    Went here for the first time with my Mum and my brother and it was disappointing and gross. I ordered a large hamburger meal and a chicken n cheese both burgers were wrapped badly and one was barely wrapped (the burger I am holding is the way it was wrapped) , my hamburger had a stale bun and a flavourless patty. Lastly my order of fries were soggy, cold, and not cooked enough. My mum ordered a bacon double cheeseburger but received a cheese burger (she went back and got the right one) but both were poorly wrapped and her burger was gross so much she couldn't eat it. My brother ordered a chocolate thick shake but received a vanilla milkshake (he went back and got the right one) but you could barely taste the chocolate. Do not suggest going, never had such a bad experience at McDonald's before.

    Ten minutes to get our food when no one else was around, then when we got it the chocolate shake was white, when questioned we were told oh yeah, the chocolate doesn't work. Then when we said we wanted it refunded they said they would swap it for a coke as it "was the same price" which they stuck to until we pulled out the receipt. Then they offered to refund the difference. Then to boot the chips were cold.

    Waited over ten minutes with no one else waiting before me...... isn't this supposed to be fast food? Food cold, no choclate thickshakes available but not told that when I ordered! Not a good experience.

    Stopped coming here a few months back because they kept messing up my order. Today I went through the drive through ordered a mighty muffin meal with no sauce and a large latte. When I pulled up at the window to collect my food I was given a medium latte. When I said that's not what I ordered I was asked to park in the waiting bay. Mu large latte came out quickly but they didn't bring my food. While waiting for them to return I noticed my coffee had caramel in it. I was getting annoyed at this point. When they brought my food out I gave them back the coffee I had eyes rolled at me. Again I waited but just for a brief period. When I got to work I settled at my desk to eat breakfast and it was then I noticed they put sauce on the muffin. So disappointed I could not eat it. Made me remember why I don't go there. Cafe 63 for me from now on!

    Brother-in-law and I ordered 2 separate meals... both unhappy with the quality. Both meals had cold and stale chips. His burger bread was dry and stale. My cheeseburger lacked some ingredients when not requested to remove. A bit disappointed as, even though rarely visited, I have not had a problem with this store before.

    I ordered a coffee and after waiting 8 minutes for a staff member to make it and then it was about 1/2 a cup and when I asked for 2 sugar she told me that they didn’t have any I said really you sell coffee but don’t have sugar. I asked for a manager she came out. And with no care she said it happens we ran out . Very disappointed in the attitude and the no care service. Suggest someone run down to coles and grab a $2 bag of sugar so you can give some sort of service. Still charged me full price. But could not deliver what I paid for. You really must do better than this

    I am not sure whether or not these reviews are monitored by the management, but I just wanted to say thank you to the guy who made my coffee this morning (before 9am 21st August). There were only one guy serving all the cafe and restaurant customers, and only one person who was preparing meals in the kitchen. When he handed the coffee, he even apologised to me for waiting long. I did say thank you, but he was so busy to serve the next customer. My coffee was lukewarm, but I couldn’t complain because it wasn’t his fault. The management should hire more staff to provide quality service and to look after its own employees.

    Very disappointed. I ordered a mcmuffin meal at 9am with only one customer in front of me. Great I thought 'won't take long'. I then proceeded to watch as the girl twirl around and talked to her coworker and put together my muffin SO slowly. My hashbrown was cold when I got it. I would have understood if there were many customers but there wernt. I only had a quick break away from work so it was frustrating watching her waste my break for no reason. Then I opened my muffin to find it thrown all over the box and had to rebuild it. Completely unacceptable especially when she took her sweet time to make it.

    Went here today, got my daughter a happy meal waited over 10 minutes for my child's lunch. The girls at the front counter iv seen turtles move faster with more personality.. Customer service is not what it used to be!!!!

    My mum order my brother and I melas from Macdonald's at Clifford gardens and she ordered me a double big Mac but it only had one patty on each bun but I pulled up a pic of a double big Mac and it is supposed to have two patties on both buns

    Pretty slow in service. waited more than 10 minutes for a hot chocolate. Seemed more important to serve everyone else than me. Would it hurt to mix it properly instead of leaving all the chocolate down the bottom. The amount you charge for that it should be about the best there is.

    Shocking service. 17 minutes from time of order to pick up. The quality of the food was disgusting (please see photo of a McChicken and the "lettuce" that was sold to me for $9.90!!!). I will not be going back!

    I dont eat McDonald's that much but we where both very tried and hungry. After waiting 10mins for the food it looked like and tastes not good (im trying not to swear) chips where cold burgers fell apart.

    It was one of my worst experiences with the drive-through order process.. The guy taking the order, Joey, was so rude. We were ordering in drive through at 5.30 a.m., trying to figure out what to order and no lines. I asked him a couple of options to avoid any bacon menu, and at the end of the order, he said: "Don't waste my time!!!!" When we went ahead to pay, he just slammed the window after that.. Such a rude and worst customer service received!!! JOEY, please be nice to customers, especially early in the morning. It really ruined my morning..
