Always delicious! We did the regular tables (not hibachi table) but ordered the Hibachi, teriyaki chicken (in pic) and sushi! They always take care of us. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

We just had Chef Johnny come cook Hibachi for us at home. From the food to the experience we couldn't be happier! Will definitely use them again!

My son and I went for a sushi class! 🍣 We love it... it was fun and easy! Step by step... Johnny was funny! The coordinator Jill did an amazing job setting it up! We drove about 50 minutes for the class, and we would do it again! BYOB too! We also ordered food on the side, which was delicious! The place is clean and the atmosphere is great! Service was on point too!!

I go here all the time. The food is great and the staff is always very nice. The rolls always come out looking great too. I haven't tried hibachi here, but I hear it is good as well. The picture is a Bomb Roll.

My family and I ate here this evening for the first time. We had an amazing experience at the hibachi table. Johnny was fantastic and very entertaining. The food was delicious and we will be back. This is a true diamond in the rough.

I love this place. Excellent teppanyaki, a warm and inviting atmosphere, reasonable prices. It is my most favorite place to eat with friends and family when we all come down from NYC. Johnny, the owner and head chef, makes the experience incredibly enjoyable with his welcoming energy and high quality table skills. I often order an extra order of the fried rice, it is that good. 5/5 stars, I love this place and I'll be back every couple of weeks when I come down to the shore.

What a great experience! The restaurant was immaculate,decorated very nicely, and everyone was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Johnny,the owner came over to the table and introduced himself, and made us feel very welcome. Our food was beautifully presented and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent quality fish for the sushi, Ginza chefs! I could not eat inside because we were in a hurry, but that's some of the best sushi I had in a while.

Ginzas food is amazing!! When we found out they do at home hibachi we had to do it immediately. Johny is amazing not only is his food the best the performance while cooking was so much fun! You cant beat the price for all the food we got!

Real score 4.8 and 4.8 Miso was good and the salad dressing was perfect! 18 pc. Sashimi was Yummy! Everything was kept simple! 2nd time had Triple Tree roll special... Soooo Good! Something new to me! Great service!

This is our favorite place to go for sushi!! Never had a bad meal there. We love sitting at the sushi bar and talking, enjoying some drinks (byob) and just relaxing. We bring all our grandkids there for the hibachi too, they really get a kick from it. Recommend this place to anyone!!

Hands down the best sushi/hibachi in Toms River. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is excellent.

The hibachi dinners are good, but apparently they are very stingy with the seaweed salad. There was more iceberg lettuce than seaweed in the container. I don't understand why the iceberg lettuce was there at all. It shouldn't have been.

I think this play is great. We love going there but wonder why it's usually empty. We can see they have a lot of take out orders. This is under new ownership I believe a year or two. The people are great seem like family. We love that they actually have bento boxes for dinner which is rare! They are so delicious I think I have tried everyone. The beef is cooked perfect to your order. If you say medium, it's medium. They give you a wide variety of things in the bento box. There sushi has always been fresh and delicious. We have not tried the hibachi yet but I'm sure it's very good.

Love this place. My daughter and I have been here twice. Very friendly and welcoming. You will love the sushi. If you do not like sushi they do have excellent menu to order from. Portions are great and food is delicious. Looking forward to going back next week.

Had dinner with my family, excellent service and food. We started with veg tempura and I had sweet potato roll as a main course followed by fried ice cream. As my brother and I were visiting from out of state we were there far beyond the time most diners, the staff were attentive without being intrusive and the food as stated was excellent. My cousins dine there regularly and if I lived in the area I am sure I would as well.

This place is hands down the best hibachi/sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. The workers are so friendly and everything about my experiences at this restaurant have been amazing. I’ve gotten the chance to try multiple dishes from this restaurant and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I love this spot! If you’re thinking about going here, definitely do!

Johnny is the best owner who not only treats his employees right but is very hard working. You can tell he is passionate about his career and puts his all. Amazing service. I live almost 2 hours away and would travel here just to experience this hibachi place.

I've had my eye on this restaurant for awhile, I also asked a clerk at a store two doors away. I was told I'd be glad that I went. Well she was correct. Very clean dinning room, very friendly staff. The food was excellent (a little pricey..but you mind because of the quality of food and the professional staff) well portioned, cooked just as I asked. Also, the food was prepared in a very timely manner. I was impressed with the service (being in the food service all my life) and now I know where to go when I'm craving Japanese food.

Nice intimate but energetic atmosphere. Our cook Johnny was SO fun and made my 40th bday fun and memorable. Very accommodating to a shell fish allergy one of our friends had. This will be our new hibachi and sushi shot!

Had a family birthday here recently and everything was perfect! Ginza was very accommodating as some of our party required gluten free meals. Their sushi is also outstanding. We will definitely be returning! Thanks again!

Had a hibachi at home event today 5/17 for a graduation party and Johnny our chef with his team went above and beyond to make sure that everything in the party was perfect. In detail and level of energy the entire crew made sure that everything on our event was great. Food and service was excellent and cannot wait to book them again for our next event!!

The service here is absolutely unbeatable. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The owner Johnny is delightful and so much fun. On top of that the food is beyond delicious. Chicken is so tender and the steak is perfectly cooked. I will be coming back again and again

we are regulars and have never had a bad meal. from the fresh seafood in our Sushi dinner. the Hibachi is sooo tasty. each dish is made to order and is a flavor explosion in your mouth. highly recommended

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves the recognition. The owners really treat you like family! They keep the place clean and most importantly the food is amazing! They also make it fun for the kids, especially for birthdays! A must for hibachi- you won’t go anywhere else after coming here.

We had such a wonderful time last night celebrating my MIL’s 87th Birthday with family. Hibachi at home was a unique personal experience! Our cook was Johnny and he was outstanding! I highly recommend Ginza and their Hibachi home exercise. Charlene

I am not typically one who enjoys reviews or hibachi, but my experience at Ginza completely changed that. At other hibachi restaurants I find that the meat is over cooked and the rice and noodles taste the same. Johnny made sure that that was not the case here. He made sure to explain the yum-yum and ginger sauces, and what foods he recommends pairing them with. He took the time to cook each meat carefully, making sure to pay attention to their temperatures, so as to not overcook them. Another party at our table ordered the Ginza for Two, which was several types of seafood. Although I didn't taste them, the scallops from their order looked absolutely perfect with a beautiful sear. The chicken was tender and juicy. He even gave everyone who ordered steak a small piece to try to make sure that it was cooked to their liking before serving the rest. Aside from his cooking talents, Johnny was very friendly and personable. He was by far the best hibachi chef I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about him, the rest of the staff, and the restaurant in general. I will definitely be returning.

We have been here a few times and I have to say it never disappoints. Great food, great value and our Hibachi chef Johnny was absolutely the best I have ever seen. He was thoughtful and engaging with our son as well as us. I definitely recommend.
