Having
tried
to
purchase
a
shelter
in
an
offer
advertised
in
the
June
edition
of
their
catalogue,
I
found
that
the
offer
of
a
free
side
and
door
with
the
shelter
was
not
available
on
their
website.
I
contacted
customer
services
and
they
agreed
that
it
should
be
and
that
they
would
get
it
sorted.
They
asked
me
to
send
them
a
photo
of
the
offer
which
I
did.
I
received
an
email
saying
they
were
looking
in
to
it
and
then
3
more
over
the
next
week
or
so
asking
me
to
be
patient.
I
then
had
an
email
saying
that
I
had
now
missed
the
offer
and
they
were
closing
the
ticket!
They
made
no
apology
and
refused
to
honour
the
deal
despite
me
having
emails
to
prove
they
were
in
the
wrong.
I
feel
that
there
may
have
been
a
mistake
in
the
catalogue
offer
and
all
they
were
doing
was
holding
out
until
the
offer
was
over.
For
the
record
they
did
have
everything
in
stock
on
the
day
that
I
called
them!
I
will
never
buy
from
them
again,
it
is
a
shame
that
Blacks
and
Milletts
are
all
part
of
the
same
group
and
no
doubt
have
the
same
awful
customer
service
team.
