Order
due
on
the
sat,
no
show,
no
customer
services
working
to
chase
up
delivery
and
store
closed.
Spoke
with
customer
services
on
the
Sunday,
promised
delivery,
no
show
again,
again
customer
services
and
shop
closed
to
could
not
chase
it
up.
Spoke
with
customer
service
on
the
Monday,
they
advised
getting
delivered
that
day,
asked
if
shopping
was
getting
freshly
picked
as
I
ordered
a
load
of
fresh
shopping,
he
rung
the
store
to
confirm
this.
2
complaints
logged.
Order
arrived,
still
had
Saturday
stickers
on
my
shopping,
frozen
items
soft,
fresh
stuff
was
either
out
of
date
or
almost
out
of
date.
Looks
like
my
shopping
had
been
sat
in
the
back
of
the
van
for
3
days
so
not
freshly
picked.
Rung
customer
service,
complaint
3
apparently
logged,
going
to
refund
for
the
out
of
date
items
and
some
frozen
items
within
3-5
days.
Day
10
-
still
no
refund,
rung
customer
services
who
advised
no
complaints
have
been
logged
and
my
refund
was
not
actioned,
just
logged.
Then
advised
they
had
to
get
the
store
to
authorize
the
refund
(why
hadn't
this
been
done
10
days
ago
when
issue
was
first
identified).
Asked
to
speak
to
a
manager,
apparently
the
manager
don't
speak
to
customers
so
hide
by
the
side
of
the
customer
service
advisor
and
told
her
what
to
say.
so
now
apparently
now
getting
refund
within
3-5
days....
lets
see..
This
is
a
very
poor
service,
I
am
lucky
i
can
go
and
buy
additional
items
but
there
are
very
vulnerable
people
in
the
community
who
are
not
as
fortunate.
Iceland
you
want
to
hold
your
head
in
shame
with
your
poor
customer
care.
