Very good pizza. Large variety. Even some deep dish. I enjoyed the New York style cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. Joe's has regular specials. Service was fast intuitive and friendly. Beautiful easy to read signage. A large TV. Very spacious. Clean. Joe's has a deep menu. Nice location in a little plaza in the City of Tonawanda at the corner of Seymour and Niagara across from Tim Hortons. Diagonal to Rite Aide.

VERY disappointed on our order tonight. Ordered 20 chicken fingers. 10 medium which came with BARELY any sauce on them. Couldn't even tell there was any hot sauce on them at all. Then 10 BBQ. The BBQ, whoever made them literally poured, IF, a blue cheese cup size amount of BBQ sauce over the top of the fingers. I will never waste my money here again!

Ordered chicken parm dinners over spaghetti with extra cheese. Received dry, burnt chicken over obviously not spaghetti and no cheese let alone extra even though I paid extra for it. Quality has gone way wayyyy done here. I’m officially going to be moving my business elsewhere. Over past month or so I’ve received burnt chicken every time I order this. Should’ve listened to myself and not ordered their again. I’m done for sure now. The girls who answer the phone are unprofessional. Are clearly holding other conversations and laughing while asking you “im sorry, what was that again?” They don’t know the menu items and you have to explain everything to them in great detail all for them to mess it up anyway. Clearly their cooks aren’t great either. This place is going wayyyyy downhill

Ordered our food online order was to come with fries garlic nots and coleslaw so we get the food and the fry’s are cold and rubbery the fish is burnt and dry my dog wouldn’t even eat it!!! And no garlic nots or tarter sauce. So for $40.?? We got some dry nasty fish to throw in the trash.

Some slices aren't bad, others things are not fresh, basic. We ordered fries, hardly got any and they were small probably last in the bag crumb fries. The steak sub was basic as well, "hockey puck" steak dry and over cooked... Service was fine, the atmosphere wasn't warming either.

As someone who grew up near Manhattan, this is probably the closest to NY pizza you'll find in Buffalo. The sauce to cheese ratio is on point. The crust is crispy and soft. If you miss NYC pizza, this will satisfy your need for that pizza! It's like the kind if pizza place you'd find in the subway stations like in Penn Station! For anyone wondering it is BY THE SLICE! Come eat this amazing pizza!

One of the best pizza places in Buffalo. This place has a great selection of specialty slices. Friendly staff and all the pizza is good. Love NY style pizza. Definitely my go to place.

Terrible customer service. They messed up my order and when I called to ask them for a resolution, the owner said “I saw that they messed it up and asked them to make a new one. I guess they didn’t.” He chuckled and then said “it’s just so crazy tonight.” He then told me that to provide me a refund, they would send someone to pick up the wrong pizza. What the hell would they do with the wrong pizza? Probably sell it as slices… not knowing who touched it or where it had been. I guess that would be a good warning…. Don’t buy slices from them! Who knows where that pizza has been!

I stopped there on my way to Niagara Falls, NY. I entered the building and went to where the sign said order slices here. I was standing there when I was overlooked by the staff twice. They were highly unorganized, and everything I wanted to order was discouraged by the young lady saying, "it'll be 25 mins." Even after being overlooked twice, I tried to give them a chance. I started to order a calzone as I told her what I wanted, she said give me a second and went to do something else. I decided to leave because three strikes and you are out. The prices are a little high, too. However, for good food, there is no such thing as expensive. My suggestion to them is to have an adult present with those two girls that seemed way out of their league to handle that volume of business. I am a person of color, but I'm not pulling the race card. I do wonder if I would have been overlooked if I was white.

Placed take out order on Friday September 23rd. Order was over $100 feeding 6 people. Chicken fingers were burnt, 3 Chicken wraps made wrong,fries were missing, paid extra for chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo and didn't get it. Called several times to get refund and was told to call back and talk to manager. Took 2 days to get him and was told he'd call back in 1/2 hour. Still no phone call. Have ordered from here numerous times and now we will never order again from here. Horrible food and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Sooo good! Just like the NYC Pizza!! I would go often if I lived closer You can order by the slice. I got a regular cheese and a broccoli, and white cheese....soooo yummy!!🤤

Definitely a good New York style pizza Buffalo. Always get the regular cheese. It's always consistent and cooked well. I like that I could taste the oregano on their sauce. Definitely check them out if you haven't

$9.90 for what is supposed to be a lunch special of 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a small pop. Most places at 7 to 8 and their pizza is good. Joes pizza is awful and 1 out of 10 with no sauce at all and grease and you can tell they don't cook the pepperoni originally on pizza as it does not stick to cheese and falls off. Domino's and Little Caesar's has better pizza for sure.

At the counter is a nice looking lady but with no personality! (It takes more muscles in your mouth to frown than it does to smile) The pizza is 1 of the worst I've ever had! I've only tried their pizza! I wouldn't recommend Joe's!!

The girl on the phone was VERY rude. I called on Dec 22 about 1110am. I asked the girl on the phone to add a slice of pizza to my order she said they don’t do that. I said okay called back and said okay can I just add a taco she ended putting all in the bag so I called to tell her I didn’t want the pizza anymore and if there was a manager she said there’s no manager that she doesn’t know what to tell me. She was very nasty over the phone.

The menu is wrong and man there was rude when i mentioned it and that he is to honor the price marked on it. Stuff steak slice is $10 and yet special is $10.60 for 2 slices and yet they won't honor what menu states and said to many menus to cross off, yet they still didn't fix it on menu hanging up. sorry its wrong but not the consumers problem and they wouldn't. pizza was good but due to service and attitude I won't go back to recommend it to anyone had better pizza elsewhere!

We already knew we loved Joe's pizza and wanted wings tonight. I wasn't expecting great wings because the pizza is so good (most places it's one or the other that's good), the wings were PERFECT!! Cooked well and nice and crispy, great BBQ sauce and the mild were great too. Pizza was awesome as always.

This was my first time ordering Joes. I ordered online using slice. Went flawlessly. I’m not from NYC but this was very good. Good cheese sauce crust. Crust was very good this was a large 20”. I cut it into 16 slices. Came originally 8 gigantic slices

Visiting the area, passed this place a few times while site seeing. Stopped on a Saturday evening, ordered, waited about 20 minutes, got our hot and cheesy pepperoni pizza and went to nearby park for dinner. Loved the sauce, amountof cheese and the crust!

I think the pizza is great but the last time I went in for a slice I saw one of the employees mixing mozzarella cheese in a bucket with his bare hands. Was just surprised that he wasn't wearing gloves.

When you think of a taco salad you think sour cream?? But not there . Their food is generally good but it generally doesn't come the way you want it...just opened my taco salad to find the shell is uncooked. I have strips of beef instead if ground. No sour cream and asked for extra. No olives which says it comes with it. Thru it away tasted horrid. I take back my the food is generally good. I was wrong. Bye Joe's

The best I have found in the area for a traditional New York style pizza loved it. Great atmosphere and they have by the slice that the heat back up in oven for you. A+++

First off, as a long time baker I know Americans often don't understand that we are the ones who invented "Wonder Bread", the white,under baked mushy, paste like bread that SUCKS ! Real bread is Much darker & yet chewy inside with real yeast flavor like Joe's pizza ! BEST Pizza I have found near or on Grand Island...the dough & sauce along with the best cheese is simply delicious. Everything is Great !!! & The pepperoni isn't Margarita but whatever kind it is is tastes good on the Pizza... Hurray for Joe's NY style Pizza

Many different styles of pizzas to choice from on this wonderful pizza buffet. Delicious as well! I definitely will be going there again

Told me $29 over the phone for a White Pizza and 10 Hot Wings. Delivery driver shows up telling me no it's $49. Menu online says it would be $39. Insane. I have never paid $50 for a 16" pie and ten wings in my LIFE. On top of this, the pizza wasnt even SLICED. They didnt cut it? Dont tell me its inflation when its clearly bad buisness. Genuinely used to love this place too

I absolutely love joes plain white pizza. I had ordered some for delivery and I ordered plain white but they decided to give me broccoli pizza. I really really wish they could of called me to tell me they didn’t have plain white or just didn’t feel like making it. This food is going to waste because it’s not what I ordered nor want. Extremely disappointed. Wont order delivery again.

Yum! Eating their perfectly cooked fries and mozzarella sticks, you get 6! Not 5. The sauce for dipping is flavorful. I can't comment on the pizza, but the service is great. The cashier is so nice and welcoming! Only French fry place I'm going.

Good pizza good service phone convo not as happy or pleasant as if hoped but it's a busy pizza shop I get it... parking is terrible as well but again not their fault... will definitely be a return customer
