A few day’s ago I ordered sweet and sour chicken combo’s. Along with fried dumplings and low mien. The food has changed. Over cooked. Smokey flavor. Definitely not the same food over the last five years. Even new workers Bring back the old food please.

The food is delicious! I was a little skeptical when owners changed but I am loving the new items on the menu. Their crab Rangoon is excellent! Also, i highly recommend the Mei fun noodles. It's sooo good! Like someone else said, The food went from Very good to AMAZING!

Oh my god its been a while since I ordered from them want to say 5 months, and up till today there food was great. But it's a no go for this place for me for now on. I ordered boneless spare ribs w/ pork fried rice. Was terrible ribs was dry as hell and the rice, the pork in the rice smelled just terrible. This was so disappointing to me for the money I paid and just knowing a few months ago there food was fantastic. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

This was my favorite Chinese restaurant in all Buffalo but I bought food yesterday and notice it was different and they told the previous owner retired (the one who cook amazingly) now first the prices now are higher, my favorite thing was the chicken wings now when you bite them the grease drips down your face, the previous owner make the rice light yellow like saffron color and well done now is dark can tell they added too much soy sauce, you can see the difference the previous owner was so much better now I have to find a new good Chinese restaurant were they make good food not to greasy and with flavor. I won't eat from them again

This is the only Chinese place to order from in buffalo! Especially now that Great Wall is closed. Crab Rangoons are fire. I also tried the low mein and wonton soup last time and everything is so good.

The food and service are excellent. A great Chinese food restaurant can be hard to come by in WNY these days, this is definitely one of them. This was my 3rd visit to Chan's Wok, and it was just as great as my prior two experiences. I ordered General Tso's Chicken, Beef Lo-Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Crab Rangoon's. The Crab Ragoon's were nice and perfectly golden, yummy from the inside out. The Lo-Mein had plenty of beef strips throughout. All the food was absolutely perfect, no complaints. What's even better was the price. I paid $44 for everything, not expensive, as I was expecting. Good food normally can be expensive in WNY. Not only are the prices fair, but the food has been consistently fantastic every time.

The nicest staff ever! Food was ready exactly 10 minutes as stated! Restaurant was very clean:) We enjoyed our chicken lo mein and chicken broccoli with rice! If you are in Tonawanda and need to pick between chinese restaurants look no further! The service with a smile really is outstanding!

The wok here is absolutely divine and my mother contracted a rare disease called Fortnite. It was simply a wonderful 😊 experience 🤠 and my companion Chan had a fun time with the kids 😂

This was my all time favorite Chinese food. I am very disappointed to see that they changed how all the food is made. The lo mean was over cooked and mushy, the general Tao was all breading no chicken and way too big of pieces. Even the fried rice was different. New owners is one thing, but to completely change how all the food tastes makes it so I will not order from there again. Don’t fix things that aren’t broken.

They were so kind and one of the best pad Thais I’ve had!! Loved it, would recommend!

The food is really good and always ready fast. Only thing that could be better, is that it would really be helpful if they spoke at least a little English. Every time I go get my food I honestly have no idea what I even got until I pick it up..... spent literally like 10 minutes on the phone with this lady trying to sound out every word and just understand what she was asking/telling me.

Every time I go here there always out of chicken pork or beef this is by far the worst Chinese restaurant there is in the western New York. Their food is either under cooked or over cooked don’t waist your time. Also if they get to busy they would literally shut there line off and if you drive up there they will tell you they are not accepting orders

Ordered a chicken with garlic sauce lunch special with no vegetables. Came with veggies anyway. I don't even know if the sauce is right since on the menu it says its spicy and this was not even remotely spicy and only had a hint of garlic. Egg role was fine, but I've had better. Overall more expensive and not as good as other Chinese take outs nearby.

The food is barely edible. Sweet and sour chicken, more than half of the dish was just breading. No chicken at all. The general cho was extremely sweet, no spice at all. The chicken was so hard I couldn't barely get my fork into it. Even the egg rolls were off. They were a funky color on the inside and tasted sour. The entire meal went in the trash. Extremely disappointed. .

I’ve eaten here a few times and noticed that the chicken can be a bit over cooked which I’m okay with because I’d rather that than Salmonella but recently I ate there again after a long time and got food poisoning. I will not be eating here again.

Typical americanized Chinese food. Way too salty, fried wonton had an almost rancid aftertaste - but passable. Probably from overheating the oil - will i return? Yes.

Ordered beef & broccoli lunch. Not impressed. Mushy broccoli and the sauce didn't have much flavor. The fried wontons were mediocre.

Pretty dang good food. I love their lo mein and pork fried rice.

The best crab rangoons in Buffalo I swear! They’re too far for delivery so I will drive out of my way to come here. I once showed up early for my order they gave me a free drink while I waited. Love this place.
