First off I have to say, I don't usually write reviews. That being said I want to say this place is super clean, The staff is very friendly and most of all the food is Awesome. I ordered 3 Giants and they packed on the meat and all the veggies were fresh. I almost didn't go here because of Marleys review, But I'm glad I did. Her review couldn't be farther from the Truth !!!! Thanks Guys for the Awesome subs, I will definitely be back for more.......

GREAT place to get exactly what you want as you like it.watch them make up you fresh sandwich and if something doesn't look quite to your liking tell them immediately and they are happy to fix it..mmmmGOOD!!!

Normally, I love this place, the food and the employees. But tonight was definitely different, I came in 15 minutes to closing. I asked for a basic Philly cheesesteak/ yellow American/ NO PEPPERS. So, I guess the girl was pist off that she would have to clean the grill one more time? I finally get my sandwich ... EVERY STYLE PEPPER chopped into nice small pieces !! I felt so bad about being the last order , I tipped 100%!?!! That’s just me. I know what your gonna say, maybe it was a mistake. Nope. She heard enough to put yellow American. This was on purpose. So yea thanks a lot. I will make sure to never order from this person again.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs but this location is complete garbage! I order from the app and I specified clearly I wanted a number seven with no cheese, then I went a step further and I called and spoke with the manager to clarify there would be no cheese on my sub due to the fact that I’m allergic to dairy. Can you guess what happened when I get my sub? Yup there’s cheese rolled up inside the turkey, not laying flat so I can see it and peel it off easily, Nope! It was rolled inside in between the turkey and the lettuce so I couldn’t see it so I ate about 3 bites before I realized. Making me extremely sick I am not lactose intolerant so it wasn’t just a stomach ache and running to the bathroom I am actually allergic so Benadryl in the hospital for me!!! Thanks a lot good luck everyone else.

I wouldn’t ever again eat at this establishment even if it were the only thing open and it was either this or death. How they treat their employees and fabricate lies involving families is detrimental to mental health, marriage and lively hood. Making good food doesn’t mean they have GOOD CHARACTER! Pathetic. Also, the bacon is about 2 days old. Be careful when eating it and be careful when giving this business your hard earned money.

Can't beat Mike's. They have lots of coupons, and are very active with fundraising.

This is the second time that what I asked for was not what I got . I came in June13, 2022 @ approx 6pm. I ordered a reg #11 Mike's way. I asked for light oil and extra vinegar. The was only one other customer in the shop besides me. I went to the rest room while they made my sandwich. When I returned to the counter I paid and left a tip. When I got home I discovered that the sandwich was swimming in oil and there was no vinegar on it at all. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I'm really disappointed about this because I travel past one other Jersey Mike's to cometo this shop. Because I never had a bad experience before the last to times one June 3, 2022 and today June 13, 2022. I could possibly understand if the store was busy but I was the one of two people in there. I may have to go to the other store I normally pass by to come to this store. Disappointed with this store.

I ordered a Club Sub with everything on it including extra oil and extra vinegar and they completely forgot to include the mayo and bacon. The sub was disgustingly dry and was disapointing!!! Also I find it ridiculous that they charged me $16 and forgot to include half the important ingredients, definitely won't be going to this location anymore!!!

They sure charge a lot for a mediocre sandwich.

Absolute worst service by an employee I think his name was Dylan or something so bad I have a 25 minute lunch break and I go to get a sandwich when this employee takes well over ten minutes to get my order done well not be returning

Jersey Mike's been around forever and they still today give you the same great service that they did when they first opened up their food is good fresh services great and when they make their subs they're more than generous with what they put on your sub and whatever you want bacon lettuce tomato mayonnaise whatever they have it all and they're quick the bread's fresh the food's fresh the Bacon's fresh what more can I say when in there me and the wife and got some sandwiches and sodas and went down and sat out back where the shade was and enjoyed our lunch

The employees are always great, but I eat a lot of subs from a lot of locations some Jersey Mikes. The last 2 times I went here the subs did not have very much meat and the lettuce was turning like how lettuce turns into weird zombie lettuce when it passes prime. The bacon is also a gamble at Jersey mikes, sometimes it is good, sometimes it is old, dry, and small. Jersey mikes makes good tasting subs normally, but the value is just not there and there is basically the amount of meat equivalent to wawa. If you are hungry I don't think this is the place, a giant sub will not feed me and my older son thoroughly. The last time I bought 2 giant subs Italian and club sub for me , 14yr, and 15yr sons we ate all but 1 piece and my 14yr old doesn't eat very much he had 1 piece(1/4) of a sub. I will only be going to sub doctors on rt37 from now on unless I am out of town. Then I will probably go to wawa over Jersey Mikes mostly because the inconsistency brings the value way down when you get a bad sub at jersey mikes.

i really like this location when i want jersey mikes bc i always feel satisfied leaving. everyone is always super kind. virginia was able to help me find something new to try this time since i had some dental work done, and was super friendly and helpful! i got the turkey provolone and was nervous about the bread being tough but it was literally perfect!!!!

The food is good, as usual. However, the staff could use a little help. Mackenzie is not very helpful as she didn't add my rewards points and when I checked out she never apologized or offered to add them. I told them next time to be more considerate of others.

Jersey Mike's is popular for making sandwiches "Mike's way" which means they drown your sub in oil and vinegar which makes the bread soggy but flavorful. If you do not get it this way you realize the bread is tough and flavorless and the meats are 'meh.' I will occasionally get a sandwich from here out of convenience but in my opinion it is nothing special.

They offer a gluten free roll. They prepare it separately and change gloves and use separate knife for cutting roll. Nice to enjoy a sub being I have to eat gluten free!! Thanks for having that!!

Hand down they have the nicest staff members I’ve ever dealt with at a Jersey Mikes store. The staff members and the manager Steve always have a smile on their faces and make the sandwiches with perfection.

I had an amazing experience at this jersey mikes! The short-haired blonde woman that made my sandwich, I asked her name, I believe it was Diana, made my sandwich delectably !!! I will definitely be returning here again !!!

The management team isn't the best, food is mediocre. Not sure why everyone raves about "Jersey Mikes", I've had better BLT's made by my 3 yr old cousin, BLT's are not hard to mess up but Jersey Mike's just can't seem to make it right. Also, there few employees that are there, seem to care about gossip then making a sandwich right. Right Mackenzie? Needless to say, I will not be back. Ever.

Wow. My wife recently gave birth to our first child so we have been living off of jersey mikes for the last week. This location has made by far the WORST sandwhich i have ever had from a jersey mikes. One single layer of turkey and not even enough provolone to cover the bread. Im not looking for a pound of meat but for almost 20 dollars this was a colossal disappointment. The bread was also hard on the ends. I am happy i do not live near this one, because if this was my only option, i would never return to a jersey mikes. You are robbing your customers. You should be ashamed.

I love that Jersey Mike’s has Udi’s bread now but this location in particular was very accommodating when I asked for a gluten free sub due to an intolerance (they even cleaned down the slicer for me which no other location has done). I have been to at least ten locations and this will definitely be my new regular!

Ray is so rude! Didn't give us our full order when we spent over $100 and we tipped! When we called they wanted us to come back for it without any form of compensation. Ray hung up on us and when we called back the girl was equally as rude. I guess they don't want our business. One star is too many!

Love to get the #13 Original Giant with a drink and a bag of chips. Hubby and I share. Great for lunch. Cold cuts are fresh. Rolls are fresh, lightly crisp on crust, soft inside. Servers are always friendly.

Great job with preparing a gluten free sub for my daughter with celiac disease. Most places do not pay enough attention to the needs of a gluten free diet. The staff was obviously well trained to the concerns of cross contamination dangers. Must have strong management to operate at this level. Very impressive.
