This is a no frills place if you want to stay a night. The receptionist allowed for a late check in and was kind to allow a late check out as well. The beds were clean but the heating system was set to very low and the room was cold upon arrival. The bathrooms were clean and had basic amenities but it would be advisable to bring a toothpaste and shampoo for yourself. There's a microwave but no cups or plates. The beds were comfortable but some of the sheets had a weird smell. Overall the place is decent and cheap if you just want to stay overnight, but there are other better places for little higher price that would be more convenient and comfortable.

Terrible, theirs cigarette burn holes everywhere and bugs. Pillows were dirty and two different colors. Cabinets only had 1 drawers. A very unpleasant place. Would never go their ever again in my life

I have stayed here multiple times within the last 2 years. This past Saturday June 12th 2021,was my last stay. The guests in room 120 somehow got into the walls , basement and on the roof - in which seemed as if they were stealing copper pipes from the plumbing. Banging sounds coming from multiple areas on pipes , running water and having water leaking from the ceiling. It was one of the scariest things. It sounded like if they were going to enter my room at 4AM. I packed my bags and left. I called the police once I got myself to a safe place. This situation.. I really mean the same situation happened to the hotel literally down the street when I stayed back in December. These two hotels need to check on their pipes.

I rented a room here with my friend and when we walked in we were greeted with nothing but rudeness. The owner was very rude and kept telling us over and over if we brought someone in we would be kicked out. Then he started being creepy and made us feel weird. We got into the room and it smelled terrible and it was just gross.

People were very kind and the room was clean.

Budget Inn was the perfect place for me to come to town for a few days and visit my folks. The motel is very affordable, yet very clean. My flight came in really late on the day of my check-in, and they let me have some food delivered before I got there and put it in the fridge in my room. Very happy to have a bite to eat after everything else was closed. Very friendly staff - would definitely stay there again!

For a cheap room it's great. Let's just say you get what you paid for. 😉

They have smoking rooms. It's clean and close to convenience stores and the park. The wifi connection didn't work most of the timea

Great place to stay for cheap. I frequently stay here and haven't had a problem. The rooms are cleaned daily and every room has a microwave and refrigerator.

Do not book through Booking.com it made changing dates a nightmare because this hotel didn't want to work with the website. They also blew off multiple calls when trying to contact them prior to my arrival. RUDE!

The rooms are okay in size and was equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toiletries. The main problem was that one of the rooms we took had a very strong smell of cigarette. Other problems include a dysfunctional bathroom door lock and a loose towel rack that kept falling off the wall. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable.

Location is great, staff friendly and informative, rooms are adequate. You are staying here due to price and proximity. Truly if you require vistas from a 5 star hotel - pick another establishment. People spend a total of 5 minutes searching on Google looking for the cheapest place then expect the Grand Hilton.

Worst ever. Dirty, broken, and infested. Do not recommend.

Though it is similar to motel kind of hotel but it’s good n nice. No issues. Recommended.

Unfortunately my expectations of inexpensive motels were lowered, because of few factors. All windows were unlocked, every time I would walk into the room it would smell like cigarettes, even though it was non-smoking room, as well as general cleanliness was very questionable, when I started to wipe leather chair with wet tissue, it would always come out brown, shower looked clean but was still suspicious, as well as the bed and floors. Upon entering the office, I saw quite few chemicals for variety of bugs extermination.
