Food was overall good. But be sure to check with the steak. I ordered medium but it came out well-done. HOWEVER, I was impressed by their service. First, they asked me if I want a new steak. I said it is ok because I understand mistake sometimes can happen and they didn't do it on purpose. So I almost finished the steak. But when we got a check, they took out my menu from the bill which was beyond my expectation. I am not sure how many restaurants can do the same thing, and how many servers try their best to satisfy customers. Therefore, I will definitely visit this place again in the future. Besides my dish, all other dishes were delicious! You should try this branch for real!

Amazing experience. It was our first time at this restaurant chain and we were impressed with everything. The service was top notch, the server checked out on constantly and brought more bread even though we didn't ask for it. The Caesar salad was cold, fresh and tasty. The steaks were extremely low priced for the quality of meat. Free peanuts on the table are a nice touch. Will return for sure!

My family stopped here on our way back home from our trip to New York and we had a great experience! I ordered the All-American Cheeseburger while the others in my group ordered steak. They both enjoyed their steaks and I loved my burger! They cook it just to your liking and it was so tender and juicy. The servers were also awesome, they’re super kind and helpful. Love that you get free bread too!

Had the Texas Combo with the 12oz Ribeye and the Ribs!! Very satisfied with the medium rare Ribeye, and the Ribs were fall of the bone. Not many places have that, so you definitely cant go wrong with option. Service was a bit busy so I can understand why we didnt see our waitress much. But others were helpful when we needed something. Would definitely come again, but hopefully less of a wait, but a long wait means its pretty good.

Longgg wait time so call ahead. The steak was cooked to perfection just how we requested. Rolls were great, not a fan of cinnamon butter in general but I’m sure most people love it. The service was quick.

Hubby and I decided to try Texas roadhouse for the first time after driving in from Toronto to Buffalo for a day trip. Emily G did a fantastic job of serving us! Our food came out promptly, and was delicious. We were seated faster than expected. The atmosphere was cozy, and everyone was friendly. We will definitely be returning just to eat here again - thanks so much Emily G and the whole Texas roadhouse family!

My family and I went to this Texas Roadhouse on a Sunday evening for dinner. We did a “call ahead” reservation so we didn’t have to wait too long. Once we checked in, we waited in the parking lot for about 5 minutes before getting called in. Upon entering the restaurant we told the servers that we got called about our table being ready, but we still had to wait an additional 10 minutes! Once we sat down our table was clean and tidy. The food on the other hand was average. The food felt like it wasn’t as good as it could be, probably because it was super busy so they needed to rush the food making? I asked for a medium well burger and got a medium burger. The mashed potatoes didn’t have much flavor even with the butter added onto it. The shrimp and steak were cooked well. Our servers were friendly but there were quite a few mistakes that were made on their part with forgetting to give us some of our food items. I’ve had Texas Roadhouse before and I know the true potential it has with the quality and taste of food from other locations so I’m hoping this isn’t the type of food and service they always bring to the table at this location.

My best statehouse! Been going there for the past 15 years, all branches are great but this one is the most!! Always nice people, extra buns and always take out food!!! Every now and then they thru in a free appetizer

Absolutely loved it. From their amazing food to their portion sizes it was perfect place to have dinner with friends and family.

My wife and I just finished our date night dinner here and everything was great! I had the 23oz T-bone with loaded potato and chili and my wife had the 16oz ribeye with rice and baked potato. Hers came out a little too rare but our server Ryan took it right back and got it fixed in no time! Other than that our whole experience tonight was stellar!! A big Thank You to our server Ryan, you were awesome buddy and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Food is average. We got the combo appetiser - rattlesnacks were made well and delicious, cheesy tater skins were ok, and the boneless buffalo wings were not crispy. I would have wanted to try the onion flower but the appetiser was too oily already. The ribs were cooked too hard on the outside and not tender enough on the inside. They needed to be marinated for longer and slow cooked on lower heat. The fries were chunky and soggy. The New York steak was ok. We had low expectations anyway for this kind of place. Service was ok. I liked the birthday cheers for the different tables - gave a fun atmosphere. Decor was spot on for the all American Texan theme. The entire place smelt of urine, which was disgusting, especially at the entrance and obviously the washroom areas, even outside in the restaurant. There was quite a long wait to get seated even though there were several empty tables. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I'm here every Saturday with friends. Great food all of the time, and I have NEVER had bad service. Their servers have amazing attitudes and are trained very well. Management is super friendly and are quick to respond to any issues that arise. I do, however, miss the line dancing :( Overall, a great place to dine out with friends and family. Just make sure to utilize the call ahead seating to join the waitlist, otherwise the wait time can be rather extensive.

Back again after a few years, seating was easy with the call-ahead and the ambiance and service was what you expect with TV's everywhere. We were here during the Olympics and it was fun. The food and everything was really enjoyable.

Driving across the border just to eat here, and let me tell you, this doesn't disappoint. Service is amazing, very friendly down to earth workers. My little one wanted to have a bigger glass of drink, and Alyssa delivered it without hesitation. I got fries instead of rice on my meal, and again it was an easy fixed. Unlimited fresh bread, yummm. The best kid's meal selection! No place offer steak for kids meal, but this place does. All steak were perfectly cooked. Mini burgers for kids came with crusty bread, just a bit hard to eat when your kid doesn't have both front teeth. Will be back for sure ordering starters. Price can't be beat with what we had. Busy place even off hour.

It has been a few years since I dined at Texas Roadhouse and everything still looks the same minus the peanuts. Our group walked in around 7 pm to a busy restaurant, we were seated within 10 mins. I would recommend calling in to avoid waiting. Upon seating we were served fresh dinner rolls with cinnamon butter. My 20 oz bone in rib-eye was cooked to my desired temp, accompanied with house salad and fresh veggies. Both food and service was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing by to give it a try. My meal was under $40 Incl gratuity.

The food was very good. The service was amazing the dinner rolls OMG so tasty. You just have to be prepared for it 2 be fairly loud... It's one huge open room so you can hear conversation and dishes et cetera.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. Food was delicious!! Service was excellent, Anthony are servicer and the bartender are really great your lucky to have them. The only reason for not getting a five star was the prices of the drinks. Great place to have dinner!!

I'm not mad, I'm disappointed. After not going for nearly a year because the wait times are always insane, we went for my daughter's birthday. We did the call ahead so pretty much got sat right away. Our server took our drink order and we waited and waited and finally he came and brought everyone's drink (except mine as expected because it was a bar drink). He took our appetizer order and put it in. We waited so long for our drinks we were ready to order our entrees but eh, no biggie I suppose. Our appetizer came before he took our entree order (I'm starting to see where the long wait times for tables comes in) and by that time we had already been there almost 45 minutes. A few minutes later he finally dropped off my drink with apologies for it being melted (which means he forgot about it and it sat on the bar all this time). Then the food came. He dropped it off and left before asking us to cut our steaks to see if they were done properly which is something that I've always been asked to do. Well, my medium rare steak was well done. I knew I wouldn't have time to wait for a replacement based on how long everything was already taking so I let the server know that my steak was way over done. He apologized and asked if I wanted a new one but I told him I would but I couldn't because we had plans for after so I didn't have time to wait for a new one. Now, I know I chose to eat what was given to me, and I am in no way expecting everything for free, but I've had items taken off my bill for far less than an overdone steak (which is arguable the worst offense at a steak house). I thought they'd at least take a drink or the appetizer off but nope. I used to love this place and it used to be worth the long wait times but I'm not sure I'll be back because if a steak house can't even cook a steak, what's the point? Again, I'm not mad about it all, more disappointed.

This location is by far my favorite! Every single time we come here they deliver fantastic food and most importantly outstanding service. Donna our server was fantastic.. She was so personable and attentive to everyone in our party. She kept our drinks full and extra bread for our table without us even asking. The food is always fresh and delicious.. and we will be back! Hopefully Donna will be our server again..she gave us a great experience even during a very busy Friday!

We went to USA for few hours and wanted to have lunch or dinner there before coming back, after checking many options, my husband remembered this place and someone recommended it to us too so we went there. It was before they opened so we had to wait but there were many people waiting in their cars too which was weird. Then it ended up that they have a daily promo that I took a pic of, and it was a great price, so we ordered from that. The food was great and portion great. The butter with cinnamon rolls so tasty. They are not stingy with the portions so I can say that each table had a bag full of extra food. I highly recommend it and will go back too. What I didn't like or what made me give a 4 stars instead of 5... 1- the onion rings flower was tasty but tooo oily... 2- the waiter was soo good and attentive BUT she didn't tell us about the extra charge on things which she should have. My plate was extra because of sweet potatoes versus normal one I think and she didn't say it is an extra charge... but that was ok since it is on the menu. The steak that my husband ordered, she told him do you want it juicy or something ( forgot the words she used ) he said sure... and it ended up it is adding these onions on top... but didn't say for example " great but that would be an extra charge "!!! It was still a great experience and all but I always like restaurants or waitresses to inform the customer of any customization that will cost them more.

i used the ladies restroom at 4pm on Sunday (Bills game was not on until 4:30) and the bathrooms clearly weren’t cleaned at closing the previous night. The pictures don’t do it justice. Steak were cooked to our preferences. Sides were inconsistent. We did have a big group (5 adults, 3 kids) and we struggled to find room on the table to eat. We had to clear our own plates from the table and put it in an empty table because there was no room to put down our dessert bowls. Our server made a couple errors on the bill and it took three times for her to get it correct. On a positive note, we had a good experience earIy on. The hostess with dark curly hair was excellent. She wasn’t the one who seated us, but she saw us trying to figure out how to put eight people in the booth and made some suggestions if we couldn’t make it work. We should have taken her up on her suggestion to move but we already had the kids seated.

My fiancee and I tries this place out for date night because we had recieved gift cards. We got there at opening asked for a table for 2 and we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. So we went to the bar and had a good time. Fifteen minutes later I got a text that our table was ready. The server was very nice. Our food and drinks came out fast. The bread was amazing and we really enjoyed their butter which was flavored with cinnamon and sugar. My steak was great, however, my fiancee felt her was mildly over cooked. Both managers came out at different time to apologize and gave us a free steak. We would definitely go there again!

This was our first time at this Texas Roadhouse. The wait time was very little and they got our party of five in very quickly. Our waitress had just begun her shift and she was amazing (Jordan) I believe was her name. She was great with the kids and got their food out super quick. The food overall was great! I tried the pulled pork dinner with a side of rice and steak fries. I will for sure be back with the family. Highly recommend!

I selected this place because of the reviews. It was certainly higher than Cheesecake Factory I also considered. However, something went wrong with this place. I chose to sit outside on a patio. Granted, it was a windy day, but I did not expect garbage to be floating around. Instead of picking it up, the waiters were simply kicking it out or ignore. Food took 55 minutes to deliver and when it was delivered it was cold (cold steak is not my favorite meal) Part of the order was forgotten entirely and was brought only after repeated reminders. I was told that 2 large parties are to blame. Would be nice if I was warned about the delays. At least I could leave right there to reduce the stress. The waitress was very nice, but could not do much. I suspect that the kitchen has simply forgotten about my order. The whole place was a zoo, but may be it's because I came on Sunday. Anyway, nothing personal against this place, but I will avoid it in the future.
