It was empty and the customer service wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. The atmosphere is not bad, but I feel like the customers are not treated properly. The chicken is not good compared to other stores. All the parts were small and the oil was not drained properly, so the batter was peeling off. The crispy ones are all small and crunchy. Since it's a 990 yen pack, I wonder if it could be filled with leftovers? That's what I felt. I don't really care that much, but if I were to buy it here, I'd probably go to the Ichikawa store.

This is Kentucky Fried Chicken Honyawata Kitaguchi store. It is a pleasant store as always, located in the station area where there are competing stores such as Misdo and Moss. I like the way they serve customers from the customer's point of view, without forcing them to follow the manual. At first glance, you might think this is a normal thing to do at a fast food restaurant, but when you compare it with other restaurants, you can clearly see the difference. Most of all, I'm impressed by the attitude of customers who are confused about ordering from the rapidly changing campaign menu, and how they help them make better choices. They are very attentive to returning tableware so that customers don't have to worry about it. It all comes down to education and leadership. At least that's what I feel when I visit the local Motoyahata store almost every day. I wonder if the inside of the store is a little dark after that? I don't feel at ease and I don't feel very clean. I think the interior, which is made entirely of wood, needs to be reworked. I don't know if the customers are too calm.

The attitude of the staff was bad. I was told that this was my first time seeing a touch screen, so I bought it, but even though I looked young, there were some things I didn't understand, and I could hear the staff in the back laughing secretly. When I went there for the first time in a while, there was a touch panel. I don’t understand even if you suddenly say something like that 😵🌀

If you're expecting Western-style KFC then good news, it's like 70% that. If you want KFC with a decidedly Japanese twist, also good news; it's that. The Wa-Fu Chicken Sandwich is pretty magnificent, would very much recommend that over the basic Chicken Sandwich they present as default. Overall, very enjoyable for a quick bite.

I ordered 2 pieces of original chicken and M coleslaw for takeout, but these days they don't come with paper napkins or hawkers at all. This is the store at Honyawata North Exit.

Kentucky was delicious after a long time. After all, it's original. I ate the sandwich and crispy, but I thought the original was delicious.

I go there often, and they have self-checkout, which has reduced the number of lines. I think it's good because the delivery time is relatively fast. Close to the station.
