Ordered a drink and a California chicken burrito and it was definitely worth it. The chicken was warm and crispy and i gotta say that it was the best burrito I've ever had. The staff were very polite and friendly. Planning to come back here for sure!!

Bought a spicy beef burrito and the slow cooked beef burrito for lunch and we were very disappointed. Would have probably been about a spoonful of meat at most (all rice basically so definitely neither satisfying or value for money). Were really looking forward to having a burrito but unfortunately for anyone having a similar craving this place isnt where it will be satisfied.

Have been ordering online regularly from here for a while and finally decided to visit it in perosn. Definitely the best decision I made. The Philly cheesesteak Burrito and the naked chilly beef burrito that me and my friends ordered was absolutely delicious. Accidentally spilled my drink a little but the staff were very patient and so helpful. I usually hate going out to eat but this place almost changed my mind😆

Quick and efficient service. Funny set up a Mexican restaurant run by Indians with Chinese cooks. Seating both inside and outdoor. Specials each day which are great value eg Wednesday a place of 10 chicken wings for $10 normal price is $6.95 for 5. Lots of choice well unfortunately decking with 3 outlets now not operating in September 2021. A little bit out of the main shopping area but close to many motels so great to walk to. Lovely scenery in the areas especially for motorcycle rides

Excellent food and ambiance. I would recommend the pork rib deal, and be careful with the sauces as it can be really hot 😜.

It's not bad, but it's also just not good. It is cheap though. Note, burritos and enchaladas etc should not have rice or only a small amount as a filler....it really doesn't work and screams cost cutting. Having said this, the pork ribs are good and good value. Resteraunt is terribly run, with slow meals and all the tables eternally sticky.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered ribs and chips, I got 10 under cooked chips, my ribs were raw in the centre, my fiancé has food poisoning from there, he questioned the staff and the cook tried to debate what meat looks like compared to sauce ( my partner was a chef for many years in some very high up restaurants in Australia so he knows what he is talking about) all our other guests that went there with us were also disappointed and didn’t get what they ordered and again the staff didn’t want to try and correct it. The group of us spent plenty of money there as we went there for a birthday party dinner and never again. EDIT UPDATE: after the Burrito Bar getting in contact with myself and my partner they offered to make things right and that speaks volumes about how much a person cares about not just their own reputation but that of their business but also how much they care about their customers so we were very grateful that they did decide to reach out and offer to fix things. We got given a free meal of choice by them and this time is was fresh and absolutely delicious both my partner and I did really enjoy it, the meat was cooked spot on and delicious and our sweet potato chips were perfect so we’re my partners fries. The sauces were beautiful and the staff and manager were very apologetic and polite and friendly also very helpful. We are happy they made the decision and the effort to fix this with us we will be back if the service and food stays this good. Such lovely food. It did feel very genuine to an uneducated Mexican like me. The staff might not have been perfectly dressed, but very friendly and efficient and once again genuine. Made me feel comfortable. The meals were in my opinion great value and when they arrived they were very pleasantly dished up. I'm a big eater and i was totally satisfied. Will definitely be coming back. Very cool premesis!

We tried to claim the Entertainment Book voucher which was at first not accepted and then the 2 for 1 main wasn’t agreed to. When we offered to go elsewhere it was then accepted. The food turned up hot and tasted alright but the meat amount was light on. Seats were inside and outside and in good condition. Plates were cleaned up for us when we’d finished eating and the lady came and asked if we needs anything more. They also offered us extra plates and utensils for the kids.

Ripped Off. I paid $11.95 for Chilli ConCarne and it was barely half a small take away container full.

This review rounds out our 3-part series of chain Mexican restaurants in Toowoomba (see also reviews for GYG and Zambreros). not right in town so no surprise that it's a little lesser known. Perhaps a more central location and this place would be a real hit! Menu is by far the most extensive of the 3 franchises. Menus were also pretty beat up though which leads with a bad first impression. I used to come here on Wednesdays for lunch right when this place opened. They did a 25c wings deal and it was honestly great. Wings not that good - dry and small. In fairness they were coated in the correct amount of sauce and the flavours were great. Also 25c. This was a few years ago now though so it was past time to return. For a place with burrito in the name, there was a surprising lack of emphasis on the burrito menu. Lots of other options though so don't worry if burritos aren't your jam, there's something for most people. The fish taco was light and works as a perfect starter if you order just one. Was informed by another patron that it smells very much of fish which I guess is reassuring - that's what I ordered??? No discount for ordering 2 but at 3 tacos you make a bit of a saving. Pricing is reasonable. Good value. Burrito was good and I liked. I didn't love it, but I liked it very much. Ordering is a weird challenge. Some items have a small blue thumb next to them indicating "BB recommended". Others do not... Overall good experience. Those in our troupe who ordered cocktails enjoyed but weren't blown away - more just happy they were available. Annoying that whatever music streaming service they were using had ads - very distracting. All in all though, everything was good but nothing was amazing. Service was a little sloppy for a quiet night but nothing awful - just a few items brought to the wrong table. A little bit of a polish up and a great staple Mexican chain.

Received very low value for money. Not very satisfied with food. Enchilada only had capsicum and onion in it...that's it.

Was passing through Toowoomba and stopped here for lunch and had a 1/2 rack of pork ribs and wow! They were the most delicious and tender ribs I’ve ever had. Great and friendly customer service too!

Takeaway order. We waited 25mins for 2 large nachos. There were 2 other customers in store when we ordered. Despite waiting that long for our order, it was barely above room temperature. The nachos tasted a little on the bland side. Being at room temperature may well have contributed to the blandness. The large serving size was not large. Good food is worth waiting for. This was not good food. Nor was it worth waiting for. TLDR Waited too long for a small, cold, very ordinary meal.

Had a great lady serving us tonight! I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she served us and made the drinks and was super lovely and friendly. Food was good as always and quick, however only just hot enough to eat.

My absolute favourite place to eat!!! Service is always incredible and the food tastes amazing and always hits the spot. Drinks are delicious and everything is a good price!! Cannot beat it, always happy to drive out of the way to eat here - always leave happy and full!!

Honestly, it's quite disappointing. The taste of the grilled chicken was nice, but the number of chips included was very lacking and made this not feel like a complete meal. The chips looked appealing but fell flat on flavour. The quesadilla were also small, skinny, and soggy with little filling. I could have got a pack from aldi for $5, which would have been more filling. Lastly, the serving of rice for $3 was about 4 table spoons in a plastic container. It's not really acceptable. onion rings were decent. The servers were nice, but overall, we had eaten our meals in a very short time and are left feeling a little short-changed. For $40, this was a light snack, not an evenings dinner.

Took nearly 40 mins for just our 2 burritos to arrive at the table, it wasn't even busy. My chicken burrito had pieces of beef in and was very average. We wanted a quick lunch but it took too long. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Me and my boyfriend had an early dinner and got a few cocktails! The lovely girl who served us was beautiful. Very kind and has great bartending potential! The food was amazing. Not over cooked! My boyfriend enjoyed the Carolina torta. Beautiful presentation. Will definitely be visiting again!!

I wouldn’t recommend going unless you want $60 hairy overcooked food. I ordered last night and it had black hairs in it, overcooked, didn’t have most of what we ordered, and when we called up they said they would replace the meal and get a free thing on top. And when I got there just tonight, we only got a small box of chips and Churros, despite the fact that they said they would replace it. For food that had hairs in it, I’d expect a replacement or refund. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We went for dinner on Valentine's Day, the restaurant was extremely busy however the staff's dedication to get the orders out made for short wait times. We were served by Tabu who did an outstanding job and was literally doing the work of 2 if not 3 people which was disappointing to watch. She was run off her feet and unnecessarily apologetic as her efforts more than met our expectations...and on top of that offered complimentary wings and dessert for the Valentine's Day occasion which we are thankful for. The burger, chips, wings, enchiladas, and desserts were top notch and we are looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you

My favourite place to come and relax and enjoy some amazing food and cocktails. Tabu the bartender/waitress is the most amazing person ever, I’m always excited to see her she takes the experience to the next level. Will def be back

We decided to try this place and regretted it. Food quality was bad and the taste was really bland.

My partner and I started with California burrito's and then upgraded to the ribs. The young lady who took care of us treated us incredibly. She was so polite and so good at her job. Burrito bar good job guys. Mason

Very disappointed, I could have been given the wrong meal or been at the wrong time of day (2pm) The Burrito I ordered was a “Large” About 1/3 as big as I was expecting and not very flavoursome. Chips tasted like yesterdays chips deep fried again. Only reason for 2 stars was the staff member was polite enough. A shame as I was looking forward to trying it!

We went to the Burrito Bar last week. Had chicken wings and pork ribs. This is one of the few restaurants around where we can get real spicy food. The stinger sauce for wings set us on fire. Chipotle sauce for the pork ribs was spot on. Special mention to the friendly staff as well. Good service, great ambiance and tasty food. I definitely recommend it to friends and family...

Unfortunately we had a really disappointing experience with the food from here. The steak burritos had no meat in them and were just filled with rice. The nachos had barely any toppings as well and the flavour was incredibly bland. The portions were tiny considering the expensive price. Sorry, but we can't recommend this place.

Very average Mexican, I won't be back you can tell they don't have experience with real Mexican food it was very bland. Ordered margaritas absolutely full of ice not much actual drink in the glass. Sorry like to give positive reviews but this was bad.

The Beast Nachos are great to share and the chicken wings divine! We also really love the marinated steak soft tacos 😊

The guy at the counter was really nice. Food was okay, not bad but not the authentic Mexican burrito I was craving for.
