Unsure why I’m being charged a $1 for ordering from aka cart. Reyna was rude to begin w and the girl checking me out (after waiting several minutes and no one even acknowledging me) told me “it’s posted on the door” when I asked about the charge. Uhm who reads the door lol. Not like $1 is a deal breaker but it’s a way to rip people off I guess. Then adding the rudeness was just frustrating. I come here all but he time. Everyone is usually nice even though they can’t speak English w me … but not today! Did not appreciate all the attitude. You have to be pretty upset to leave a review .. so here I am!

Ordered fried jalapeños with shrimp and cheese. No flavor, one shrimp per jalapeño with the tail on. I paid $12.50 for a HALF order. So, I got four shrimp and four jalapeños for that. She asked me how it was when we left and I was honest about my purchase. She just kept repeating, “that’s how it comes.” Okay, well if you didn’t want my honest opinion, don’t ask me because your server certainly didn’t. I still tipped $7 on my $40 meal because I’m understanding to the staff, but when you treat me like I’m the problem, I won’t be returning. My extended family used to eat here all the time and I’ll be spreading the word on your outrageous prices and your subpar food.

*When seating the service is friendly but after ordering and receiving food no one comes to ask if you need anything. I stopped the server who seated us and asked for a refill on tea due to I had eaten 1/2 my meal without any drink. The look he gave was not friendly and a refill was never brought. When paying the cashier I was asked if everything was alright. I replied "No, that I had asked for refill that never was served. His reply was "sorry". You would think his reply would be "would you like a drink to go." * The tamales are not authenic. They are from a can. Beans, rice, chips, and salsa was good. * Bad service but left a tip due to you never know how someone's life is outside their job.

Sad to say it was awful. Only gave it one star because I have to in order to leave a review. What hurts even more is the fact we spent as much money as we did. The cheese dip was bland, the food came and there was absolutely no taste to any of the food. We brought my mom for her birthday and none of us even finished half of our plates. Apparently there was a new cook, I’ve eaten there before and it was good. New cook or not, people are spending money in your restaurant at least make sure the new cook has made a few meals before hand.

Haven't been here in many years, but it's better than I remember. I got the white cheese dip and it was really good, as was the Steven Special that I got. Service was good too. Fantastic restaurant!

I would give negative Stars if I could. I walked in at noon got drinks 45 minutes later was told my food was on its way when they hadn't yet taken my order asked for a manager still didn't see a manager for 10 or 15 minutes got my drinks comped only had to pay for the guacamole bad service. Said they were busy but kept walking right by us

Great service. Food was good and well portioned. One of us spoke Spanish and ordered in Spanish but only got answered back in English, while the server spoke Spanish to another customer a little frustrating.

My first time there. Food was good, fast service and friendly staff. I can't give the food a five yet until I get a special plate. I only had the two taco's. They were good. Simple.

My husband and I stopped prior to his doctor's appointment. We really enjoyed the tostadas with tamale. Plus added a soft taco. We were very impressed.

Everything was great. The service was fast, the food was good,(I love their chili sauce) just can't give 5 stars because it doesn't give me anywhere to go up from. No complaints!!!

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY The wait staff is extremely disrespectful. Do not support this establishment. Order was wrong and when presented with this problem, they say the customer is wrong. Even bringing a menu to prove them wrong. Turns out the customer is right and the order is wrong, and then they take the food back to the kitchen. They change nothing, and still say its right. $40 for queso, a wrong plate of food, drink so full of alcohol that its not drinkable, oh and were even charged for chips and salsa.. Chips and Salsa.. who charges for chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant..

Food is consistently good. Affordable prices and great Margaritas. You'll get be charged extra for chips and salsa if you or anyone in your table don't order a full dinner! UGHH!

The food was very good and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the food has to be superb for me to do that. It may very well be superb, I have not eaten there enough to know. But I do feel confident in the 4 stars. So, if you want a good, inexpensive meal with excellent service, come here to eat.

I have been to many Mexican restaurants as we travel and I will say that Las Palmas has impressed me. From the time we were seated our server "Rosa" brought us everything we needed, even lemons for our waters. I will say we all ordered different plates and we cleaned them up. Food was great!!! Next time we're in town we'll stop by and enjoy another great meal.

Worse place ever. It got my food to go and not only I was overcharged also the order was incomplete. They still own me 3 salad and 3 guacamole. Not recommended at all.

I would of said it was well spent if there where not super RUDE and throwing plats to a costumer that paid for this. Maybe RACIST. maybe if I would of went since im mexican smh. Shouldn't have to be like that just because some one is American and dont speak español!!!

We had to wait some time before anyone took our order. We ordered an appetizer and didn't get it till after our food was delivered. We had to wait on food never did get our second drink. And this was on a sunday

This is one of our go to places for dinner because it’s close to our home. Food portions on some dishes could be better for the price. The waitstaff are very friendly and stay on top of your drinks.

Music is so loud everyone has to talk over it so the whole place is very loud. Not a good place for conversation. Food wasn't the greatest anymore. Used to be way better.

In my opinion, the best Mexican restaurant in Springdale & Fayetteville area by far!! Great food, cheap, fast, amazing chips 'n' salsa. Sometimes there is a wait and it's busy on weekends. Service normally great as well. Only wish this location was bigger.

Waitress was super friendly. Food was not good. Salsa tasted like a can of crushed tomatoes. Beans and rice incredibly bland.

I like that they have a hot salsa and a mild salsa served with your chips. Also a good variety of food always good and fast. Good service and fast service is important to us. Cuz we are on the go sometimes.

Las palmas WAS my go to restaurant, we were in there Monday to celebrate my husband’s birthday, it was a party of 8 we walked in waited to be seated , on the check out they’re was the lady that checks out talking to an employee, mind you were waiting to be seated , then there’s a waitress sweeping her life away she saw us didn’t say a thing we waited for a good 5 minutes just there looking stupid we stared walking out when the lady that was standing at check out saw un walking out she then said ohh how many people ?! Like really ? You saw us walk in and completely ignored us! Never going back again that was very upsetting so we decided to go to try a new restaurant if y’all haven’t tried azul tequila it’s a must they’re service was to the top !

First time we came it was great. Second time all our food was wrong, when we asked the waitress about why it was wrong she couldn't understand us at all a spoke barely any English (not hating on her about that), she tried to understand but there was obviously a barrier plus what she could understand she was just pretty rude about so we ended up just paying and leaving. Probably not coming back at all.
