I always seem to find great clothing at a cheap price 😁unbelievable 👍 and the employees are very nice...the cashier Dylan was very nice checking me out with two golf shirts that are in excellent condition for $5 each and he threw in a free hand sanitizer for me👍😁

Had to pay with cash because the card thingys weren't working at all the locations, but other than that it was great. I got a nice pair of shorts and the cashier was very nice. (Sorry the picture is blurry)

Found lots of great items. Clean store and friendly employees

The cashier really didn't know any questions I asked. My daughter was looking for toys and not many for her to look at. Prices are high for items being donated. I do like that there is a color for the whole week that is half off.

The staff are very helpful. The location can be hard to access when coming from the north. The lines to get onto the highway is so long that it's impossible to make a left turn into this complex. Expect to make a U turn further down the road.

Significantly overpriced. Should not be asked to pay more than retail prices on used items.

They changed management and fool price donated items at virtually retail prices since January of 2023

Over priced and one employee in particular was extremely rude. I used to browse and buy at least once a week but will NEVER enter that store again if the same rude women is there. Stop in yesterday (1/6/20) same rude women at the register..Turned around and walked out. .

Highly disappointed in ALL WNY Goodwills Currently, 2 years after the beginning of the pandemic and were allowed to be un masked in public and they CANT open the bathrooms! Shopping with a 6 year old and they refused to open the bathrooms. And their was no stores currently open in the plaza.

There really wasn't much of a variety in the housewares section. Shelves were quite messy. Not real thrilled with this location.

Donated many used stuffs there. The process is very easy and convenient for drop by. The staffs are all friendly and helpful.

Rang the bell after five minutes. CSA said “you rang the bell and you were looking right at me.” “You we’re wearing street clothes. I didn’t know you were an associate.”

This store used to be good. Prices have skyrocketed so high that they price items more the original tags. Went today and saw a pair of shoes that were priced $1 higher than the original price tag. Seriously? To think that this was all given to you for free. Goodwill has become very greedy. SMH

Very nice employees but the store was a mess and the prices were high. I found myself having to organize the shoes just to look through them to find pairs and I found many pairs of shoes that had holes in the toes or they were just dirty stained and they wanted 10 to 15 dollars for them and one pair didn’t have any soles and was missing a shoelace and they wanted 15.00.
