We came here for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Everyone’s portions were large. The food was delicious and service was great.

Whenever my sister and I eat here, we are beyond thrilled with the food and customer service! We always order the following: Vegan vegetable tempura, vegan summer rolls, vegan crispy tofu, and vegan potato curry with tofu! Everything we always order is made top notch! We absolutely recommend this restaurant! It is one of the best (if not the best) Thai restaurant in the buffalo-Niagara area!

I have been trying most pho restaurants nearby my place. And I think here is one of top 3 restaurants in my mind. I often order pho here, but today I tried different dishes. I was worried at first about the taste since I've never tried before. However, far as I was worried, food was awesome. The most attractive part of this restaurant is that they don't use MSG(written in the menu book). But sometimes there are so many pick-up and/or delivery orders so that we need to be patient and wait till they come. I think this depends on the day, time and workers. Overall, awesome place in Buffalo!

The food was very good and flavorful. I wish I would of order another entree to go! The waitresses are very respectful and attentive. Not giving 5stars only because the table cloth was a little dirty, I only got 1 cup of coffee, it took a while for us to be seated and no one was in there. Other than that I'll recommend this place.

The food was fairly average. The papaya salad was good. The pad Thai was OK. I did not like the mango curry. Way too sweet and no balance or distinct flavor whatsoever. The restaurant isn't the nicest and looks pretty outdated but about average in the area. The host was also very rude and disrespectful because they were unhappy with the tip which was more than fair.

What incredible soups!!! I had the Tom Kahr Vegan, which has a coconut milk base and is incredible! The fried veggies (vegetable tempura) was an amazing treat! Thank you to. the wonderful waiter staff and whoever the incredible talent in the kitchen is!! We'll be back often 😱😛🥢🍵🥂

If I could give a zero I would. I got pho from here and the meat was too fatty and honestly just disgusting. I was extremely disappointed and will never eat here again.

This place is awesome, for some reason it is never packed. I don't know if Buffalo only likes fried foods but for the price and flavor this place is a hidden gem. Service is fantastic, it's a great dinning experience all around.

Probably the best Thai/Vietnamese in the area. Consistent, fresh ingredients, good service, nice atmosphere, which seems to have improved with better lighting. The best veggie and vegetarian rolls I’ve ever had.

No complaints food is well prepared and reasonable Worth trying appetizers and entrees and consider taking some home for the family Parking is free and convenient and service is above average. Tell your friends they have Thai, Vietnamese, and other delicious foods.

A quiet and clean restaurant to enjoy the tasty appetizers and main courses. Service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

Three of us dined at the Niagara Falls Blvd location on 6-10-23 for lunch at about 2:30pm. We had appetizers and entrees. All of our food was excellently prepared and delicious! Our server, Jasmina, was amazing! She's very nice, has a pleasant demeanor, is professional and respectful to her customers, and she got all of our orders correct. She checked on us several times during our meal without being intrusive. She's a fantastic asset to your restaurant. We have dined here for many years. Normally I would give you a 5 star rating. However, during this visit on 6-10-23 I would have given you a big fat ZERO stars if I could. The manager, an older Asian woman, small in stature, was screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs at the kitchen staff in the kitchen and at the servers who were in the restaurant taking care of customers, and at an employee who she was on the phone with. We could even hear her while she was screaming in the kitchen with the doors closed. This went on for a good 15-20 minutes while we were eating our meals. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR coming from a manager, and not something one should do within earshot of customers who pay good money to dine here. She was very mean-spirited, hateful and nasty to the staff. I feel very sorry for anyone has to work under this tyrant manager. I don't know if we will go back again to dine there because of this experience. And I doubt that manager even cares.

Saigon Bankok_Niagara Falls Boulevard May 15th, 2023 I order food for pickup once a week from this location & left today so disappointed. I completely lost my appetite. I came in & a nice waitress proceeded to cash me out. The phone kept ringing & told her to answer it, as I was not in a rush. She took the order & right afterwards attempted to Cash me out. Right before she did so, a very loud inappropriate Asian woman whom I believe is the Manager yelled across 4 tables for this server to (stop what she was doing) to clear a plate. Several guests that were seated, along with myself were appalled at how un -professional & rude she was to an employee. She then came storming up to the counter so hostile & gave me my change by throwing the coins in my hand. I really wanted to leave after this but was waiting for my side of hot sauce. The poor waitress who previously was juggling several customers brought it right out & apologized to me. This particular manager I have witnessed belittling employee's & acting in such a distasteful manner. I felt so badly for the girl that was cashing me out. Every time I'm there to dine in or out she is always working so hard & goes out of her way for this restaurant & this incident was completely un called for.

Everything Is always great here. The food and the people are great and there are gluten free options. I have never had an issue eating here. Will come back lots.

Tempura cheesecake was perfect ending to a delicious meal. From appetizers like chicken satay and tempura vegetables to Saigon fried rice entree and hot and sour soup, there are many yummy dishes ro choose. There are also a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The waitress was very friendly and patient as we asked about unfamiliar dishes. Nice time all around.

Amazing food! We got the drunken noodles, pad see ew, and /0vermicelli noodles. Everything was so fresh. Staff was incredibly friendly. We’ll be back for sure!

Service was ok. The sizzling duck was a big of a let down other than that everything was pretty good. I do recommend the Vietnamese Pancake and the Grilled Pork over rice.

Pho- great beef flavor and aroma. The broth is more on the oily side. Downside is that no basil, only bean sprout and lime. Ask for chili oil for spice. Forgot to take picture of the pho bowl before eating- Pho bowl looks appetizing. Drunken noodles- great amount of beef portion to noodles. Very good flavorful. Make sure to ask for chili oil for spice.

Horrible experience. We ordered a thin rice noodle dish along with a chicken fried rice and a mix vegetable fried rice. Our waitress was in a rush even we were the only party inside of the restaurant. Took forever to prepare our food even tho the memebers of the crew were kept ignoring us and eating right infront of us. Received wrong dishes and the portion was really small. Not worth the price. At the end waitress came to us with the bill while our kid was eating and left the bill at our table saying thank you. So basically she asked us to leave without saying it. Lol. Didnt even bother to ask about dessert or didnt even apologize about the wrong dishes. Wouldnt eat here again. We didnt leave a tip because of the waitress attitude. She came to our table and said why didnt us tip her. So we explained to her our experience. She had the nerve to tell us that she has nothing to do with everything. Ps- This happened at the Niagara falls blvd location, on July 1st, around 3.30pm.

Ordered pad Thai take out yesterday. It was a gelatinous mess. Noodles over cooked and all one big clump. Other food was good, not great.

My husband got the sizzling duck which tasted great but the portion was extremely underwhelming as for myself I got a soup of sorts that was amazing and the portion was generous. The desserts were also amazing. Would definitely return!
