Tidy and cosy motel. This place exceeded my expectations. Location was perfect for me.

The owners were very friendly. Our room was very clean and appointed with a kitchenette. Close to local shops and food options. Pet friendly, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing that stops it from a five-star review was the traffic noise in our room (Rm 1).

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and seen the changes made. The hosts greet guests like friends and nothing seems too much trouble. The rooms are provided with tea and toast making facilities and microwave and refrigerator. Tea, coffee and a variety of small snacks are also complimentary. Beds are clean and comfortable and air-conditioning keeps the room at a pleasant temperature. Showers are hot and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower are an added convenience. As are the handwash and moisturiser over the basin. This motel is good value for money, close to the showgrounds and has a service station nearby for small purchases. Full credit to Esis and Ian .

The owners are lovely. Always a clean quiet room with a nice bed and fresh linen. Had an awesome sleep after nightshift before driving back to Brisbane. 👍🏼

Great hosts. Friendly, welcoming and obliging. Have improved rooms and surrounds greatly in recent times. Clean, tidy and personal treats very much appreciated. Price very good. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Toowoomba.

Dreadful :( came back to our room left unlocked after cleaning..no hairdryer..dreadful "new" paint job with hairs painted into walls. Tiles actually looked like they were laid on moving ground lol. Other wise clean. Would have moved but fully booked with flower festival.

So clean and homely. The owners are lovely and take you in like long lost friends. So many improvements have been made by the new owners. Definitely value for money. The shower was nice and hot and even though it is quite old everything is spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. New quiet air con in our room. I will be back!

Older style motel but the rooms have been well refreshed are spotlessly clean and excellent shower. Friendly owner and excellent value for the money especially if you book direct on their website.

Great motel, for the rates, little extras in room made it that little bit nicer. Clean fresh room.

Cheap practical short stay accommodation.

What a lovely little motel. Spotless rooms- very well designed with seperate basin, toilet and shower. Perfect bed. And there are a whole range of tasty snacks in the room that are totally complimentary (never seen that before). It is a little out of the CBD, but that makes it nice and quiet. Perfect rooms at a very reasonable rate. Traveling with my wife, we will definitely stay again.

Older style motel. Rooms clean and friendly staff. Extra nibbles at no extra charge.
