Beware!! You will be charged for parking here. I visited with my daughter and grandson for a relaxed lunch. NO IDEA that we could only park free for 1hr 20 minutes. A sign inside, or staff reminder would be nice. I understand that most people don't stay that long, but with tablets and toys for kids to play with, it feels like they want you to stay and enjoy the facilities. £100 fine 🥺🥺

I did not receive a receipt at the machine even though it took £23. It took them to long to find my order they insisted it was another order. This wouldn't have happened with cash and a human . When I go out to eat I expect some kind of service

McDonald's has a very limited menu, I tried every different burger but nothing caught my attention, it's either bland or just nothing. Maybe due to the low cost of the burgers, the taste disappears i have gone to many countries and tried their famous food and they represent their country. Sadly the UK MacDonald's has failed me. The service is excellent even though MANY people come for that tasteless food, without hesitation the workers move to fulfill their orders. The atmosphere is disgusting, I am sorry for using harsh language. You can improve. Children screaming people were everywhere sauce was splattered everywhere lettuce was on the floors, chairs, and walls and no one cared to even clean it!!!! I truly believe that McDonald's can improve!

The delivery button to the table in the app was inactive as I reported and showed it to Kateryna, but she did not technically understand what i meant (nothing to do with language as I speak Ukrainian). After that, I voiced the problem on the counter to another employee, but he didn’t understand me either. I asked to speak to the manager and he convinced me that the order would be delivered to the table but it did not happen and instead three people were screaming from the counter area number 029. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my little daughter at the table alone. When my wife came back, I went to the till to grab it and was almost ignored again until my eyes determined that I was dissatisfied. It was finally delivered. However, there was the unpleasant feeling that they did not care about me. I’m sorry to write about it and this is my first feedback because usually your restaurant provides an amazing service. Also add that the restaurant was not busy and was almost empty.

They do not deserve a single star, staff are rude. Completely ignore customers wanting to pay at the till. Waited 20 minutes before leaving without being seen. Made staff aware we would like to pay with cash several times but were totally ignored every time. Worst service we’ve had anywhere in the world. Avoid at all costs.
