Seems like they dont change their cooking oil that often. Nuggets look like they were cooked in weeks old oil and not a gram of sugar was in their sweet tea. Im not gonna throw a tantrum over it but for a place advertising $18.00 an hour pay they need step it up.

Place is horrible. No one speaks English. Always get the wrong order. Management takes no ownership ship to the mistakes on top of that u wait close to 30 minutes to get wrong food. Place is run by people with no management skills. They don't even know how to defuse or make right a wrong order they made. They basically tell you if u mad don't come here anymore. Place is trash. I feel more like trash for leaving a McDonald's review but place is that bad

Waited in drive thru for 15 min for Luke warm food, half full containers of limp soggy french fries.Did no good to call store because they just let it ring. Store got remodeled outside but the work really is needed inside. I guess the 14$+ an hour pay hasn't helped

Just ordered 3 sundaes with Carmel and hot fudge . Handed 3 to me in no carrier. When I drove away there’s only Carmel in all of them. So fed up with McDonald’s not caring about properly completing any order I place. Pay your employees more if that’s what it takes maybe then they’ll care what they send out to customers . He handed me 3 spoons doused in Carmel as well.

As expensive as fast food is nowadays you at least expect your food to come out the way it's supposed to with all the ingredients. We just Gor served chicken sandwiches with no sauce, or lettuce or tomatoes. Get it together people!

I just went through the drive thru and spent $35.00 on 3 meals. The fries were medium instead of the large I paid for and they were cold and stale. My drinks were wrong. This was after asking me to pull over to wait for something. If you’re making me wait longer anyway at least double check my order that it’s fresh and correct before walking the bags out to my car. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get people what they paid for. I’m definitely not lovin it!

Giving a one star due to the unprofessionalism on what looked like a supervisor yelling at her employees, and being beyond disrespectful to them. The employees were doing a great job.

2nd time in 2 weeks that my sons cheeseburger had no meat. Just a bun with cheese. Now i have to check the bag to make sure the burgers have meat

Not only was my food cold but what is the point of waiting my money on a med French fry when I was getting a small. This is not the first time, never going there again

It's not hard to make a sweet tea or a new sweet tea lemonade but it saddens me to say there was not an ounce of sugar in either drink and sweet tea should be sweet this tasted like colored water I was a little dissatisfied to say the least

The workers need more help at nighttime!!! It’s fast food, yet there’s a long line of cars and we’re waiting over 10 minutes for our orders.

Out of all the McDonalds cheeseburgers I’ve tasted over the years, the person who made this one is a master… it was the best McD’s cheeseburger ever. So good, I went back two weeks later even though it’s out of my zip code.

I ordered on the mobile app around 330 am and when I arrived i waited 15 minutes thinking my food was going to be fresh since it took so long and the whole order was nasty they used a old bun that is so hard i almost broke a tooth my apple pie is dry inside it that's how old it is My chicken sandwich was raw in the middle... i ordered a sweet tea the guy gave me unsweet. I dont get it at all very wrong of them how do u serve someone that. And why would i wait 15 minutes for that smh got to do better i use to go there all the time never had problems.

my girl friend likes the burgers! very convenient. yummy looking ice-cream.

Mocha frappe was excellent. Used restroom while there. Had odor, as if not cleaned in a day or two. Only 1 other customer inside at the time, so no excuse not to be clean.

Happy Fourth of July! Wow. Just pulled up, ordered, and got my meal in possibly under 30 seconds. It’s hot and delicious. Happy birthday to Grimace too! 😁 Thanks Mcdonalds. Definitely go here.

Horrible The Associates are not customer/people oriented...the prices way too high and if you are a r I sk for high blood pressure the the 1/4 pounder are loaded Salt and pepper 🌶.... And yes reported it....

The food was great. But I paid for McNuggets but they never put them in my bag. So once again McDonalds you blew it yet again! 😒 😪

Terrible McDonald's. At the drive thru the staff ignored us until I asked if they would take our order. When we were waiting for our order, they asked if we could pull into a parking space and they would bring our order out. We waiting in the spot for 15 mins and then had to go inside to get the food. Terrible staff, that hasn't been trained.

Slow drive thru service. Also let people order at the pickup window. 2 burgers and a fries took 15 minutes in drive thru and there was only 1 car in front of me. Except for the car at the window ordering extra good. Should have had to go park in drive thru waiting area for there food.

The employees can barely communicate with the customer and can easily mess up a simple order.but as for the decorum of the lobby area and inside dining:"it is well stocked with contiments and extremely clean demeanor remains.

This McDs is literally night and day with their service. I have had no problems with any of their food or service during the day. Night shift is a completely different story. I have waited on one of the drive thru lines for someone to even acknowledge I was there while 5 cars get served on the other line. Another time I waited 10 minutes at the register inside and even though workers looked right at me while giving other people their food not one word was said to me and no one came over. Lastly I was at the drive through and someone asked what my order was and I said "Large #3 with a doctor pepper and 20 piece chicken McNuggets. After watching all kinds of orders pop up on the screen she asks me again what my order was. I repeat the order, she then says large #3? I said yes and 20 piece McNuggets. When she asked me for the 4th time to repeat the order and all kinds of other orders were still popping up I had enough. I will now travel the extra distance to the McDs on Fischer Blvd. Its a shame that this store goes so down hill when the second shift arrives.

This McDonald's always serves food HOT and I've never had a problem with my order. I usually order on the app and do drive thru or curbside. Also worth mentioning that I have never had a problem getting ice cream McFlurrys or Sundaes. Their machine has always worked when I order. The drive thru staff is friendly. I do order from here once or twice a week. Usually once for breakfast and once for dinner. It's convenient for me since they are 2 blocks away.

Me and my doggo Ember go to McDonald's once a month. It's almost always great. Sometimes the fries are not hot and sometimes the crispy chicken sandwich is not JUST made. Depends on my mood whether I just eat it or get a new order.
