Where to start! So many positive things to say about Regency Jewelers, Eddie and his team! The most beautiful jewelry and excellent quality. Eddie took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier with our wedding bands and my engagement ring. Everything about Regency is wonderful and I can’t recommend Eddie and his team more!

I am so thrilled to have been referred to Eddie at Regency. He and his ladies working with him are just exceptional. They are patient and knowledgeable. However most of all they are extremely trustworthy. The bonus part is they are very fair in their pricing. They designed a beautiful setting to reset my engauring and I am in love with my ring. They are so accommodating with my crazy schedule and truly wanted me to be happy! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I live in Florida now and will only go to Regency for my jewelry needs when I go back to NJ now. They have a forever customer in me for sure.

I am far from and expert on gem stones, gold or any other jewelry. So when I wanted to purchase earrings for my wife or a gold watch for myself I did a lot of research and asked friends for recommendations. The recommendation was Regency Jewelers. So I gave it a shot. I found Eddie and his staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and not pushy. Bottom line is I am a loyal customer for about 20 years. Not that I go there every month, I am not wealthy. But when I do purchase something expensive I want to be sure I go to someone I can trust. I’ve brought old jewelry to sell and received a fair price. I’ve purchased gold earrings for my wife and, most importantly, for our granddaughter. If you are looking for an honest jeweler without frills or a rent heavy mall location, go to Regency. You will not regret it. The quality of the merchandise and pricing are very good. Two words sum it up - honest and fair. That’s all you can ask for.

I’m writing this review because my sister called me distraught over her experience there over the weekend. It’s very unfortunate that she came in to get her wedding ring resized up due to the sizing not being the right fit for her. He asked her a numerous amount of personal questions including gaining weight, period, medication, pregnancy etc. to figure out why she needed it resized up 2 sizes which is unprofessional. She is a paying customer who was willing to pay for the resize as well as a gift for her husband and ended up leaving in tears due to his emotional abuse. That is unacceptable to shame a woman in that matter instead of just pleasing a paying customer and resizing it to her needs.

I was recommended by a very close friend of mine to look at rings for my now fiancé at Regency Jewelers. We planned on checking out different places too, but with how friendly and personal we got with Eddie the more comfortable we felt with buying through them. One thing I really wanted above all was trust and honesty and we got that from Eddie. This is a very professional place and you will definitely be in good hands when deciding on buying something from them. Not only did Eddie make us feel so comfortable but the entire staff there is so charming and they make you feel at home. I would highly recommend this Jeweler to anyone and we are both very happy with the quality of their work.

Regency Jewelers was by far not only the best business, but jeweler I have ever been to. My husband got a necklace from his grandmother over 20 years ago that he wears daily. The charm clasp worn down so much it wouldn’t hold the charm anymore. My husbands birthday was on Valentine’s Day and the jewelry broke on a Sunday. I only had 2 days to find a jeweler that would fix it. I called Regency and they not only took me same day, but they fixed it same day knowing the time crunch. When I came to pick it up, they made sure it was cleaned, wrapped, and ready to be gifted. I could not believe the kindness and professionalism there. Although they never promised they could accommodate me on the same day, I knew that they would get it down ASAP. A business that puts their customers needs first, is the one who deserves your dollar. Don’t waste your time on big businesses or chains. They don’t care like Regency did.

My youngest daughter got engaged yesterday. That makes our 4th engagement ring since 1990. Always incredible service, value, and selection. Truly feel like part of the Regency family. Thank you all.

My husband had my engagement ring and wedding band made from regency jeweler’s and I cannot boast about them enough!!! They have beautiful craftsmen shift. My ring is stunning! I get compliments ALL the time. I will pop into the shop to have it polished every now and then, and they are so kind and generous!! These are the kind of people you want to support. I first came to Regency to resize my engagement ring; my fiancé did not purchase the ring there. Regency was quick to get me in with an appointment & resized in 30 minutes on our visit. (another local jewelry store wanted to take and keep my ring for two weeks) I was blown away with how easy and friendly everyone was. Months later, two days before my wedding day, I called regency asking if they could help me with something else. That day I dropped off two special rings; had them resized, cleaned, and fixed ready for me to pick up the next day. Ed and his team went above and beyond! I am so grateful! My mom was in tears when I surprised her with wearing those rings on my special day thanks to Regency! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, you will always have me as a loyal customer.
