We shopped yesterday for a sweet 16 party court. The girls who helped us were so friendly and patient with our group as 5 teenage girls ran through the store shopping for THE SAME dress. Audrey was so helpful and patient as we searched the racks and tried on everything in the store. Thank you for all you do! Our girls loved shopping there.

I had such a great experience at this location. Windsor is the best place to shop in the Ocean County Mall. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy and the clothes are so cute! I even got to meet the manager Krissy who was so nice and made you feel comfortable to shop the second you walked through the doors. I will definitely be shopping there again!

This is the best new retail store in Ocean Country mall thus far. The staff there definitely goes above and behind. I had a chance to meet the store manager Krissy who in my opinion is the most polite person I have ever met. I also want to thank Barbara who helped me within the store and you can tell they really take customer service seriously. I will definitely be back. Clean, pristine, and everything out for sale is stunning.

The girls working were so funny and helpful. I tried on 50 outfits for an event no lie and these girls made me feel like a life size barbie lol. Needless to say I bought way more than I came for because everything they gave me to try on was HOT!

I absolutely love the toms river windsor! the staff provides great customer service, anytime i have a question they do their best to help and accommodate me and the rest of their customers. i always leave the store happy with my purchases and the service they provide. it is also so clean and organized making shopping much faster and easier.

I always have the most wonderful time here, I love Windsor and have visited many locations between New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and this location consistently has both the best merchandise and best customer service. I would really like to emphasize how well I am treated every time I come in, it’s like I have my own personal stylist as all of the associates are eager to help in any way they can. Julia is wonderful and definitely a personal favorite manager of mine. Keep it up!!

I have been shopping at windsor for years and always had a positive experience and was excited to have a store open in Toms River instead of traveling to the Freehold location. Everytime I am in the store the clothes are neat and displayed in an attractive manner which makes the shopping experience so pleasant unlike other locations I have visited. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Julia the manager. I have highly recommended this store to friends and will continue doing so.

I walked in and was greeted by sydney as soon as I entered. It was hard for me to find a dress but sydney was there to help me the whole way! She is so amazing she is the absolute best. When i saw the dress was see through and I rlly wanted it but didnt want it to be see through, sydney was there to help me find something to put under it. When i was getting my shoes it was very hard for me to find a cute pair in my size and I felt bad that i kept asking for new sizes/ diff shoes but sydney was there to help me the whole way through!! She was so sweet and nice about it she helped me pick out which looked best with my dress and I loved it!! Sydney is an amazing employee and I love her with my whole heart she is just so sweet. 10/10 recommend getting helped by sydney she really just is the best!

I had the best experience here - I went shopping the DAY OF a family event, and was absolutely freaking out because I couldn’t find a dress after waiting until the last minute. I found the cutest dress here, and the girls working were so sweet and assuring. Sydney was great with helping me, even gave me suggestions on accessories to pair with the dress. I had a great shopping experience at this location. Sydney needs to be recognized for her great Customer service skills from the time I walked in she greeted me with a smile and was more than willing to help me look for what I needed. My girlfriend and I came into this store and immediately my girl fell in love with the store. the visual displays and color coordination are mesmerizing. I had fun just walking around with her. The manager, Sydney, helped my girl find a whole outfit, down to shoes and jewelry. I cannot wait to see my girl in the outfit she picked out. Shout out to this stores vibes over all!

I never leave reviews.. but these girls deserved it. I walked in for the first time today, I'm a little older so I wasn't sure if this store would be for me but I was greeted and loved the energy from the girls, I decided to give it a chance. The blonde manager kristy not only helped me get an outfit for a dinner party I'm going too but made me feel like I was a part of the crew. The girls were so much fun, I could have stayed all day with them! It wasn't just the style, it was all about the atmosphere! So happy I took a chance!
