problem with people at this location. They're always friendly and the food comes out good. A couple of times I've had an issue with it coming out cold so just before you leave check to make sure that it's heated up enough. I think they get a little too anxious and willing to get the food out fast and need to heat it up a little longer. Oh no! Nice place

This Wendy's location is the absolute best. Very friendly and caring staff who aim to take the customers food orders and fill them to their requests. Managers Brandy and Mike always on the move and have the respect of the staff as they show excellent examples of how things should be done. While I was there Kaylee waited on me and she was so sweet and considerate even though it was very busy. Most admirable.

No receipt machine broke. Gave me diet coke instead of a coke. Asked for only lettuce and tomato only. Got only cheese no lettuce and no tomato. Not the first time. But for sure it will be the last time because we won't be going back

I went through on Wednesday morning. I was running late for work so was a little scared to stop but the line went so quickly. It was longer than usual but I barely waited. The girl at the second window was running around like a chicken with her head cut off and if it wasn’t for her I probably would’ve been late. Kudos to her cuz she deserves a raise 💯

By far the nasties wendys i have ever been to. Dead cold fries and gave me a single dave instead of tripple. Also they gave me a rotten broken sauce packed. Never again. Absolutely disgusting.

Forgot my husband's food, and left out part of mine as well. Didn't realize til I got home so by the time I went there and came back the food we did get was cold not to mention the attitude I was given when I was telling them what happened. Employee kept going to manager, but manager never once came over to me to see what they could do to fix the situation. Very disappointing.

The food used to be really good, along with the service. The kids there couldn't be bothered, and the "meat" tasted way out of date. 1 bite and in the garbage it went.

This Wendy’s is literally AMAZING!!! We had them cater our after party at our wedding and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They customized each bag with our names and wedding date on them, and set up the coolest table. It was honestly one of our favorite parts of the wedding. Alexis and the team seriously made one of wedding dreams come true. 🙌🏻

Messed up order at drive thru, went inside and still messed up order. Nobody smiles, no one says thank you and no greetings. I actually said that smiling wouldn't crack your face I promise . This location is actually getting worse everytime. I visit there at least once a week and it seems like why then would I keep going back. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and it's less then a mile away.

Almost everytime I get food from this location, it’s either completely wrong or cold. I worked at this location in high school and it wasn’t this terrible. I have no idea what happened the past few years, but it’s evident they just don’t care about giving a quality product. You should drive another 10 minutes to a different Wendy’s location to save the headache of them ruining a simple order.

Every time I go thru the drive thru my order is in correct. I order a hamburger but I get a cheese burger Every time and the fries are always cold.. I leave put my handy in the bag any they are not warm... Disappointed every time.
