    Joining the running club is one of the best things I've done for my mental and physical health. Whatever your level of fitness, Emma supports you to reach your goals. The club is friendly, inclusive and definitely the highlight of my week. The homework runs ensure that you get the best out of your training with Emma and now I actually look forward to going out for a run, which I never did before. Can't thank Emma enough.

    Such a friendly running club for a whole range of abilities. Emma is a brilliant trainer who devises different runs for every session. It is never boring and always well planned. She has helped and supported many members of the club to recently run a half marathon and makes everyone feel included. It really is a great club and one I have been so pleased to meet some lovely people that I now would call friends. Thanks Ems

    I joined the beginners running course with a friend. Emma was fantastic. She tailored the exercise to everybody's ability and it made it fun for everyone. I will be returning to casuals running.

    I nervously started with Emma able to run 5km and the weekly sessions were great to push me. I then had a non running injury so went back to start on the Couch to 5k in April 2021. From there I kept going weekly and built up my fitness and distance. The sessions are so friendly and supportive but Emma is great at motivating me to push myself and I always feel better for it. There are always options for all levels of ability. As a self-declared non-runner a few years ago, no-one is more surprised than me that I have just completed my first half marathon! Thank you Emma.

    Such a supportive group of runners. Emma helped and encouraged me to run my first half marathon which I did on Sunday! Come and join the group and improve your fitness, whatever your age and ability.

    Having let my fitness slip during 2022, I apprehensively joined the 8 week fitness reset program but am so glad I did. I found the first week in particular really tough and an eye opener at how unfit I'd become. The DOMS were challenging for the first few weeks but they soon faded and at week 8 I am feeling a much fitter, healthier & happier version of myself. I've looked at and adjusted my nutrition & am making a conscious effort daily to drink more water (I'm historically really bad at that). I'm sleeping better and feel like I have more energy. So far I've lost over 8lbs and although I haven't done my final measurements yet, I feel leaner. Emma is a ray of sunshine on workout mornings making the 7am live that much easier. The online format works well for me as it enables me to be flexible if I can't join live. Emma has motivated me through the program and I'll be carrying on my training with her in the hub. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and am excited for the journey ahead to a fitter me.

    I have used Emma on and off for a couple of years now. First time was to kick start my fitness. Emma helped me get to a reasonable level again and she provided a programme for me to follow. I went on my way confident I would progress...Like most, I feel back into bad habits again. I went back to Emma for more PT session and have since joined her running group. The running groups are fantastic with revisit group training and events.

    Emma is a fantastic, motivating running coach who encourages you to do your best and reach your goals. I have attended a number of her running courses and would recommend them to anyone - I started as a complete novice and have completed a non-stop 5k. Being part of a group helps spur you along and stick to the program. Looking forward to starting the improvers course to help speed up my time!
