Scammers! Been here multiple times and almost everytime the receipts aren't "working" and check my bank app, what do you know I've been getting overcharged! I don't think that's legal now huh... Incorrect items numerous times, rude service often, lazy employees. I don't think I've ever visited a worse McDonald's before. There's like 5 in this 10 mile radius, support one that actually gives decent service not this McDonald's.

The absolute worst, gross. I mean a half a brain would tell you not to burn everything wrap it up and throw it out the window to a customer that's basically what I got tonight. Burned slop and I hope I can post a picture of it ly mismanaged. Hopefully I can post a picture of the bag of slop that was handed to me about 10 minutes ago. making a doordash order does not take over 3 hours for less than 3 combo meals. we reached out to the employees and they answered but were no help and were absolutely rude over the phone. after hanging up, the order never came and my doordash driver was very upset and anxious due to the workers not doing their job.

Ridiculous that we can only do one mobile order per car. I regularly pick up food with my friends and we all place our mobile orders on our phones so we don’t have to pay each other back. Make us go around in circles with no option to pick back up inside. Other McDonalds allow me to pick up multiple orders at a time.

Rude manager, we ordered about 40 dollars worth of food and he gave us 2 packets, when we wanted more packets he was rude. Food had an issue maybe uncooked or unsanitary, 3/5 family members threw up and food did not taste like actual McDonald’s.

My girlfriend and I came to the drive thru on Tuesday 8/18 at 10:45 am. The person taking our order rushed us throughout the order. As she made us feel pressure to complete the order, we even forgot to order an item (which we ordered at the next window). Upon receiving our frappe, it was watery so we nicely asked the gentleman to make it thicker. The young man refused, saying the frappes are made automatically from a machine (not! they are made in the blender one by one). Thankfully his manager came and made it thicker for us instead by adding ice. However, she grabbed the original frappe from my hand with force. I don’t know if the employees were having a bad morning, but we received horrible customer service on this day.

The Nuggets were noticeably very old / dehydrated (re re reheated ). We were just driving through town and it wasn't worth going back. Ended up just throwing them away unfortunately. Service was ok but wouldn't go back while driving through cause the food quality is more important.

Ansoluting the rudes staff I ever expericed. All members I dealt with made a rude a nasty comment towards my order and simply couldn’t use my rewards cuz I already paid. My family has been getting food from here at least once per week for years. Honestly it’s one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The food is always hot and fresh, my order is always correct, and the people who work here are always super friendly.

Monday August 8th. 12:05 am I was picking up door dash order and was told no were not making the food for door dash we only have 1 cook and only for drive thru customers. And then she calls the police like the snitch she is.Again this is the worst mc Donald's around.

I hope that this place could be better quality i went to this place several time and its been an okay experience. Last night i got my daughter a big mac and a coke but i got a plain big mac just cheese,meat and bread nothing else and when i ordered a coke and got dr pepper instead and this is not the first time this has happened to me before. My son (14 yr old) applied for a job almost 6 weeks ago. They own several stores in Silverton/Toms River. I have called ALL their stores, NEVER get answer. I’ve asked several store managers (in person) about it and was advised to speak with Donna, the “hiring person” aka owner or owners wife. They were told not to answer phones, and never know when or where she’ll be to put me in contact with her. I feel this is very unprofessional. Needless to say, he’s applied to another location NOT owned by Donna. For a kid who’s eager to work, and them needing employees, it’s a shame they run their stores like this!

Every time I order from this Mcdonald's my order is wrong. Grubhub app won't even let me order from there because they messed up my orders so many times. Funny thing most other Mcdonald's or restaurants I don't have problems. And give great reviews. Also no other place blocks delivery on my Grubhub app but this place. Do better Mcdonald's.

Simply put, stay away. Rude staff, orders wrong, foods old. I eat McDonald's sorta regularly and this is the only one i get sick from. I will be filling a formal complaint to the health department. I've been here a few times and every time gotten sick, place needs to either be shut down or done over.

I'm not from this town, so figured I'd order something before heading home and this is what I get. The tags literally say it all. But we got our sandwiches, wrong drinks, and that's it!! I can understand messing up an order... but this is not just messing up. This is a complete disregard for doing your job. Worst part is... I door Dashed it since I'm not from around here. Just had a horrible experience. Order from here multiple times a week. Ordered a fairly big order tonight and they forgot to put the 20 piece in the bag. My husband goes back there to get it and they say there is no 20 piece left behind. I don't care that there wasn't a 20 piece left behind. It wasn't in our bag! After a rude back and forth exchange with my husband, she says she knows how to do her job but also says that we have to check the bags before we leave. lol If you know how to do your job, we shouldn't have to check. She then decides to make the nuggets but then only gives us 16. Nice. I'm shocked and disappointed because in all the years going there, we never had this kind of issue with any of the workers. I'm not out to get a free 7 buck 20 piece after spending so much money there a few times a week every single week. It's insulting and incredibly unprofessional. Who ever is the manager, can you please explain to your workers that the Big Breakfast DOES come with hash browns. The girl at the counter told me 3 times that hash browns are not included. Instead of getting into an argument over hash browns, I just took my order and left. Also the girl who prepared my order ( who was different from the girl at the counter) didn't give me the hash browns either. So apparently she wasn't trained properly too. After checking the McDonald's app, it does say hash browns are included.
