Quality Dermatology is a great practice! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! Dr. Flaks solved my daughters acne problem quickly and without antibiotics. Visits are always quick and efficient, the staff is very kind, and Dr Flaks is the best! She is very knowledgeable and has such a nice, calm demeanor. I had been grappling with a chronic issue with my New York City based dermatologist for 3 years and had pretty much given up. But after one office visit and treatment with Dr. Flaks, it's cleared up in one week flat -- I'm quite amazed! Dr. Flaks is a phenomenal dermatologist who really knows her medical specialty inside out.

Dr. Flaks did such an awesome job with my chronic melasma on my face. Being of South Asian origin my skin is prone to dark spots if exposed to the sun. Not only did she prescribe a mild yet fast acting skin bleaching cream that was especially prepared for me (it has worked wonders!) but she had very effective advice to stop recurrence as well. For example she did say - it’s ok to enjoy being on a poolside but best to go back into the hotel past noon. She’s just terrific, has an awesome bedside manner! 2 thumbs up Dr Flaks!

I found out about Dr. Flaks in private FB groups where lots of people recommended her. Her office is 1.5 hours drive from my place but I decided to give it a try given I had a severe rash on my legs unexpectedly. I called in for an appointment and explained I need to get in soon if possible and they made an exception to squeeze me in within couple of days. This was my first visit of this practice and I was so pleasantly surprised how great Dr. Flaks was. She listened patiently to my symptoms, answered all my questions and, most importantly, her diagnoses were accurate. She is very knowledgeable and her office is clean and well organized. Front desk ladies are amazing and efficient. Dr.Flaks also recommended a smaller pharmacy which is great in comparison to large pharmacies, such as CVS, who will ensure your medication gets approved by insurance. She is a nurse posing as a dermatologist. Go elsewhere and find a board certified dermatologist who went to medical school and residency. What a scam!
