Very nice place to buy branded clothes and spend some time shopping. It is also close to Tokyo and is accessible by train. The outlet park is divided into 4 parts; A-side, B-side, C-side, and D-side. There is a lot of parking space for cars, and you can get a few hours of free parking if you shop at the outlet park.

This Mitsui outlet is the nearest one to Tokyo and Chiba. Almost world famous brands are available here. The outlet is gonna make the Gucci lovers disappointed, because the outlet doesn’t have Gucci here. As I observed, this outlet will make the watch lovers disappointed either. Because there are only two watch shops which don’t have rich collection.

Huge outlet in Makuhari. A lot of branded store is located here such as Kate Spade, Coach, Michael Kors, etc. Many times has big discount, so can be tourism destination if you love branded one. This place close to Kaihin makuhari station, so it's easy to be founded. Also near another department store like Plena and near some Hotels too. So it's convenient if want to stay around here while shopping. Update : new entertainment for kids is available. Check on this attachment pictures.

Near the station! Great location. It's also great that the buildings are tightly packed together so that they are not easily affected by the weather. Thank you for a fun holiday! lol

A wide selection of stores available, managed to score a Tumi Backpack for myself when I was there to complete my shopping. A few of the bags were in season and was priced at a discount to retail. All in all, conveniently located near a train station and the closest to the hotel where I was stating in Ginza.

Beautiful location, very interesting art installation and nice stores ... looks like what America used to be like, before its moral & economic decline

June 2023: good sized factory outlet close enough to Tokyo city. For tourists with the metro card, take the Tozai line to Nishi Funabashi and change to the JR line. This saves you some $$ but is a slower route. Half a day is sufficient if you are focussed. Otherwise buffer the whole day.

A great place if you're looking to spend some time to shop. There were a lot of international and local designer brands. They have a large range of brands in the area, up to 250 shops. They have indoor and outdoor blocks.

I like that it's fairly crowded and empty. It's not too wide, so it's easy to see, and it's not too wide, which is typical of outlets. This time I bought one for the first time since there wasn't that many lines at Pique's crepe shop. was delicious! ! !

Good location, next to the train station. Since the hotel I stayed just take 10 minutes by train, I could re-visited there easily to buy stuffs for my family. It’s also next to the Plena Mall which is building with many restaurants.

Not so big but good option for people living in Tokyo. Not very far and close to Costco. If you are thinking of going for shopping and Costco, then it’s recommended.

SHOP + DINE + PARTY The best part of this outlet is it is close to the Zozo Marine Stadium and Makuhari Messe. If you are attending events or festivities, you can book a hotel nearby and allot your whole stay in this area. Also, high-rated and suggested restaurant branches are also available here.

Big outlet and many Brands you can find in here, it is not recommended for rainy days, and the only problem i think, is that there are not so many restaurants, in general is ok.

Price is relatively good for the location. Parking is very confusing to find, go to the closest tower parking and it will be free for customers who paid over 3000yen at the mall. Food is good but quite crowded during peak days.

Had many local and overseas known brands, managed to pick up quite a few things from this outlet.. but interestingly it only have few places (only 6) to eat, mainly cafes.. so there is a queue for almost every eating place..

If you are looking for branded items, Mitsui offers a lot of stores to choose from, from shoes to bags, to clothings, undergarments, to kitchenware. Stores such as Crocs, Kate Spade, Coach, Wacoal, Lego, Hawkins and Vans, etc. Accessibility is good as it is located near the Kaihimmakuhari Station. Mitsui Outlet Park also has bus station should you wish to go to Costco and Aeon Mall which is just a few minutes away and will only cost you 100 Yen (as of 2020 fare). Taxis are also available if you are in a rush (expect for a little traffic though). Mitsui also has a variety of restaurants to satisfy your cravings. Mitsui Outlet Park also has foreign currency exchange shop in case you ran out of Japanese currency. Before I forget, Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari is divided into 4 sites, A, B, C, and D site. Be sure to grab a map (written in Japanese and in English) and enjoy.

Great place for shopping branded stuff. The only thing I find inconvenient is that there are different buildings with different stores, so it's kind of confusing.

  • 5/5 Pretty Y. 2 years ago on Google
Good place for shopping. A lot of choices too. You can visit Costco and Aeon mall nearby if you want to explore.

  • 4/5 Alpha B. 3 years ago on Google
The place is really good! I enjoyed shopping because of low prices discounts. you can buy so many things even your budget is only for ¥15,000. The only thing is the smoking area is currently closed so you need to bear with it. I suggest to have a mini smoking area as well.
