    This was my first time going to this facility and was so pleased with everything. The staff is super friendly even when they are so busy. I could not believe how fast I was called in for my turn. I was sitting for about 30 seconds after doing my paperwork. I had a Dexa and mammogram. Walked into facility at 1pm and finished by 2pm. Most comfortable place I have ever gone into. I am definitely going back and will recommend everyone I know. Thank You All. Sincerely, Kathleen McCormick PS There efficiency was superb!!

    The front desk was very busy at 8am but everyone there was working very efficiently. The woman who did my mammogram was very nice, professional and really made me feel comfortable. I also received an ultrasound and that woman was also very kind and comforting for a somewhat uncomfortable procedure. Everyone was super nice and respectful of my time. Very pleased! ~LJ

    If I could give "no" stars I would. I can't believe the way they treated a veteran who was trying to schedule an MRI because he was just diagnose with a serious illness. It finally got to the point we just said we would pay out of pocket and deal with the insurance later and they still would not schedule him. Very unprofessional and a supervisor should have taken over this scheduling issue when we asked to speak to one. Now I just want to hear from the owner of this facility. So if you are a veteran and using veteran benefits, medicare or even paying out of pocket they will refuse you. I never thought this would happen in this country!!!!!!

    I have been to this office many times and always am impressed by the professionalism of the staff. My recent visit was for my 84 year old aunt who has dementia and was very nervous. The CT tech was great, she let me accompany my aunt into the exam room and I was able to wait nearby until exam was complete. It was my aunt's first time here, previously she was going to Community Hospital's outpatient radiology department, she MUCH preferred coming here, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

    On Schedule and Friendly I only waited about 5 minutes before being brought back for my CT scan. The technician put me at ease and explained exactly what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable prior to the procedure beginning.

    This place has got to be the worst. The staff I remember is no longer there but has since been replaced by the nastiest, most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I went there for a mammogram and an ultrasound requested by my Doctor and is performed every 6 months. From the moment you walk in where your are “greeted” by a nasty receptionist (seems new to the facility) with absolutely no personality or any hint of empathy in her demeanor, to the other nasty front desk staff who come out to the seating area to tell you what THEY and their radiologists deem necessary despite your own Doctor writing a prescription for what HE deems is necessary testing, the rude ultrasound tech who will basically yell at you when you question whether you are actually having the testing your pcp requested, “threatens” to have a “Doctor” come in and speak with you and then storms out of the room to get a radiologist . The “Doctor” never came in, a radiologist did, and instead tried to convince me what my doctor deemed as necessary was not and proceeded to do as THEY wanted. The radiologist lied numerous times as I spoke with my pcp. She also “threatened” to bill me $375 for procedures that are covered by my insurance. She kept mentioning their “billing” dept and know I know why. Apparently, an insurance company only pays them a fraction of what they bill, therefore they pretty much didn't want to perform the diagnostics requested since due to the $$ they’d be paid it wouldn't be worth their “time”. Sooo…. I left with only an ultrasound, not even a full one, no mammogram as requested by my Doctor, and the rude tech rushed through the ultrasound. How dare they play with people’s lives!!?? They have no authority to override a Doctor’s wishes, but they did and they do, all for insurance purposes. I was in tears from the beginning of my visit until I left. No sympathy here. This place should be shut down! Disgusting. Do not recommend. Stay far far away.

    I recently was at Toms River X-ray where I was rudely treated by the front desk staff named Alice . Her behavior was unacceptable toward me and I told her you don’t have to be nasty and her response was …. You don’t no what nasty is. Is that how you treat patients . I’ve been in healthcare for over 30 years and would never treat my patients like that . I will make sure I never recommend this place to anyone . Worst place ever

    Everyone I countered was very nice, professional and helpful. The facility was very busy but I really did not wait long at all. The receptionist’s computer was not working but other staff handled the check ins easily. Great first time visit as I recently moved to the area.

    This is the first time I actually went to an imaging center where it was amazing. They had a test most imaging centers don’t offer in Ocean County. My test took a few hours long. I have to say my technician was a male and patient with me . He did everything to make me feel comfortable. He offered a break between everything. He took the patience to explain this 2 hour long test to me.

    The visit and testing went smoothly. Upon arrival, there were 4 people ahead of me and 2 behind. Several team members behind the desk directed several of us to come around to another station to check in. It made registration complete in a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and polite.

    I was scheduled for 2 tests. Was greeted promptly, taken back for Mammo that was much more comfortable than in years past, then right over for second imaging test. Not back to waiting room. Very efficient pleasant staff!

    Took my elderly Mom for ultrasound of her bladder and kidneys. Scheduling the appt was easy, Check-in was quick, the wait not too long (Mom had a full bladder), and staff efficient without being short. The test was straightforward and we were out of there in no time. But the real star was the tech (Ashton). She was thorough, patient, attentive, kind, helpful, and pleasant. It made all the difference! Going to many appts with Mom allows me to witness all different kinds of offices, staff, and interactions. Mom was comfortable, happy, and respected here. I was also welcomed & acknowledged (which surprisingly is not a courtesy always given to caregivers.) I appreciate and am grateful for our experience. It is important that medical professionals take the opportunity to make clients (& their family) feel valued, seen, and heard. TR X-ray is a gem and I highly recommend this facility.

    Recently, I had a mammography, & an ultrasound. Both technologists were highly competent while making sure I was ok and comfortable. Reception was professional and quick. Highly recommend!

    I am a new patient. I was served well by the person who made my appointment, and greeted pleasantly when I arrived. The waiting room allowed for ample spacing between patients. The restroom was immaculate. My appointment was on time and the tech was friendly. My husband had recommended your office after his visit a few weeks ago. :) Good job everybody!

    Needed a CAT scan for kidney stones. The ding-dong that I am, I left the script on the kitchen table. The lovely woman at the front desk called the doctors office to get the script sent over. Now maybe not a big deal but she could have just told me I needed to reschedule or given me an attitude but she was super nice. All the staff were. Hopefully I don’t need another CAT scan but if I do I’d go back there.

    I made my appointment with ease and when I need to change it, not once but twice, it was no problem. I was also able to add my mom in for the same time. On the day of our appointments, we were taken care of quickly and courteously.

    Friendly, organized and very efficient was MY experience... 4:00 PM appointment for a CT scan. I was back in my car at 4:12? Got there at 3:45, but still great regardless. Nothing bad to report. 🙂

    Excellent, professional, friendly, caring staff, technicians, radiologists and MDs. Very easy to make appointments and often have spots to get your prescription imaging done very soon. Highly recommended

    Was just there for an ultrasound. The technician was great and thorough and pleasant. Something needs to change at check in desk. There was a patient with alot of questions in front of me. After 12 minutes someone had me come inside to check in, now my appt time is passing by. When I thought I was being taken care of the girl helping me was now helping her coworker with a host of questions to help the patient in front of me holding up the line. Now she had 2 people helping her and I still waited another 6 minutes. 20 minutes to get checked in.

    It was A breeze. Totally unexpected. The nurse came for me while I was still filling out the forms. She took me in right away and quickly finished the procedure. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you for making the appt’ carefree when I was a bundle of nerves.
