Hit or miss but for it’s size I’ve always done surprisingly well over the years at this location. I’ve been coming to this location for over 14 years and I’ve seen all the changes, all the staff and more. No matter what it’s a forever 21, unfortunately they don’t teach customer service so don’t expect to be greeted or assisted. However I asked a question of one of the associates yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I asked for just the location of the tank tops and was not only walked over but I was then shown the variety they had to offer. This was a first for their customer service and I was really happy. Anyway it’s a chain, but I got to say for this location it usually doesn’t disappoint.

Went to find a dress for my daughter. They didn't have the one that she was looking for. But the girls were very helpful in trying got find out if other stores had it in stock. Sadly noone had it ☹

Cashier girl is very rude and unpleasant. The cashier girl has blondish brown curly hair black and white flower nails and a nose ring. Very rude girl .

Bought an expensive dress for an event and the shoulder strap broke mid event, they would not let me return it and won’t fix It either. Terrible customer service.

Worker wasn’t nice stareing at me and my friend the whole time we were there and made us feel uncomfortable. Plus all the sizes are really small needed larger sizes

Super friendly staff and awesome selection of clothes and accessories. I have been shopping for over a decade with forever 21 and have never been disappointed. Especially being a 90s kid due the the graphic tee selection always being on point .

Bought two items took them home and tried it on but I needed a different size so I ran back to the mall to exchange for the same thing just a different size and I was told “ I can not return or exchange unless the tags are attached” although I had the tags and receipt. Not to mention I bought the original clothes from the same lady 15 minutes ago. Terrible and waste of my money.

Absolutely the nastiest workers ever. The girl doing the fitting rooms has a terrible attitude. She’s screaming at people to make sure they hang everything up before they walk out and someone asked if they had a small In a shirt that was too high to reach. She did not even look she said no I already looked earlier today and walked away. When telling the ladies at the cash register they did not even apologize they just said well that’s because customers leave it a mess. Very rude and felt uncomfortable will 100% never go back again.

Store employees always look like they don't wanna be there and aren't happy, when I came into the store they didn't even say ” hi, how are you” like in other stores and some even tend to have attitude problems
