Low cost parking, £1.50 for 4hrs, dog off lead walk around lake, maybe 1.5 miles. Cafe and enclosed dog play area with stick library. Paths flat and easy to walk on. Just watch for ducks or fishermen?

Lovely park in Tonbridge and Malling Borouogh Council. £1.80 for the car park lasting 4 hours, more that enough time to walk around the whole park. It has a cafe and a not too clean toilet. It has a cycle route, and some lakes running through it. Lots of dog walker, children strollers and joggers. There is also a children's play area.

Really nice park to spend time at, there’s a lot of paths and trails to follow and you can easily spend hours here, there’s a river and a couple of lakes too. It’s very peaceful although one set of paths takes you by a busy road so is slightly less so. The cafe is great too, and parking is plentiful and cheap, highly recommended.

This is a great place for the whole family including dogs. There is a designated dog exercise area where our fluffy babies can play off leash, there is a kids playground and the cafe has amazing food and drinks. My favourite is the sausage and bacon roll 👌 delicious!

This is a magical place to visit, there is always something different to see. The cafe serves the most delicious food and drink. Lovely picnic areas in which to enjoy it.

Good place for walking, cycling and running. Doesn't take long to go around the whole lake. Probably about 10-15 mins depending on your speed. Love the playground. Kids will have something to look forward to.

Easy to find and good prices parking. Great playground and easy paths for young cyclists. Lovely lake to walk around with ducks and geese. Very simple route to Tonbridge, and so good place to start to have a pleasant stroll to arrive in Tonbridge.

Facilities and cafe are next to the entrance to the car park, there is lots of parking, you can pay at the machine or via Ringo app, large kids play area with lots of climbing frames, slides and swings, we didn't get much further because it was cold and windy but I will update my review once I visit the cafe and do a long walk around the surrounding land.

Lovely place to visit, it's really pretty. There's usually lots of people fishing sat around the lake. There is a cafe but it's not been open at the times I've visited. Easy to pay for parking on RingGo. Great for a dog walk.

A calm slice of countryside just outside of Tonbridge. Lovely walk over the Medway and on towards the reservoir, or a great cycle route to Barden Lake out to Tonbridge. There is also a direct route to Speldhurt but too far for us right now. Really nicely done. Car park can get busy but there are 2, and the main one is a good size (with an added play area).

Great Park near to Tonbridge, with walks around lakes through woods, the area covers a variety of terrains. Car Park cost us reasonable, and their is an excellent cafe there with an extensive menu. Some fishing is available, but it is controlled by Tonbridge Angling Club.

Beautiful park with a large variety of birds, inquisitive swans and unsheared sheep. Slightly muddy in parts with various rivers and inlets along the way. The only minor distraction is the A21 flyover that constantly reminds you that civilisation is not that far away. This does not detract from the park's charm.

Live in SE London and need a trip out for the day? This is the place to go! The lake view is so serene and incredible, we sat there for ages. It felt like we were transported to a different country! The walk around is gorgeous too, with lots of different route option! :) Quaint and highly recommended, I’m definitely going back!

Disappointed that the little cafe was shut today... still had a nice walk round the lake.🤠

What a beautiful place! Highly recommend this place for a nice gentle walk with a friend or a dog. I went at a very quiet time of day but I can imagine it must be very popular with local families. Easy lay out, maps were clear to read and navigate, plenty of wildlife, and plenty of parking. Parking isn't too bad at £1.40 for 4hrs. Will definitely be going back, but not at weekends!

I don't want to tell too many people in case it gets too crowded! Lovely park a short walk from the centre of Tonbridge. Beautiful lake with lots of wildlife.

Beautiful surroundings for a walk, bike ride and a picnic. The café is top-notch too.

Such a beautiful quiet place to come to for a gentle stroll and collect your thoughts. The water is clear in the lakes and the track is easy to walk on. There is a lovely array or wildlife here and you can really take in the scenery around you. Great play park for children with lots of activities. Will definitely come again.

Lovely park good walking, good parking, hot and cold food, toilets. It can be busy at times would recommend take care on the road leading to the park as can be narrow and busy.

A great space for dog walking and entertaining young children. Lots of fun-named bridges to run over, beautiful trees and green spaces and frequent water for our labrador to jump in. We found a playarea suitable for baby to 8 year old with benches for tired grandparents! I didn't give 5 stars due to the toilets that need updating and having to pay for car parking - it's free at our local country park in Worcester.

Really nice place for a stroll, cycle or dog walk. Plenty of parking. Nice cafe. Lots of benches and bins to help keep the lace tidy.

A good Country Park which has ponds for wildfowl, and fishing on the outskirts of Tonbridge, next the Medway River. Has cycle tracks, and footpaths, plus a family run cafe.

Long walk around the lake with many points for fishermen to spread themselves out in. People very friendly and for dog walkers exceptional. Lovely cafe with excellent food and NOT expensive.

Lovely place, lots of ducks and a few old ww2 pillboxes you can go in if you got a torch and brave enough

Visited on Monday with my son, during school holidays. Took a kayak and went along the River Medway. Lovely spot to do this, although launching points were v limited. Play ground also good fun, don't explore the rest of the Country Park but will be back to do so! £1.80 for 4hrs in the car park, toilet and cafe facilities also open.

  • 5/5 Kirsty S. 1 year ago on Google
Took my son to the swing park. Its fantastic, lots of slides and climbing frames. He loved it, we have been twice in a week. Parking is reasonable. There is lots more to explore.

Cafe on the park is excellent best coffee for miles best backon roll anywhere. Owner and staff very very helpful this is how hospitality should be done. Well done them! Plus thank you!

It's ok for a quick walk but could do with a trail or something for kids to do on the walk. Playground is good. It also has a kiosk for food and drink. Not really a cafe as u have to eat outside

Great place for walking hiking , biking, and a spot of lunch. Bacon rolls are superb.

  • 5/5 Cliff B. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful place. Attractive lake & Riverside walks. Good start point for many longer walks or just to stop for a picnic. Clean toilets & a very good burger bar with good gluten free options always available. Outside seating only

  • 3/5 Debbie F. 1 year ago on Google
A lovely morning stroll, feeding geese and ducks on the large pond. Some pathways leading into other areas which we didn't explore due to time, but we stopped and had a bite to eat from the caravan and a quick drink before taking the young one to the play centre there. Lovely and peaceful for those who love the outdoors

  • 4/5 Nethin M. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful park to go on a relaxed stroll. Dogs are allowed so your pooch will be able to accompany you. There is also a really nice kids play park which is well maintained with really fun things for the kids.

  • 5/5 SE C. 2 years ago on Google
The grandchildren love this place...kids playing ground, acres of grounds to explore, massive lake, birds to feed and it links through to Tonbridge Castle grounds. The food bar does a great bacon roll and coffee. A brilliant place for all the family. Its pay to park, but not expensive.
