    Multiple times I haven’t been able to do an online order well before their listed closing times with no idea why. At 8:05pm tonight I tried doing an online order and it said online orders were unavailable. Their listed closing time is 9pm, 55 minutes away. This has happened time and time again. I want a custom order so it’s easier for me to do an online order and then pick it up. I like the food but I’m beyond sick of this happening. This needs to be fixed.

    Ordered a large takeaway sweet&sour pork and mainly received a bowl full of rice and onions. Six pieces of pork in total. Very disappointed unfortunately.

    Food is great and the service is also really good. Saw that they overcharged a girl and she didn't notice but he was very honest and came to give her change back which makes me want to make this place a regular. Really polite staff too.

    Purchased a LARGE Sweet and Sour Chicken meal, and three quarters of it was white rice. Hardly enough chicken or vegetables to feed one person. Pathetic price gouging. Paid an extra $6 for more chicken and vegetables, and all they did was add more rice.

    I was just down at yr shop I had a craving for some Satay Chicken and Noodles...so that's what I just ordered ...got home opened my Noodle box to a DRY chicken and Noodles that all I could taste was garlic Wheres the satay sauce " ? ..tried calling the shop few times ..NO answer ? ...your customers should be a priority...sorry we won't be back

    Shocking service. 45 minute wait in store after being told it would be 20 mins. Obviously need to look after their deliveries before the customers at the counter.

    Paid extra for the egg noodles and didn't get any, The food was cold and the delivery was an hour late. The customer service of industry was more distasteful than our cold order. For obvious reasons I had to give a star review to allow myself to write a review. This establishment deserves no stars. A waste of money and an hour of my time.

    The worst experience. I ordered through uber eats and i paid $25 for noodles witch is ridiculous to start with but then i had to wait TWO HOURS for it to be delivered. I was not warned there would be that long a wait at all!! It was only supposed to have taken 30 mins. Maybe if you have a long wait stop accepting orders? Or give your customers a warning?

    Update on the BANDAID IN FOOD: No ammends were met, they genuinely just hope you stop emailing and hitting them up about it. 13th September around 8pm to 9pm we got noodle box from Westridge. There was a used band-aid in it. By the time I ate the store was closed so I couldnt complain to them. It's absolutely foul, it does put people at risk. I've got photos and have a complained on the night on uber eats. It is beautiful food! But a used band-aid is so inexcusable.

    Waited a while for the meal, that's OK. But it had absolutely no flavour to it. This was the 1st time back in a few years . So definitely gone done hill.

    Food was disappointing. Despite ordering a mild oyster sauce noodles with no extra spice, they were too spicy to eat. Their 'tofu' is awful and in no way resembles tofu. Vegetables were almost non existent in the meal. I'd eaten here many times a few years ago and the food was good, however it seems like it's gone downhill.

    I ordered a Chinese combination from the Westridge Noodle Box. I received overcooked noodles DRENCHED in a tasteless brown sauce, a few pieces of tough beef and pork, ONE prawn and two small shrimp. I didn't see anything that resembled chicken, but it could have been there. The vegetables were pretty much non existent....a bit of onion, a piece of capsicum and the carrot had been cut so small it had disintegrated. It did not contain bok choy or bean sprouts as advertised. Basically it was a sloppy, bland and tasteless mess. Seems this is typical of any takeaway you buy in Toowoomba these days - poorly executed, sub par and over priced food no matter what it is. Never again that's for sure!

    Ordered through Door dash app. I ordered prawn chips which was shown on the receipt but never received. Honey soy noodles was also disappointing as there must have been a total of about 2 cashews in the meal. Very disappointing.

    I was soooooo disappointed with my dinner the stay noodles don't taste like satay at all it was disgusting I will never order here again. I don't usually give poor reviews but I'm hungry and I can't even eat this.

    First time trying this food. And my last. Saw a huge bucket full of spaghetti. Was wandering if this was freshly cooked. Found the food very very expensive and definitely not worth the money.

    Finally found 2 pieces of meat in between the noodles. Need a 🔎 to find any VEGETABLES AT ALL. EVEN ASKED & PAID FOR EXTRA MEAT & VEGETABLES. What I got was a very small, (small delivery box has gotten smaller) box of NOODLES, worth about $1.50 (no even a "CUP OF NOODLES" SIZE FROM COLES & a few pieces of tough meat & STILL SEARCH8NG FOR THE VEGETABLES. NOT WORTH THE CARDBOARD BOX & YOU HAVE TO DO A PICKUP IF YOU WANT UTENSILS. DON'T RECOMMEND ANYTHING. NEED TO CHANGE MENU & MAKE IT MORE DIVERSIFIED

    One of my favourite commercial noodle places. I like their generous portions and consistency. There is normally a variant for everyone's taste and they can definitely make it spicy for you if you wish 🌶️🌶️🌶️

    Never had any issues before, but I got a Teriyaki bowl that tasted like detergent, with a wierd painful burning chemical reaction on the underside of my tongue. When I complain they basically called me a lier, never had issues before, so I don't know if they've changed ownership but I won't be back.

    Well went there last night first time got two combination noodles both boxes had three pieces of onions 2 little prawns 4 pieces of thin meat with one piece of veggies what a joke $42 for both dishes not even worth the price First time there and will be the last time normally go to North Point noodles will be travelling there from now on at least they are alot cheaper and the dishes are great flavour

    Food quality isn't bad if you're okay with paying $20 for a large bowl of noodles that includes two tiny scraps of meat and half a dozen pieces of veggies.. while your at it ensure you're good with an hour for delivery....

    I enjoy the food from Noodle box - no complaints there. However if you want to have a meal home delivered - its a frustrating debacle of soul destroying idiocy that will forever deter fmy future custom. All the sotre - they advise you for home delivery you must order through there Concept 8 phone App. If you want to make changes to the order - such as change the meat you have to pay more through the app than if you ordered at the store and requested the meat or whatever be changed for something else. There are no Gluten free options in the app menu - my step dad is a coeliac so gluten free is essential. I called the store about the gluten free issue and they said If I wanted my food delivered - I had to order it through the app - then call the store to change the order to meet my needs. Defeats the purpose of the app - and begs the question -why I can't just call the store and order the food for delivery in the first place Apart from the above stupidity - The app itself is not easy to navigate. As I said - The food is fine but concept8 is an exercise in futility that has killed any desire for further patronage of the said establishment.

    Very disappointed. If I could give ‘no stars’ I would. We spent over $70 and received 3 boxes of basically noodles only. And our Mongolian beef was nothing like Mongolian beef. I think they made the wrong order for us. Absolutely dreadful after a long day at work. Something that was supposed to be easy for us, has ended up that we need to make our own dinner at 8.30pm. We’ve had this before many times with no problems. Will be calling the store tomorrow as well.

    Paid over $80 for what ended up as a box of dry rice with 4 pieces of not even crunchy chicken. Spring rolls were soggy with no sauce. Very disappointed.
