Haven't had a good Fish Fry for about a year, decided to try here, Omg...FANTASTIC. The whole dinner. So glad I know now. My wife enjoyed a chicken finger salad, she loved it. They will definitely get more business from me. The hell with all the pretenders. This place is the best hands down Ken & Kate Kosciolek

The reason for the 3 stars only was honesty not the food, it was the service...Food was awesome. Prices reasonable, but Service was terrible, took us 20 minutes to get our check after we were done eating, then gave her my card and still took another 15 minutes to sign it and leave. If you come here ask for a different server if you get "Rachel", you may also get a refill on your drink if you have a different server then her!

I have been meaning to go here because I have heard such great things and man they did not disappoint...the staff our waitress Lisa she was absolutely awesome the food we had the ribs omg they were mouth watering so tender and flavorful and the meat just fell off the bone sooo good!!! I would highly recommend!!!

Had a surprise b day party for my wife with a table of 13 of us and the food was good but the service was excellent. Lisa really made my wifes party a great time.She went out of her way to stay an extra hour after her shift to make sure we were all set.My first time to the resturant was a great experience thank you Lisa i will be back. Cold beer, great food abounds, friendly staff. I had wings, wife roast beef. Other tables had generous salads, great smelling shrimp scampi. The other patrons were complimenting the food.

Just tried this place for the first time. Definitely will return very soon. Tried the stuffed banana peppers which most places are very disappointing and these were fantastic. They seriously could not be any better. Also ordered a chicken finger wrap that was also very good. Fresh cut fries also excellent. These were also cooked properly unlike so many other places. The waitress I had was also excellent. Very friendly and very prompt service. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was very good at her job. Also a very clean restaurant and nice atmosphere. Try this place out. You will be glad you did.

Ordered a Swiss burge rare. Got a charred burger extra well done. Ordered fries crispy. Got soggy fries. Ordered wings mild extra crispy. Got wings with zero seasoning and they were like wet chicken fat. Terrible take out.

We had a lovely dinner, seated indoors by the windows. Our server was pleasant and I recommend trying the North End Cosmo. The French onion soup was delicious and served piping hot. The flatbread was cooked perfectly. There is also a good amount of covered outdoor seating.

My girlfriend and I loved it there extremely very much! My girlfriend had pizza I had beef on weck and wings!excellent and hot so delicious! Our server Jenna was awesome as awesome can be extremely friendly! Professional ! Excellent at her job! Made us comfortable! Rest of the staff was awesome as well! Will go back

I sat at the bar for lunch. Allysa did a great job with service, drinks, and a friendly attitude. Great local bar and Grill. I'll be back. Lots of comfort food choices like goulash, sloppy Joe's, fried bologna. Beef on Weck and wings were great.

So painfully rude! I waited for 20 minutes for my order that was already paid for, I asked for help 3 times and they literally pretended that I wasn’t speaking, and when I finally grabbed my food off of the table and left (as I said, it was paid for), they chased me down and screamed at me. I will never go back, and recommend no one else does either. The food isn’t worth the treatment

Just stopped there last night for a drink and it was such a friendly atmosphere. Bartender was great. The owner chatted with us for a little bit. Can’t wait to come back and try the food is everything that came out looked amazing.!!!!!!!!!!!

Quickness of service could have been a little better. Waited 30 min to take our order for food after we placed the appetizers. Chicken wing dip was watery and had about a 50/50 ratio of cheddar cheese and wing dip. Could of had a little less cheese and more dip. Chips were not fresh… stale as can be. Chicken finger salad was fresh and tasted really good. Flatbread pizza could of been cooked a little more with less pepper seeds to enjoy the pizza without burning your face off lol. Spinach bread was really good and paired with a nice thick marinara sauce. Last but not least the nachos were really good (would of been better with fresh chips) nice serving size for the price!!! Will def try it again!!

Truthfully i had an awful experience! I had a waiter her name is Lisa and she had a nasty attitude & even swearing all over the restaurant!! So dramatic & very unprofessional!!! I had the fish haddock with fries, with bread shrimp and i had a bacon burger with fries and all I could say that both orders came in burnt and disgusting. Visually the food looked amazing but trying it was not. I’m not the kind of person to make anyone feel bad but I’m also not the kind of person to pay for something that I was completely not satisfied with. I had another waiter Amy R, who cleaned up the table and was super sweet and very understanding about the situation. I also didn’t like how Lisa said “Now their going to take that off my check” all across the restaurant when I was then informed that the food was not going to come off her paycheck. I also didn’t like how she was treating other staff as well, completely unnecessary! I came to North end Bar & Grill to have a good eat and have a good time but instead i got the complete opposite. Every other staff was very kind except for Lisa, and for that i will not be coming back again. -sincerely, a very unsatisfied customer

Phenomenal service! Old Fashioned was expertly made, I would strongly recommended the French dip sandwich, loaded tots were amazing as well. Great beer selection and liquor. Terrific for a quick bite and drink with friends. Festive bar environment with excellent food and pool table dart board.

Really nice menu options, including the opportunity to mix two flavors of wing sauce for one order as well as have them finished on the grill. The chicken in the grass sandwich was delicious, as were the fresh cut french fries and stuffed hot peppers that we enjoyed for an appetizer. Service was good overall despite the food taking some time to come out, but it was very busy, and our waitress was attentive. I also liked the layout of having the bar separate from the actual restaurant to provide two completely different options. If you're into "mule" cocktails, they offered several different flavors of those too.

Ordered takeout for a weekly fish fry. Was absolutely blown away. Fries were perfectly crispy and so was the fish even after takeout. Amazing.

I ordered some Habanero Mango wings and some Tater Tots. The wings were spicy but they were good but the star were the tater tots. They had just come out of the fryer they were hot and crunchy on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside. Usually when I get Tater Tots they pull those out first and are usually soggy when they hit the table but this place did it right! I also got a bite of my frieds food. She got meatloaf. And meatloaf is usually not my favorite dish but this was surprisingly good. It was moist and not overcooked ike others ive had and it was very well seasoned. Some of the best meatloaf ive ever had. The service was good. She didn't check up on us immediately but she didn't do a bad job either. The vibe was pretty chill, we sat in the dining area. Great food!

Friendly staff. Food - for the most part - was very good. The fries on my plate were way overcooked - almost burnt, covered with fresh , nice looking fries (of couturier I didn't notice until I got to them as I was too busy with my burger 😉). When I said something to the waitress, she tried making excuses that the kitchen staff had just changed the oil, but put 'fresh fries' on my plate because they cooked too many for my husbands plate 🤦‍♀️. Well, they should not have served fries that looked like that & covered them with better looking ones! She acted like they did me a favor by giving me more fries than normal. Overall, great place but very disappointed in the way the fries were served on my plate

Our friends took us here and what a good time we had. It was my wife's and my first time there and we had such a great time. The food was top notch and Marcy was awesome. Punch throat Thursday. Can't beat that!! We will be coming back again!

Second time eating from here. First time was great but starting to think it was only good after a few drinks ! Almost $18 burger and nothing special about it except the size . Which was way too much! No Mayo like it said . Completely dry. So when I brought it home I had to add my own condiments . Barely any bacon on it . Fries are absolutely disgusting I threw them out . And the cheesy tots for $10?? Way smaller than a couple months ago. Loaded in cheese, too much actually and that was about it. For how much they are charging the food needs to be damn near perfect and taste amazing ! Won’t be ordering here again. Oh and let’s not forget there is absolutely no where to park!

I stopped by here on my way home from work to just grab a drink. Never been here but instantly loved the atmosphere and the Good Vibe I got when I walked in! The food Must be good because everyone was eating! I will have food next time I am here! And, I Will be back! Staff was very attentive and friendly!

Food looks good, didn’t try it tho. Collective age was over 60. Nice bar but not the atmosphere if you’re in your 20s-30s.

Pretty expensive for what you get, but the quality of the food was great. Skip the buffalo chicken soup. Accessible. TVs all around for sports enthusiasts but no captions enabled. Easy enough fix. The service was slow but kind; we were the only diners inside the dining room and a few people were on the patio outside. We were still hungry when we left but didn't want to pay the prices for another dish after we'd finished our meals.

Service seems to be going down hill. Took awhile before anyone acknowledged us even though there was no wait. Waitress barely came to our tables for refills. Ordered chicken Caesar salad. Dressing to wasn’t cold. Chicken was tough and hard to chew. Lettuce was old and wilted. Croutons appeared to be made from scratch but had no flavor. Very disappointing.

I had the fish fry and my wife had the fried shrimp and everything was excellent! Really good German potato salad and all the sides were excellent. We sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table and the service was great! Looking forward to our next visit!

Though it was really busy and took some time to be served, Christine (Christina? I can't remember!) was really great and took great care of us and the food was delicious. We were celebrating and it was a great place to celebrate!

Seems like a hard working family business. If not, they are best employees I've seen in awhile. We eat the fish fries. Very good. There was a line almost out the door for ppl picking up "to go" orders. Very reasonable prices.

The steak sandwich was tough and chewy. The chicken quesadilla lacked seasoning. At least the server was very nice!

Ordered the captains platter shrimp was good the fish was not. It was not white it looked off white like it was old fish. Not flaky like fish should be. My husband had the broiled lemon pepper fish. It was dried out. And real yellow but did not have a lemon taste.

We waited a bit for a table, really not bad or unexpected for a table of 5 on a Friday night in lent, but enough that I mentioned to my wife that the wait might influence my opinion on the food...boy was I wrong!!!! Best fish fry I have had in years...from the coleslaw to the tarter sauce and everything in between my meal was amazing. Will definitely go there again, even if I have to wait even longer!!!!
