10/10 - we came in at 8 on Saturday and they were full with reservations. (To those of you giving 1 star reviews because of reservation issues, that is very sad. This is a new business in our area and in the post-pandemic world we find ourselves in, I am ashamed at so many of you for being so quick to put a business down) we completely understood they couldn’t seat us but we were lucky enough to snag a couple seats at the bar. The calamari was some of the freshest calamari I had in a very long time. The sushi was delicious and what a presentation - with a great Smokey taste. We were very happy and will be back!

Happy hour is the hidden gem! Arwen was our server and she was fantastic! She suggested a Paloma and it was delicious! Dumplings on the happy hour menu were just the right amount before lettuce wraps. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Arwen for such a wonderful experience!

Food and service was great. My mom and I decided to go and try it tonight at the Toms River location and nothing but a 10/10. Made a reservation for 8:45, got seated right away, ordered crispy honey chicken that was out of this world. Cake with raspberry sauce was great. Our server Angelina was amazing and very kind. Staff was super polite. Highly recommend (:

Terrible. My friends and I went to P.F. Chang’s on Thursday 4/21. We got there around 5. We walked in and was immediately greeted by 17 hostesses standing around. I was told that they were fully booked, and we would be able to seat ourselves at the bar. But we would have to wait outside of the restaurant for an indoor bar seat. How does that make sense? How am I going to see if there’s a bar seat outside? So I wasn’t waiting outside, and we found a seat at the bar within two minutes. The hostess Joanne because I don’t know her last name, pretty much told everybody that walked in if they didn’t have a reservation, mind you, this is PF Changs, that they wouldn’t be able to seat anyone until 8:30-9 PM. By 6:30, there were half the bar seats open and almost 6 available tables. Joanne told anyone who looked young that there was no point in waiting for a table or the bar because it’s too long of a wait. I don’t know how these people are being trained, but they need more training. The food was terrific; it was P.F. Chang’s; the bartenders, amazing. I took a picture of the open bar seats. Don’t be discouraged by the people at the hostess stand. At the end of the day you can wait around the bar for an open seat.

Great service and food. Workers were friendly. Place was clean. Kaeli is a great server, made the first time eating at PF Chang great. I had the vegetarian sweet potato glass noodles, pictured.

The menu is constantly changing at P.F. Changs. Many of our favorites are gone. It was more mediocre this visit than ever. Got attitude from the front end staff. Was told reservations are preferred. Well, that isn't mandatory is it? So, already an issue. Best thing about this place was the sake and the company who I was with. Still, the lettuce wraps are delicious, and the calamari was good, but would I come here for just lettuce wraps and attitude from the hostesses? That's a definite no. Pass next time for me.

Read previous reviews and to say we were hesitant Was putting it lightly. Party of 6 for a 6:30 reservation we were seated at 6:40 no problem large round table by window plenty of room. Our server was new but excellent. Ordered red sangria very good, agave margaritas delicious and mai Tai very coconut forward but still refreshing. Rest of table ordered waters and the waiter brought water and lemon for entire table…top notch. Appetizers we enjoyed were chicken lettuce wraps delicious great flavor enough for the six of us side sauce spicy so be aware of if your not into spicy. Ordered 6 steamed pork dumpling very good could have used a dipping sauce but soy sauce is on table if needed. Entrees two orders Mongolian beef absolutely delicious( I am not a beef eater and I will be ordering this next time), salt and pepper shrimp nice and crispy side sauce also spicy, Singapore street noodles with chicken and shrimp great portion very spicy, shrimp with lobster sauce great portion very good amount of shrimp and lobster and lastly kids lo mein came with side fruit and broccoli so much food for 6$. Three of us had enough food for leftovers so I would say portions were not skimpy. All entrees minus noodle dish come with white or brown rice or upcharge for fried rice or lo mein two diners chose that option and well worth it. Dessert: the Great Wall of chocolate very large chocolate cake with mousse like frosting very good but I preferred the what was listed as chocolate soufflé but was definitely not that as it was served cold and didn’t have molten center more like a flourless chocolate cake. So if your looking for a soufflé you will be disappointed but if you love fudgey chocolate order this. And lastly the banana spring rolls large portion enough to share great banana flavor. AlI in all we agreed we would dine again and were pleasantly surprised as we were going in expecting not to have a great experience. I will say they most likely have staffing issues as it seems everywhere these days have the same issues for the inconsistencies. We did observe diners without reservations but they definitely were told a long wait as I imagine because of the staffing issues as the restaurant was not very busy. The bar had space were it seemed a lot of the walk ins decided to dine. Perhaps give this location a try on weeknight rather than a weekend and a more overall experience will be enjoyed.

Tanvir is amazing!! Probably the best waiter we ever had. The food was as amazing. Compliments to the chef!! The owner came over to introduce herself, that impressed me. What a nice woman. 5 ⭐️

1st time at any PF Chang's. Recommend reservations if not sitting at bar. Went on a Friday night @7:15pm. It was fairly crowded but with reservations we were sat within 5 min. Our server was very nice and answered all questions. All employees were very friendly and accomodating. So please tip them well. Ordered drinks and 4 apps first. The apps came out at different times. Edemame first, 10 min later ribs and shrimp, 10 min later the brussel sprouts. Food about 15 min after last app. The apps were really good, especially the ribs, fall off the bone tender. Dinner was pretty good. Sweet sour chicken, ginger chicken, miso salmon, kung pao. Choice of white, brown or fried rice. Only complaint was food was medium warm, not hot. Also, they give you forks and chop sticks only. If you want a knife you need to ask. This is not an inexpensive place. It's probably about $50/pp especially with drinks and an app. For this price the food was good but I probably won't voluntarily make a 2nd trip. Atmosphere was interesting, but it was very noisy for such an open place with high ceilings.

My first visit and I loved everything about this place. The ambiance is very inviting, clean, sleek, there's a music in the background, but it's just a smooth, quiet rhythm. The decor is wonderful and all of the staff looked clean and well kept. I'm ashamed I can't remember our waiter's name, because he was a rockstar. Very helpful with menu items, recommendations, and very attentive but not annoying. I over-ordered to just try the recommendations that I heard and read about, and in turn ended up overeating because I couldn't stop! I ordered the Rising Dragon & my girlfriend ordered the Asian Pear Mojito to get started with drinks, and they were both incredible. We started with the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, as I heard they were legendary. Some assembly required haha! These are awesome and I would order these every time I come back! Our waiter asked if I liked beef, as I was eyeing up the Mongolian Beef, so I went with it, did NOT disappoint at all! Tender and delicious, piled in some of the white rice and went to town. It was so good, I wanted to take some home for leftovers but couldn't stop eating. My girlfriend got the Sweet and Sour Chicken, which was very well balanced and I ended up finishing her plate as well (she asked me to!). Desert recommendation was the Banana Spring Rolls, sounded a little strange but were delightful. The drizzle and ice cream all complimented each other well and while I pretty much stuffed by the first bite, we didn't leave anything on the plate. For 2 people, with drinks, appetizer, entrees, and dessert, the price was reasonable for our overall experience and I will absolutely be coming back.

Came in with my family tonight for the first time at this location. It was for my sisters birthday, and the food was outstanding! We loved the Mongolian beef and the sesame chicken. Our waiter aj was fantastic too, he made my sisters night. I don’t think we’ve ever laughed as much at dinner as we did tonight, he was hysterical. We will definitely be back soon

For a chain restaurant this is good food. Service was special and felt like I was in a 4-star restaurant. Food was fresh and hot and was presented beautifully. I highly suggest that you go online or call ahead for a table as they get very busy

Tanvir was our server. He was amazing. I didn’t know what cocktail I wanted. He asked me what I like I told him tequila. He suggested a cocktail and it was amazing. He was amazing with service. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for a great experience

Had a great meal and service last evening. Our server was Kristen and she was wonderful, very friendly & helpful. Thanks to her, we both tried a new entree and loved it. We both had the chili crab and pork belly fried rice and the chef actually came out to see if we liked it. (We did) We always enjoy going there.

The detail inside this restaurant is very cool. Makes the whole vibe so much more enjoyable. Food was very good and flavorful. Service was excellent.

My family and I came here for our daughters birthday. Our server Michael was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious! Everything from the appetizers and entrees were amazing and had great flavor. We can't wait to go back!

Nichole was a wonderful server. She delivered food quickly, refilled my drink when it was low (I put this in cause I didn’t even ask! Amazing!), and always had a smile on her face. She had a positive attitude and made my afternoon. I hope other people get the same amazing service.

We had Tanvir as a waiter, he was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, hot, and came out quickly. The Red Velvet Cheesecake was amazing! Definitely will go back!

This place is always the best. Amazing food and even better service. We brought our coworker from another country here and Nicole made amazing drink and food recommendations. She really made the experience better. She also gave me much needed fashion tips and now I'm more confident than I've ever been. I think my wife might come back. I've been trying for years. I miss my children. Hopefully with Nicole's advice my family will be whole again. Also great fried rice.

It was dinner for my birthday. The Food was amazing. Jennifer was very attentive, and a great waitress. She even bagged our leftovers for us. The table was set up for my birthday. I will return to eat here more often. Amazing place!

I ate at P.F. Chang’s for the first time the other day and will definitely be back! While the food was great, our server Robert really made our experience 5 stars! He was super friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a busier evening and while Robert was very attentive to us we also saw him gladly helping his coworkers. Did it all with a smile! He suggested we get his favorite, the Mongolian beef which was phenomenal. For dessert, we debated between the banana spring rolls and the Great Wall of chocolate. We ended up going with the Great Wall and were not disappointed.

Excellent experience!! Our service Tanvir was very kinda and very considerate about my seafood allergy. I was brought out an additional menu design for someone with a seafood allergy. If you have any food allergies or are gluten free this is definitely a place to try. I’ve never had a separate menu given to me at a restaurant. Definitely can’t wait to come back!!

I visited this location this evening with my family. It was recommended to us and we saw exactly why! Every member of the staff we interacted with was welcoming and pleasant! Especially our waiter Tanvir, he was extremely friendly and polite. The vibe was great! The food was amazing! We had the Chang’s Spare Barbecue Ribs, Tempura Calamari, Fried Rice, Shrimp with Lobster sauce, Miso Glazed Salmon etc. We all enjoyed what we had and knew we’d be back. I will be bringing more of my friends here for sure!

Have really been enjoying PF Changs! Had amazing & attentive service today from Tanvir & Reina — well-paced! The decor is inspiring, and the dark atmosphere is soothing to the soul. The swanky couches with the pillows are very comfy. I had the pork dumplings, which come with the most delicious sauce you can’t stop eating & the flaming filet mignon dumplings, which are such a fun experience when they set them on fire! The Dragon Eye Oolong tea is top notch & just tried the new delicious apple dessert — hit the spot!

Always a terrific experience coming to P.F. Chang’s. The food is always amazing & the staff are incredible. Rob was such a wonderful host. We will be back again soon. ❤️

Food was spectacular! Very first visit and was very impressed by the scrumptious meals presented to us. Kaeli our server was a kind hearted and hardworking lady. The workers were so kind and the food was fabulous. The atmosphere was beautiful. This visit was very memorable. I recommend to anybody who wants a delicious meal for good price.

Amazing food, amazing service, and an amazing atmosphere. Dakota went above and beyond and was very attentive to our table. Never had to ask for refills, checked up on us periodically, and made great food suggestions. She's the best!

We had a great dinner. We were greeted right away, and seated quickly. The hostess used my name, which I appreciated. Our server Dakota acknowledged us upon seating and got our drinks right away. We had some menu questions, and she helped us decide on what to eat. Our food was out in no time, and we really enjoyed what we ordered. We didn’t need to ask for refills, Dakota was attentive with us and checked in consistently She was a very pleasant server and we appreciated her. Another server who was walking by also asked how everything was for us, which was nice. Overall we had an enjoyable dinner from start to finish, thank you!
