I can’t believe that this place wasn’t packed. The staff were very friendly and didn’t hesitate to help each other out. The food was delicious and presented well. We were stuffed afterwards, but got our deserts to go. We’ll definitely be back to our local gem.

I highly recommend the Pepperoni and Mozzarella pizza and the Quattro Formaggio pizza. These pizzas tasted so fresh and homemade. Everything was ready exactly when we were told to pick it up and it was still hot by the time we got home. Next time we’ll get another kind of pizza and continue to come back! Definitely a must-try spot in Tonawanda.

As always, wonderful service and delicious food! We tried the cheese ravioli (cooked al dente....just the way I like!) with pesto, pine nuts, & roasted tomatoes and the steak, spinach, mushroom panini. Romeo & Juliet's has a huge case of homemade desserts/cookies/cannoli/biscotti and it would be a sin to pass them by.

The food was good, but the waitress were all chatting which is fine, and the one kept swearing on and on when she was talking, not something you want to hear when your out to eat.

If you are italian, then you will not enjoy this food Also 12$ for one singular arancini that was still cold in the center, mayber try microwaving it for 30 seconds more Lasagna was colossal and totally a mess Pasta con polpette is a joke, I've actually had better at Williamsville South High School I would be respectful, but since I had to pay close to 100$ for this is unacceptable. The chocolate mousse was a joke too In conclusion, everything was overpriced and total garbage.

This place is a hidden gem. We got the Arancini appetizer, paparadelle bolognese and pepperoni pizza and it didn’t disappoint. Way better than any Italian chain restaurant in the area. Their pastries look delicious, we will be definitely coming back to try them!

My husband and I stopped in on Saturday night. The place was packed and we started to leave as we had a very tight timeline for dinner. We were stopped and told that if we didn’t mind eating in the entryway area (cute little table that was secluded and perfect for our parent’s night out date night), they could serve us. I explained we were on a deadline to pick up our kids and was assured we’d have our food in plenty of time. The staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we got our food and drink with time to enjoy it before we had to go pick up our kids. I walk here for lunch sometimes and the service is always great. A true gem for our town.

The nicest random act of kindness happened here. We asked for our bill and the waitress informed us the other party had paid it for us. We paid it forward for another customer. The bread is served with butter or olive spread. We asked about garlic butter and they made a garlic dipping oil for us. The sausage pepper kale soup was spicy and delicious. The cannolis were exquisite and part of the lunch special. Excellent food, attentive service. Check this place out!

Romeo and Juliet's is awesome. The food is always delicious, and the desserts are outstanding. Our waitress Bella was very friendly and attentive. She made sure to answer all our questions about the menu/specials.

Pizza was skimpy for the price. Caesar salad was not a Caesar salad. Was field greens not romaine, served with watered down Italian style dressing, with no anchovies, as they were all out A definite disappointment from the Sheridan drive location.

Ordered Margarita Pizza that was overcooked and dry as a bone. This will be the last time ... Sad...I have ordered these for years ...but this one was worse than my grandkids Tony's frozen pizza. The Cheese Cake rocked...loved every bite.

Great menu selections. Pleasant eating experience. Good prices. Save room because the homemade desserts are delicious. Wait staff are friendly and helpful. Outdoor seating is available, but street traffic is loud, but bearable. Well worth your time to visit them and have a meal. Good wine selections too. Probably not good for little children.

Best pizza in Buffalo. The End. Their thin crust, though not the standard of buffalo pizza, is perfection. Wonderful sauce on the best crust with perfectly melted cheese. P.s. get a cannoli or 20.

Have been enjoying R&J for years. Call and check on their specials (especially Tonawanda) because they’re delicious-gnocchi Asiago, chicken piccata, shrimp scampi. Molto bene!! Claire

Romeo & Juliet's is our go to for takeout events. I just hosted a gathering of over 25 people at my house and Josh did an amazing job with the food. Highly recommend trying them out.

The service was very friendly and lacking nothing, and the kitchen clearly put love and pride into their food. My partner has dietary restrictions that they were happy to work around. Definitely recommended!

My teenage granddaughter just loves this place , it’s always her choice of restaurants . Pizzas are great , service is exceptional and omg the desserts ! I like to stop by just on my way home from work to pick up a cake or bread 💕

Excellent food for families, dates, or take-out. We've been there many times, and keep going back. Very friendly service, especially if you bring kids. Your only risk is succumbing to the dessert case after your meal!

Visited last night, very small and crowded. Put at a small table against the wall then sat someone behind me to where I couldn't even move my chair out to get up, had to slide out. The service was exceptional and all wonderful. Put bread on table with 2 little butter ( could you spare it) and some nasty dry olive spread it was gross. I ordered the Lasagna Bolognese $16.99, well what a joke! There was 2 little chunks of hamburger, barely any cheese, and all noodle! Asked the server where the meat was and she said somewhere in there, no salad but served with green beans. The piece of bread on the plate was hard as a rock. Very disappointing and won't go back. BTW I make a much better Lasagna!

Phenomenal pizza and great appetizers. My spouse got the gnocchi, which were "cloud soft and extremely flavorful." The pizza was extraordinary: a crisp, toothsome crust with a flavorful sauce, piled high with toppings (savory spiced sausage, generous cheese, gently sauted vegetables). We had antipasti and tuna crostini as well, which were very good if not as spectacular as the entrees, but so generously served we will likely come for a meal of just appetizers and wine. In all, a phenomenal restaurant for Buffalo.

I ordered from them for the first time this evening through Uber; and all I can say is YUMMY! I don’t believe in giving reviews unless I can whole heartily give a 5 star review because I’m a firm believer that mistakes happen, bad days happen and for people to bash another local company due to an off day is ridiculous. However, this restaurant is by far thee most delicious I have had in quite some time. Their antipasto appetizer made me feel like I was back in Rome, if you haven’t tried them your missing out on something amazing! You guys are absolutely delicious :) I will be ordering again and again ........SUPER YUMMY

Good food and nice place. Parking is small especially during the summer when they do their patio. Try the rice balls, they are excellent.

Ordered pizza Portobello last night take out! It was basically 75% crust and very little mushroom or mozzarella cheese! It was eating crust only! The outer crust was full of "bubbles" Not worth $12!!

I am new to the area due to my job and so I decided to try Romeo & Juliet's. Today was my first time ordering from there and I have to say; my food was top notch, the service was amazing, it's clean and the deserts look unbelievable. I ordered the Romeo & Julietta. To die for! I will definitely be back! Also, I love the accent, I believe, by the owner. I feel like I'm in Italy.

I was really surprised by this restaurant. I came in free of any expectations and my senses were absolutely blown away! The smell of the bakery and italian food draws you in from the door . The first thing you see is the case of delectable baked goods. ready to be picked up and devoured. Turn the corner and there is a small intimate seating area with a fire place. Its cozy! As far as the food goes it will not disappoint. Every dish has an explosion of flavor and the waitress can even male hand craft sodas and was very passionate about her job. She catered to my son and daughter and went out of her way to make sure that they were happy.
